Nice, clean,furnished, very nice area
a bit frustrated about outside door lock,I have to try many times to get the door opened.

Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso e molto luminoso
Letti comodi e non piccoli
Prezzo buono
Personale disponibile

Space, location and parking.
Uncomfortable bed, filthy kitchen, no appliances instructions, lights in bathroom not working, no towel rails in bathroom. Curtains too thin and the lights from the train station make the apartment brightly lit all night. Front door lock of the building is worn making it hard to open.

Perfect central location, clean, bright and well equipped. Spacious flat in relatively quiet neighbourhood
Not much really. It is across from the train station so noise from tracks if windows are open. Parking can be a bit tricky if busy in the area.

didn’t get given the fob to gain access to the parking space. rung Duncan on the number supplied but no answer and no call back to the message left. office shut Friday and didn’t open again til after we left. Not good enough.

Location
The apartment hadn't been cleaned. Lamps didn't work & the travel cot I requested was incomplete.

Easy to park, good location (when the whole of Aberdeen isn't undergoing roadworks!) and good water pressure for the shower. Large and comfortable apartment.
Welcome pack with basics would be appreciated. Curtains too thin in the bedrooms - not too bad in winter but think they'd let in too much daylight in the early hours in summer.

Location is great, near to Union Square. Apartment is clean. It comes with a covered parking lot. Superb view if you like looking at trains coming in and out of the station.
Keys need to be picked up at the office which is not near the apartment. Checking out was easy as we just need to leave the key at the apartment.

the location was central and walking distance for all our needs
a double bed in the second bedroom would have been good but just being picky
4.5 / 5.0
Location was great, apartment was very clean and spacious. Shower was nice and free tea and coffee was available.
The lock to.the outer door was very difficult to use. Luckily when we were trying to access the property someone from one of the other flats let us in and said that the lock.was dodgy. As myself and husband both suffer from arthritis it was very difficult. Mattress in main bedroom wasn't very comfortable and was not very supportive.

Location looking over the river, close to Duthie park.
Parking.number 81 allocated for parking was occupied, I just used number 83 which was empty.

Very clean and quiet with nice view of the river.
Should have stayed in city centre apartment however was moved to riverside apartment due to issue with boiler.
This was a little further from the city centre than we would have liked as my husband is disabled at the moment. That said, technical issues (boiler) do happen and Kelly rectified the situation quickly and smoothly. All our expectations were met at the replacement apartment.

The location was excellent for us, this enabled myself and my dad to walk into the city centre within 10mins and there is a great shopping centre again within 10mins and fab shops and restaurants.
The masters room with a large walk in ensuite with separate bath and shower. The twin room was lovely and very comfortable.
I organised to stay an extra night stay based on the apartment and location. Nothing like a change of scenery and not to far from the North shore
I didn't find our parking space, so used guest parking outside. The entrance to the lobby was from the car park, but once understood it wasn't an issue.

Brilliant location. Easy to get to, just across from union square and all the city centre attractions. P&J arena a 15 min drive. Fab, free car parking too. Very spacious.
Living room windows were noisy but fortunately bedrooms ones were ok so didn’t keep us awake. Very bright lights from railway lines opposite shone in bedroom window though - thinker curtains would have been better.

Kelly who was my main contact was absolutely brilliant. Answering any queries immediately .
All was good.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment located only a few minutes walk from the city centre. Perfect for exploring and shopping and also with easy access to the main roads, train station and bus station for exploring further afield.
4.0 / 5.0
Great location and very spacious apartment.
3.0 / 5.0
Location was fair enough - only drawback it was close to a main road so bit noisy.
The property was big and as shown in the pictures.
We couldn't find the own private parking space so we had to park it outside in visitors spot. The number of the place was apparently not visible. The kitchen wasn't very clean overall.
5.0 / 5.0
The size of the property was perfect, good space and storage.
Clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk to shopping centre.
