Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.

The moment you step into this oceanfront, 5th floor unit it's impossible to feel anything but joy. High-end furnishings and décor will make you feel as if you are in South Beach itself. Bright colors and new furnishings in every room envelope you in a sense of relaxation and happiness.

The spacious oceanfront living room has a 55" Smart TV and brand new leather sectional to enjoy as a group. The oceanfront dining room and fully stocked kitchen contains everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals. The extended, oceanfront balcony holds an abundance seating for some much needed relaxation! Imagine waking up every morning with an amazing sunrise, a cup of coffee, and the sound of the ocean waves crashing all around you. The unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience. Although the actual beach items are not guaranteed, there's a always a nice variety of toys and chairs in the laundry room available to guests as well.

The oceanfront primary bedroom suite holds a king bed 43" Smart TV, two Chaise lounges, and a private balcony access. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a double vanity, 6' garden tub, over-sized walk-in shower, and a separate toilet closet. The first guest bedroom contains 2 queen size beds and a 32" Smart TV with a full size bathroom directly across the hall. The second and last guest bedroom holds a King Bed, 32" Smart TV, and an ensuite full guest bathroom.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

This is our 3rd time at the Opus and 2nd time in this unit. Love the layout, love the decor and vibe. The only thing i would even complain about is the master bedroom gets warm early because of the sunrise. But that was bearable because this place is perfect! It was a bummer the pool was closed

Office staff and condo staff were great. Security protocol was really good for building. Beach front location perfect. 3 bedrooms-3 baths-kitchen lay out with what you need Also washer dryer-beach stuff. Condo was clean and neat. Had an issue with one bathroom sink. Told office and it got fixed next day. Over all 5 stars Will stay there again.

5 of us, 3 bedrooms, came to watch our grandsughter (her parents, her uncle) compete at the national cheer competition. This accommodated us very well. Watching the sun rise and walking the beach was such a pleasure. The living/dining/kitchen area easily accommodated not only the 5 of us, but also my brother and his family (additional 5) when they joined us for dinner one night. We thoroughly enjoyed this space.

Our stay at Daytona was made better by this condo! Spacious, clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. Was the perfect place to stay while visiting our son while he’s at school. We didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend this place for your next visit.

Not actually but I was so overwhelmed by the view of not only the beautiful ocean but the accommodation itself! As soon as we walked in all you could hear was OOOOs and AAAAs. It was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and homey. The bedrooms were beautiful, and a sight in themselves. But after going outside on the balcony the sight was really astounding. This stay was one for the books!!

The outside of the building is run down and trashy but the room was good. No pool. Construction everywhere. Couldnt find the parking garage. Instead of calling me back to see what i needed they sent a text that was irrelevant to what i needed to know. Will choose a different place next time.

This property was AWESOME!! My grandson even said “MeMa, if you give a review, PLEASE give this property a 10” The All white furniture was intimidating at first, but was soooo beautiful!! The decor is off the chain! I’m actually retiring soon and was considering getting white furniture! The furniture in the condo has made up my mind! If possible, please share where you purchased it! I love the proximity of the condo to the different attractions. We didn’t spend much gas at all because everything was on Atlantic Blvd. My grands enjoyed Daytona Lagoon Family night! We were all just speechless with the cleaningness and the decor! Thanks for sharing your space with us! This is not a complaint but a suggestion. Please only have one code to be used for everything! That’s all. Have an Amazing Day!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is wonderful and well stocked. There were a few beach items available to use. The building feels secure. The parking garage is a little tight so a larger truck or SUV is a tight fit. There is parking outside the building, but a spot is not always guaranteed. The condo is on the fifth floor so the view of the ocean is amazing. Oceans Luxury emailed in January that the pool, pool deck and beach access were closed. I never had any updates. I had to call a few days prior to our trip to see if this was still the case. They said it was and gave a small discount which was appreciated. The issue was when we woke up the morning after we arrived to find the true state of the pool and sea wall. This was never mentioned or shown. I told them that I understood that work was still needing/being done because of the hurricane, but communication on what things really looked like would have been nice. They said they felt like they did everything they could do. One email in January is not everything. Demo of the sea wall was also going on at 8am on the weekdays. I’m glad to see that they updated the photos for future guests. This is what needed to be done so people know before arriving. The first photo of the pool is the one I sent them in an email. It was taken from the balcony. If you were standing up looking out this was in your view. I would still stay here again because all this will be fixed and the condo is great.

