Très bon emplacement, chambre très sympa et confortable. Le personnel est très agréable.

Les portes des chambres qui claquent au point de faire vibrer les murs. Cela me réveillait a chaque fois.

Overall, it was still a good value hotel and I would recommend it to travelers that travel light.

Location was excellent, 15-20 minute walk to Old Town, to train station, many restaurants and large shopping mall . Facility in general was clean and bright. Room was modern albeit a little small. It was amazingly quiet even though it was one street from train tracks. For us, bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was bright and spacious. The fitness room is small and sparsely equipped but it met my needs.

Our standard room has very little storage space. We left our clothes in the carry-on luggage throughout our stay. Per front desk, the mini refrigerator in room was purposely turned off so there was no possibility to chill water, and fruits.

Goede locatie, vlak bij centrum. Schone kamer met airco. Goed bed. Schone badkamer. Parkeren (betaald, zondags vrij) kan in de straat, maar er is ook een garage. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, maar zal vast wel goed zijn geweest, afgaande op de rest

Great place to stay in Strasbourg!

Not too far from the train station which made arriving and departing a breeze. The included breakfast was delicious! The rooms spacious and the staff very helpful. There were a lot of amenities available as well: bar, pool, sauna, workout room etc.

We left our luggage for a partial day after checkout before leaving and upon leaving our items they were placed in a locked store room. When we went to pick them up they were sitting in a pile along with other’s things in the corner of the lobby. I was disheartened by that as someone could have swiped our stuff really easily. Otherwise our stay was great.

Great stay

Very welcoming and helpful receptionist on check in Super comfortable bed and so quiet - made for a great nights sleep. Powerful shower, nice toiletries and spacious Close to the station and east walk into the old town

At 10.45 we wanted a coffee, the bar was closed and it took some time for anyone to be able to help us. This is our only complaint. We had a good price as we booked a long way in advance - I was shocked to see the Friday night December rate otherwise.

Por las mañanas no me apetecía el desayuno completo y los dos primeros días intenté tomar café en el bar y nadie nos hizo caso, entonces decidimos irnos a desayunar fuera, por lo demás la atención muy buena y el hotel genial.

Very nice room layouts and retrofit, Location away form any place of interest. Low value for money.

Heerlijk Hotel!! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Het personeel was over het algemeen heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, smaakte heerlijk en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. De kamers waren schoon en deden gezellig aan. De badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien, dagelijks werd de kamer schoongemaakt, heerlijk voorzien van schone handdoeken.Je liep makkelijk naar het grote winkelcentrum, ongeveer 5 minuutjes. Het terras was ook fijn en de buitentuin zeker een pluspunt.

Bij het ontbijt was het soms erg druk en dan was het door de opstelling van het buffet soms lastig om iets te pakken. De welness was vrij klein, 9 euro per persoon voor een uur vonden wij wel veel. Het zou beter zijn geweest als het bij de prijs was inbegrepen. Parkeren lukt bijna niet bij het hotel, onder het hotel zit maar een hele kleine garage. Je kunt verderop in een parkeergarage met korting vanuit het hotel parkeren. Dit is wel een stuk lopen met je bagage.

Séjour détente très agréable.

L'hôtel est très beau et qualitatif. Le personnel au bar est attention est professionnel. La localisation est idéal. La chambre est la literie était confortable.

Le petit déjeuné, les produits n'était pas très qualitatif et beaucoup trop de monde dans le peu d'espace. Le personnel est vite débordé à ce niveau la.

cleanliness, confort of the bed, beauty of the room and the whole building, the gym (small but clean and good quality machines), quality of the breakfast, staff greetings, details in the room (hair drier, water, free bretzel, beauty and number of lamps)

the curtains weren't long enough (sun went through in the morning), breakfast was too expensive even though it was very good (we had to be quick in the morning so we didn't get the time to enjoy it enough), the AC made a lot of noise but you could lower it

Very attentive reception staff. They speak many different languages including English and Portuguese. Very comfortable accommodation with good space, a nice balcony although the view is not so cool. The shower is very good. Modern building. Quiet place and close to the center.

I made the reservation because they say there is a parking garage, but when I arrived it was not available. And parking on the street during the day it's extremely expensive, overnight is free but it's difficult to find a free spot. In the room, I found a dirty underwear behind a cushion on the couch from a previous guest.

Exceeded expectations and highly recommend!! Great value!

The breakfast was SO GOOD— waffles, eggs, croissants, fruits, meats, and cheeses. This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were a very fun style and very clean, the bed was super comfy. The staff was very helpful with parking and very kind. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Downtown city center was a short 10 to 15 minute walk!
