TICKED ALL THE BOXES

Staff were amazing warm and friendly on arrival and made dinner reservation for us within 10 mins of arriving. Exceptional customer service. Wine hour an unexpected treat

Nothing...everything was just as you would expect from a Marriot hotel

Great for a work trip

Cleanliness and decor. Comfortable beds and quiet for a central London location. Lovely bathroom and room had all you could need. Our TV did not work but we weren’t bothered as neither of us watch much TV. Bar was nice, food was average. Coffees were great!

Food options could be better/ better quality food and more choice.

Excellent hotel!

The hotel is spotless, clean, and full of interesting works of art. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. The rooms are lovely with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic with the buzzing Southbank just minutes away.

I'm being picky here, but I would have liked a proper dresser with a big mirror in the room.

Very good stay which was enhanced by very friendly staff.

Very clean room. good breakfast and friendly service.

The location of the hotel is not ideal if you are looking for a central London vibe. That said, it's easy to get a taxi to the West End and the hotel's very pleasant atmosphere makes up for what it lacks in terms of its location.

Nice Stay

Rooms are big enough. Nice cleanliness. We are thankful to Mohammed who sorted out all the problems with his efforts. He made our visit a comfortable one. Apart from him most of the staff were also welcoming. Hotel location is pretty close to several tube stations and far from the hassle of busy main streets. Close to attractions, cafes and supermarkets. Nice breakfast, nice sufficient gym.

We didn't like the approach of the check-in lady who has greeted us at the beginning. She treated us like we were going to stay in her place which she provided for free. Thankfully rest of the team was great. The full glass windows that can't be opened wouldn't be my first preference.

It was wonderful, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and quiet.

Locating was great, arts district, near the Burrough market, not far from the London eye and big ben, and thames river. Lots of food selection all around

Overpriced when compared to a previous stay at the Sea Containers hotel…

clean, modern

breakfast was quite chaotic…. spent 10 minutes standing around waiting for someone to fetch butter…. had to ask a couple of people for a hot drink before it got brought over. Cold water should be available with the other cold drinks. Not 5 star

Good quality hotel in a great location

The breakfast was excellent; tasty and promptly served. Price was reasonable. Little bit difficult to find the hotel itself; could do with a more prominent sign. Staff were brilliant Rooms were comfortable and clean

Great rooms. Excellent location. Friendly staff. I bought flowers and needed a vase to put them in. They brought out several, we had a discussion about which would look best, then they brought out scissors so that I could cut them down to fit. So nice.

Incredible!

Amazing hotel, super nice and friendly staff. Everyone is always so attentive. Rooms are very spacious and have good facilities. The restaurant is really really.good!

Only thing I can say is that the toilet cover hides the flushing button so you have to move it every time you flush.

Woukd stay again

A 5 minute walk to underground/train station. Quiet area away from covent garden. Staff were helpful and quite pleasant

Excellent hotel very much enhanced by the quality of the staff.

The hotel interior is very stylish and spotlessly clean. All of the staff we met were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. We had a slight mix up with our breakfast bill and the hotel management responded very impressively to resolve the issue. Great location for daytime sightseeing (the Tate is literately around the corner), only a 10-15 min walk to some very good restaurants.

Perfect stay

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, excellent service from everyone we interacted with. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location with lots of nice food spots and bars around. We will stay here again for sure.

Great place for a short weekend

Amazing locations and facilities. "Dumdu" from the breakfast service was just excellent, she really makes the difference and handle situations efficiently focusing on customers. Best in class. Apologies if name is misspelled.

- Breakfast. I don´t find adequate charging your customers for the breakfast and first thing you bring them is the "breakfast menu" outside of what you have paid. It clearly worsen the experience. What should I paid for the breakfast then? - Staff on the Kitchen give you bread with their hands - Start vacuuming the restaurant at 11:05 when you have customers still having their breakfast is something absolutely avoidable

Excellent stay in London!

Very nice location (more “business” though), two subway stations quite close by…rooms are new and comfortable (beds super comfy), excellent shower. Hotel staff was overall super friendly and efficient
