Great location, comfortable beds, easy to share with two families, 3 bathrooms a plus, and walk to the resort. Nancy is a great host! We would stay there again!

The location is fantastic. The accommodations are really nice a few minor things that the owner might want take a look at. The kitchen is nice. The bathrooms are a little outdated. It’s old style with carpet but that’s no big deal. The patios are great again the location is fantastic everything worked. We had a little trouble checking in because they send you the paperwork in the parking passes and I booked a little close to the trip and I didn’t get my stuff in the mail before I got there. But make sure that you get your stuff in the mail so that you have your parking passes and everything you need to get in and you should have no problems. It’s really a nice stay.

Nancy's place is so close to Canyon Lodge. The condo was comfy and easy to find. I would totally stay there again.

My family was looking for a “ski in/out” condo for the holidays and this condo was perfect. The unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of five. So close to Canyon lodge that everyone could start and end their ski/boarding day on their own time. The condo complex has nice amenities-jacuzzi, sauna perfect for an end of day wind down. Would absolutely book this condo again. Our family had a memorable Christmas trip!

This is my 2nd time staying. They provide enough towels for all and extra toilet paper rolls. Dishwasher soap was not enough and short by 2. We stayed 4 nights and run it 6 times.

The property is a little worn and carpet mainly on stairs is dirty or stained but I think that comes with snow and water being tracked in. We found everything we needed and it was comfortable for three couples attending the Blues Festival. We would stay there again. Nancy was easy to work with.

Second year staying here and it was exactly as expected! It's nice staying in the same place as before because it feels like coming home. Nancy does a great job at communicating all information up front. This place is cozy and a great location! We all slept comfortably and were able to enjoy our trip! 😍

This place was very outdated. There are a lot of stairs, and as soon as you walk in so this wasn’t helpful for my Dad who has a bad hip and knees. The kitchen was very small. Can only fit one person at a time. The downstairs bed had animal fur on it. We are allergic to pet dander so this sucked. There is also a little bit of mold growing on the ceiling in the same room. In the right as soon as you walk downstairs. Also in the closet of the same room, there is a board up the entirety of the wall that is bulging out with all of the nails exposed. The downstairs balcony is completely demolished and gone. The fire pit in the pool area wasn’t even working and the pool was so dirty, it was foamy. The neighbors have some sort of timer set that plays LOUD jazz music at 9pm. We also think this place is haunted. Someone opened and closed the bedroom door, but there was nobody there. Also no central air or AC so it was very hot.

very close to mountain, lots of bed space. good amenities

The condo was very beaten up....stair railing loose, pictures broken and hanging off the wall, cob webs everywhere, and exposed nails in one bathroom from wood trim falling down. One of the room heaters didn't work for 2 nights so we could not use the room. Owner had it fixed for our last night but we were already unable to use that room for two nights which was a huge hassle. Tried working out the condition of the property with the owner several times with texts and a phone call and received no response. I go to mammoth 5 weeks a winter and this was my worst experience to date. The location is good but for what you pay the condo should be clean with things not falling on you.

Property had a well stocked kitchen, each bedroom had a private bathroom. Nancy was helpful with anything we needed. Keep in mind with all the snow parking was challenging and the cabin is completely dark as all windows are covered by snow. This however would not be the case most seasons or in the summer. Thanks for a great stay.

Super close to canyon, well priced, so much snow. The hot tub was a little gross but the condo was a classic mammoth snow cabin. We had a great stay.

Loved the location and being able
To walk to slopes! Nancy was flexible and allowed us to switch days before stay and actually extend while we were there. Great communication.

If you want to spend time on the mountain skiing, and go back to basics, this is your place. We had a fine time, however we were snowed in for one day and found ourselves at a loss. Internet is spotty at best, and Though there were 4 tvs in the unit, two TVs were not set up and were not working (living room and upstairs TV). We did not find any games or such in the unit, so hiked to the lodge to purchase deck of cards. We also did not find a wine opener in u it, so had to go next door where there were workers updating a unit and open wine with a drill! It worked!
The place was clean, the beds and bedding were comfortable. Every room has its own separate heating unit which was great. You can’t beat the location, and we only used 2 of rooms, as there were only 4 of us, but 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and extra bunk beds make it great for larger groups.

Quality stay in prime location!
We go up to Mammoth every year and always stay at Chamonix. This is by far the best unit I've ever rented! The tri level worked awesome for us! It's right across from the pool, and the condo had everything we needed to live life like we're at home! The couches were comfy, the set up was perfect! I love that both downstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Overall a great stay at a nice clean place! Thank you!!!

