Lovely stay, great host!

The decoration is just lovely and there is a lot of space inside the property. Everything worked and was very comfortable. Fausto was also a great host and gave us some recommendations as well a quick tour of the place.

None of these bothered me, but for clarity I thought I’d mention them for other people: It is a decent walk down to Ortigia, although the walk in my opinion is quite nice. The stairs up to the second bedroom are quite hard to walk on sometimes, I had to be careful. And the second bedroom also has a quite low ceiling. But the stay is overwhelmingly worth it, these issues are very small.

Ortigia, magnifique, un coup de coeur !

L'appartement est au rez de chaussé d'un immeuble situé dans un quartier calme, il se trouve à 20 / 30 minutes à pied d'Ortigia, pas mal de places gratuites aux alentours pour garer sa voiture. Le logement est bien équipé, climatisé et confortable pour 4 personnes. Les petits gateaux, l'accueil en personne et les bons plans du coin ont été vraiment très appréciés.

Des petits détails comme une chaise de cuisine cassée, le fait de ne pas pouvoir jeter du papier dans les toilettes ont été des inconvénients minimes qui n'ont en rien gâché notre séjour mais qui toutefois tiennent à être signalés.

Vynikající. Vše blízko.

Přímo před domem se dalo zaparkovat. Apartmán byl velice pěkně a prakticky zařízen (myčka, pračka, klimatizace atd…) Měl moc dobré členění pro větší skupiny a oddělenými místnostmi. Vše čisté a funkční. Strategicky moc dobrá poloha apartmánu, uprostřed všeho. Vše v pěší vzdálenosti supermarket, archeologický park, historická Ortigia i pláž. Moc dobrá komunikace s majitelem, který nám pomohl se vším co jsme potřebovali.🙂 opravdu doporučuji.

Séjour deux couples d'amis vacances scolaire de Toussaints

L'appartement est super bien et extrêmement bien situé pour qui aime marché un peu pour se rendre dans la vieille ville. Il est super facile de stationner (pleins de rues gratuites). La location est très calme, dans une impasse. Les chambres sont supers et la literie est nickel. Le loueur est très sympa et nous avons pu laisser nos valises le dernier jour. Je recommande +++++

Súper! Prolija, limpia, completa! Muy cómoda para 3 adultos. Fácil de conseguir estacionamiento gratuito en cercanía. Lo más destacado fue la amabilidad de FAUSTO como anfitrión, quien nos ayudó a resolver el pago de una multa siendo sumamente dispuesto y confiable! Sin dudar volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos!

It was a good size & within 10 minute walking distance of the greek theatre etc. 30 mins walk from Ortigia

The terrace wasn't a terrace but rather a very small alley at the side of the house, grubby walls, big A/C unit & no view. Not the terrace we had hoped for, definitely eoukd nit sit & relax there. The apartment is listed as having a city view, it has not it just has one window which faces onto the street & the houses opposite. No toiletries, only hand soap. Shower cubicle, hose, towel rack & bin all very worn & rusty.

Great location. Appartement is 10 minues walk from Arheological park, museum and St.Giovanni catacombes and 20-30 minutes walk from Ortigia. Near is supermarket. Great place if you come by car. Near appartement you have lot of free parking space. There is lot of space in app for 5 people. Fausto is great and kind host! We got all information needed for our short stay.

Great location : close to the Archeological Park and to Ortigia. Quiet neighbourhood. The possibility of parking the car on the street nearby.Fausto is a great host, explained everything about the apartment and gave an advice on where to eat/shop/visit.Tasty cookies, coffee,tea, toasts and jams for greeting.Great place to stay for a family or couples, there is everything what's needed for longer stay. Perfect place. :)

Perfect apartment to visit Siracusa (area)

Fausto is a perfect host, both in the communication leading up to the stay as well as explaining everything and last but not least some extremely valuable tips on places to go and to to eat The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, easy to reach by car and a perfect base to visit the town and area around it.

The apartment is not in the most interesting part of town, but the reachabilty, the size and the two bedrooms make up for that. Nice caffee bars and a supermarket are close by.

Fausto was kind and friendly. His apartment is clean and ample with everything we needed.

The location was within easy walking distance of Ortigia (25minutes), although we drove given the unbelievable heat outside. There was a supermarket 5 minutes up the road and a fruit and vegetable seller 1 minute away. Simple ice cream and cafe shops are close by as is the Parco Archeologico di Siracusa. Handy base to explore the area from.

Fausto was simply amazing, he welcomed us and waited for our arrival. During our stay, he recommended several beaches, restaurants, and bars. The location is within walking distance to Ortigia (20 min), and close to Parco archeological Neapolis (10 min).

The place is amaizing. Very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The host is very helpful, he has great food and beach recommendations. It is very cosy and you can rest very good after a whole day of exploring. The host even provided us with Sicilian snacks and coffee. The parking is free and safe.
