The room was comfortable. The staff was good and there was no stress.

Nothing in particular, but if I had to say it, I would hear the sound of walking on the stairs. But it's not a big deal.

Okay for 1 or 2 nights

Location was good. Comfortable bed. My room was in the back building so very quiet.

Staff was friendly but only one could really speak enough English to have a conversation. Originally the room they gave me was on an upper floor but the elevator didn't start until the 2nd floor. I hated the narrow steep stairs to the 2nd floor so they moved me to a room in the back building where the elevator started on the 1st floor. It also had a bathtub/shower combo which I hate because of knee surgery. New room had a walk-in shower.

Price was fair but the room was dated, hot water was perfect and I we loved the bidet on the toilet. Wouldn’t stay again

Location was in a good place

The Aircondition was ducted and did not work at all, the outside temperature was 14c and we froze inside the room. We complained and nothing was done nor did they change our room.

In the old quarter. Close to everywhere.

I'm not a fan of the big lighting used in the hotel. Room has only one tiny window looking at the wall of neighboring house. You have to climb a stair to reach to the lift.

- definitely NOT soundproof, could hear everything from the lobby - no window, just definitely be mentioned in the description in my opinion

Amazing and cheap hotel

A maioria das reviews em hanoi não são de confiar. Aqui ninguém me pediu para fazer review. Os quartos eram super silenciosos apesar de estar numa rua muito movimentada. Não ouvíamos barulho nenhum da rua e as camas eram mesmo confortáveis

Great value hotel in the centre of Hanoi

We made the 22land our base in Hanoi, so happy with it that we returned there between side trips. It's great value for money and a great location right in the centre of the old town in Hanoi, walking distance to most attractions. The room is comfy and the bathroom with bath tub is nice and spacey. We were able to leave our luggage for a few days there when we did day trips to SaPa and BanhGioc, no fee charged for that. Also the staff is super friendly.

The window in the room couldn't be opened. The bathroom door couldn't be locked. There was a lockable door in the room that went into a strange dark construction area. No big issues though as all can be easily controlled.

Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Vị trí trung tâm. Giá cực hợp lý so với mặt bằng. Đã nghỉ ở đây 2 lần. Nếu có dịp quay lại HN vẫn sẽ nghỉ tại đây

Mỗi tội k có chỗ để xe. Nhưng gửi ở bv Việt Đức cách đó có 200 -300m. Đổi lại vị trí, trải nghiệm rất tốt so vs giá tiền. Nên vẫn cho 9đ.

Good hotel, good view, luxurious and sparkling interior. Good location near Sword Lake and many tourist attractions, near many restaurants. Enthusiastic staff transfers luggage to assist immediately when needed. I will be back.