Plenty of room for my family fishing trip.
It was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom, and bathroom. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nancy was very friendly, and made the transaction smooth. We had a great stay.

Location, location, location!
This property is the perfect condo for your family’s ski trip! This is our family’s third year coming to Mammoth to ski (every time we come we stay at a different place) and this is by far the best location we’ve stayed at. We explored the area upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised to discover we could walk to Canyon Lodge!! What a luxury!! The condo is very well laid out for a large family, our son got his own room (and bathroom!) and our 3 girls had plenty of space to spread out in the third bedroom. The kitchen was adequate and there was enough seating at the dining room table for all of us to eat comfortably. The heated spa was a nice treat after long days on the slopes and the condo is just minutes from dozens of wonderful restaurants and stores. Nancy was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions promptly. We will definitely return to this property in future trips.

Great location
We were 2 1/2 couples on a family ski trip. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for each couple to have some privacy, and the cozy living room/ dining area worked well for gathering together. The loft is enclosed (just no door), so that room was also reasonably private and quiet. One of the basement rooms did suffer from loud heater noise (as others have mentoned). It was more like white noise, but light sleepers should use one of the other beddrooms.
The condo could sleep 8 in beds, but I suspect it would have felt crowded with more than 6 adults.
Other reviews mentioned the kitchen is small (true, like a galley kitchen), but it was well-stocked with appliances (even a slow cooker!) and pots/pans, so we were able to cook all our dinners there.
Location was a huge selling point, a 10-minute (at most, carrying ski gear) walk to the door of Canyon lodge (half of the walk was the parking lot, truly no point in driving!).

Outstanding value!
My old time buds gathered for three nights of cooking and two days on the slopes in mid-March. The photos of this space do not do it justice.
We had everything we needed to cook meals for five. The fireplace was lovely and stocked with pinewood,,but bring some paper and kindling to get it started.
The bedrooms were perfect for our crew.
We rented a ski locker at Canyon Lodge and walked each morning from condo to lodge - about ten minutes. Worked out perfectly!
Communication was easy.m - but old-school. Our host snail-mailed our instructions packet. Worked fine.
We all agreed we would definitely return next year!
Thank you!

Pictures don’t do it justice!!!
It is so much nicer looking in person. The three separate levels are great for families because the kids have their own separate space. The fireplace makes things nice and cozy too. The location is unreal. So close to the shuttle that you can wake up and be on the mountain in no time. The kitchen has all of the appliances, utensils, cups, pans etc. It makes it easy to stay in and eat. The owner was highly responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend and would enjoy staying there again.

Nice and spacious condo
Nice and spacious condo in great location. Well equipped kitchen, sleeps 8 on actual beds. Internet connection and modem can use update to make remote work from condo faster and easier. Great complex amenities - two large Jacuzzis, pool, sauna, pool table, pingpong table.

was good
Was good but there are no lighter and no cutting board and the drawer for eating utensil are broken and hit my feet. Accidentally I forget the keys inside of the apartment and the owner get mad and send different messages back to us. No one was in the office to open the door for us.

Second time staying here. Communication with the manager was great. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to Canyon lodge. A little longer walk to the village. Very reasonable priced for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, especially given the location. We had two families the first time, one the second time. Great to have a ski/board closet inside right next to the parking. This trip, unfortunately, the condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to contact the cleaning service to come, which they did right away, but still required us to go kill more than an hour around town after a long drive. Some updates would be welcome. The heaters work great, but in the downstairs bedrooms they are extremely loud at start-up/shutdown, which if you leave on any setting all night is very disruptive to sleep. We left them off after the first night. The living room heaters are not like this. Lots of wood for the fireplace, but the no working lighter for the second time. We just bought one, rather than ask for a replacement. The kitchen is very small, but you can make due. Lots of dishes and utensils. Big refrigerator. Updates to pots and pans would be welcome; there are many (especially lids for some reason), but low quality. There are plenty of knives, but no sharp ones. No cutting board that we could find. One burner on the stove was not working. Bring you own games/books. Great location. Plenty of room. Overall a good place, but lacks the amenities and little touches that other places have.

Great location, very spacious!
We were 3 families with children, the property was very spacious and the best part was how close it was to the canyon lodge- only a 4 minute walk and with tiny little skiers this was extremely convenient! A nice outdoor hot tube was the icing on the cake for us and the kids!
