Great value for the price!

The staff and quiet location were the highlights of the hotel. They let us store our bags before check in which was great!

Perfektes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Zentrale aber ruhige Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Die Tempel der Altstadt sind von hier aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alle Angelegenheiten zuvorkommend gekümmert! Dies war bislang das beste Hotel meiner Thailandreise. Habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Gladly again!

Great central location. Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Big pro for me was the option of getting a free bike and exploring Chiang Mai.

Bikes might need a little service every now and then. Lost the chain twice on one of them ;-).

Great small hotel with friendly staff

Comfortable and clean rooms, lovely staff who speak English well and offer recommendations for things to do in Chiang Mai with honesty. Close to many good restaurants with local food.

The noise from the other rooms and corridor can travel but guests are respectful of others so it’s not a major problem. Recommend a red taxi bus if you want to reach the night market’s quickly but we didn’t mind the 20minute walk.

Idéal pour découvrir Chiang Mai

J’ai adoré cet hôtel qui est particulièrement bien placé dans le centre de Chiang Mai. Il y règne une atmosphère agréable. Les équipements sont simples et efficaces. Le personnel est très sympathique et fera tout pour que vous soyez à votre aise. Le directeur de cet établissement connaît très bien les attentes des voyageurs, il est toujours de très bon conseils, et toujours là pour aider dans l’organisation d’excursions ou pour vous réserver un chauffeur si vous en avez besoin.

Good quality hotel in great location, not much to do at the hotel itself, but rents bikes , so good

Breakfast was pretty good, location excellent, good base to explore from.

The room, hotel atmosphere and warm hospitality .. all nice and make comfortable.

The room wide and very clean, love it. Location at the center of City although not positioned on a major road. Sometimes the pick-up and drop-off tour is not at the hotel, you have to walk a little to the main road but okay no problem. Small but comfortable hotel with quiet, unique, beautiful atmosphere and warm hospitality.

There is no lift but don't worry only 2 floors, no problem, so a little exercise :)

The hospitality went above and beyond. The owner went out of his way to be so helpful and an amazing resource to me as a solo traveler. Location was great, facilities clean and the staff were all very kind. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!!!!!

Friendly staff, very clean, good location in the old town. We arrived by night train in the morning and got an early check-in for free which we appreciated a lot. Good breakfast selection. We spontaneously decided to stay to nights longer than planned.

Great value for money

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Good location, inside the old city so it is near the center of Chiang Mai. Room is wide enough. Not expensive - I think it is a very good value for money.

No elevator - we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor (there was also 4th floor at least). Breakfast is minimal, maybe it is ok for 3 stars hotel, but we were still hungry after breakfast. Water heating for shower is done by atmor, so there is no hot water at the tap.

Perfect guest house in Chiang Mai

owner went to hotel school in Switzerland and boy does it show. the hotel is super well run, spotless and everything works and is in the right place - which saying something for a 3* guest house. breakfast was also very good. staff were really helpful with any questions we had. bed and room comfortable

wonderful location only 5 min walk if that from the Main Street in chaing mai. gorgeous vibes as soon as we arrived and a naturally calm place with the sound of lovely water features :-)

Aloha!! you made our stay 10 stars!!

safe and beautiful hidden gem! quiet neighborhood yet near shops and eateries. Kishore has a wonderful breakfast and lots of recommendations especially to the famous night markets around Chiang mai and also supply’s you a map! He was able to help us hire a car to the airport and also for a day trip to temples. super clean and staff are amazing!! thank you Lee Chiang Mai for a wonderful stay!