5 stars are completely accurate! We booked it because the pictures looked perfect to celebrate a birthday. Everything was fresh, festive and very clean. The ocean view from almost every room gave us the relaxation we needed. A bonus was the nice cookware because we prefer to cook most of our meals and I’ve never had a location provide such quality cookware and plenty of it. Also the most comfortable lounges in 2 of the bedrooms - where did these come from? It’s a wonder we even went down to the beach because they were so comfortable I could have stayed in them for days. It was a most pleasant and perfect location. We also loved the putt putt right across the street!

This property was a welcome bit of luxury compared to other rentals up and down Atlantic Ave. Everything we needed was in the unit including the constant sound of waves breaking on the beach which we couldn’t get enough of. Loved the underground parking and convenient beach access. Would absolutely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Daytona Beach.

We had a great week at the beach. The room arrangement was perfect for our group. No one was at the office when we arrived to pick up the garage door opener. We knew we couldn't get into our room until 4:00, but we were hoping to pick up the opener to save time. The sign on the door said the office was open until 5:00 on Saturday. We had to call and wait. There were 5 other people there with the same problem. Someone did come about 3:45. Upon arriving in our room we noticed that the master bathroom did not flush correctly. My husband had to use the plunger twice. We called, emailed, and spoke to someone and they were going to send a repairman. After a number of other contacts, no one showed up all week. Fortunately, we figured out a way to flush by holding down the handle the entire time. This worked, but we thought they would want to address the situation. We have stayed at the Opus a number of time before, and would probably stay again. A number of items in our room just needed some TLC.

Condo was pretty much as shown on the listing. Furniture in the living room and kitchen seemed a little more worn than what was shown. Not a big deal though since most of the time was spent at the beach. The location and the view is amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful condo and right on the beach. The couch and chairs in the living area were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Kitchen appliances were dated and parts were broken. Deck furniture was also old, dirty and uncomfortable. Bed in the 3rd bedroom was on the floor. Since only adults were in our party, someone was rolling out of the bed in the morning. Curtains in the master need to be changed to black outs. Who wants to get up at sunrise everyday on vacation? Pool was not cleaned everyday and many days, there was no one in the on-site office. Excellent security, quiet, and we felt safe. More parking needed!

We loved our stay here as a family of 3 adults and 3 daughters. Clean, well furnished (the photos don’t do it full justice), clean carpets (not easy next to the beach!), gorgeous views (sunrise!), great location (two supermarkets and liquor store nearby, fun golf course across the street), nice underground garage with easy elevator access to the 5th floor apartment, nice pool area and right at the beach. We highly recommend this place without reservation.

The property was very nice. Wonderful view of the ocean and very easy access to the beach. The condo was extremely well stocked with kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The oven doesn’t heat past 400 degrees, but still works. The dryer takes a couple runs to dry items. You will need to bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and don’t have any real complaints.

My siblings and I went on a much needed trip and loved the condo! It’s beautifully decorated and had so much space! It was really nice to have the big open area so we could all relax and enjoy our time together! When we had a few questions about something, we got quick responses from management.

This is the second year we have stated at the Opus. We really enjoy the location and the convenience of a grocery store close by. The decor of the unit was very inviting. Arriving to the unit this year we were surprised by a musty odor when arriving, we believe it is from maybe the carpet. After opening the front sliding doors and running an infuser it helped some. The bath linens were limited, especially the washcloths (I had to go and purchase some myself). Overall we would return to stay at the Opus again but this unit needs just a little TLC in regards to odor and amenities inside.

We had a great time in this condo on the beach. Everything was as advertised, clean and in working order. We enjoyed the view and easy access to the pool and beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. We will definitely consider coming back again if we are travelling in the area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The property is exactly how it was reflected in pictures. Very clean and spacious — perfect for families! Loved the extra things that were left to help during your stay ( beach umbrella, chairs, football etc) Beach towels were also included which was nice! Beach views were amazing and it was so close to access from the building Groceries, Dollar General etc were right across the street — which was very convenient! Mattress’ were the only complaint — not the most comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay! Make sure to read check-in instructions carefully as you need to go to a different building to pick up your keys.
