Very friendly staff, facilities could do with a little more care/investment.

All staff were very friendly. Allowed us to get in to our rooms early which was very helpful.

The TV in my room wasn't working. The maintenance man arranged for me to change room but after a considerable wait, which was inconvenient as I was getting ready to go out for a meal with colleagues, I called reception and they said they had been very busy but would send someone up. She helped me move room. The TV in that room wasn't working either! I called reception and was told the fault was affecting all TVs in the hotel, so I really didn't need to move room. The bath plug mechanism wasn't working and I had to prise a pen in the plug-hole to release the bathwater. Breakfast was rather basic. Fruit was quite limited.

Camera de hotel este mare, confortabilă, de o curățenie impecabilă. La fel este și baia. Confortul a fost sporit și de posibilitatea de a avea peste noapte căldură și de a regla temperatura la o valoare la care sa ne simțim bine, având în vedere că noaptea erau 6-10 °C afara. Hotelul indeplineste toate condiții pentru un sejur relaxat. Wi-fi de bună calitate.

Nu are parcare proprie dar, peste noapte, pana la ora 8:30, se poate parca gratis la o parcare din apropiere, după care se plătește aproape 1£/ora.

Supert hotell med bra bellighenhet og hyggelig personale.

Koselig, rent og pent hotell med stort rom og 2 dobbelsenger per rom, veldig greit når vi reiser på venninnetur.

Frokosten var så som så, men greit nok.

A great place for a comfy stay in central Aberdeen

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean room and comfortable overnight stay! We especially liked the later checkout time.

Fine, well managed hotel.

Good welcome and reception considered my likes about room location and found the best quiet room for me. Good size room in good condition. Fridge in the room, helps a lot. Safe in the room. Good size smart TV. Lighting in the room is good.

Wish there were curtains in addition to the blinds, in order to cut out the light. The green "safety" light in the bedroom is a bit too bright. The smart TV on several occasions was unresponsive to the remote controller. Be nice to have an additional chair to sit on or a small sofa. Heating in the room is via electric radiators, whilst fine in the winter, I am not sure if cooling is required in the summer and how the room may be kept cool. A complementary water bottle in the fridge perhaps? Too many TV's in the lounge all showing sports channels. Surely, some could be tuned to different channels. Vegetarian choice for breakfast is pretty limited and boring standard hotel fare. Attention to detail in public toilets, lounge toilet had dried blood on the handle for entire duration of my stay, 3 days.

A comfortable hotel with welcoming and helpful staff.

The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. The room was spotless. There was a buffet breakfast with hot and cold food, and a good choice of drinks too. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The bathroom looked a little tired; chipped paint work, toilet fixing loose, tiles chipped and a chip in the enamel bath. However, they were refurbishing bathrooms at the time.

Had everything I needed, excellent breakfast service in the morning and staff all friendly

Would probably have considered dinner at the hotel had the restaurant been open earlier than 6:30. While the free drink voucher was very much appreciated, the draught beer selection was limited (although a free beer is still a free beer!)

Great staff, lovely food, but very limited parking

The staff were outstanding, particularly Snezhana on reception who gave me one of the best welcomes I have had. The room was very comfortable, and the food excellent too.

the drinks were quite expensive, and the bathroom in the room as well as the toilets in the bar were very drab and desperately needed an upgrade. The lack of parking is also an issue.

Overnight stay at the Copthorne Aberdeen Hotel

The check in process was straightforward and the member of staff was incredibly helpful and polite. We only required the one night stay for an early start in the morning so I am unable to comment on some aspects (e.g. Dining) but our overall experience was excellent. We were upgraded to a larger room which I cannot fault. I would definitely chose this location again and would certainly recommend to anyone wanting direct access to the City Centre.

Based on our shorty stay, no negatives.
