There are buses that run all day with a stop directly in front of Opus. Uber is very convienent here and with grocery and other stores within walking distance could save you on renting a car. The Famous Daytona Pier is a nice long walk up the beach ( or uber part way) many Restaurants and a Boardwalk with lots of things to do. In the summers, on the Boardwalk there are free concerts with great bands every Saturday night & a great Fireworks display.

The condo is exactly as described. Very luxurious and emaculate in every detail. There were wonderful goodie bags left for us upon arrival which were amazing after a long haul and the condo was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. The large master bathroom is incredible with a Walk In Tile Shower and Jacuzzi Bath. There are plenty of towels, kitchen accessories and even food items and spices stocked in the pantry. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and top appliances. There was not one thing that we needed that we did not have at the condo. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and umbrellas all in storage without having to bring a thing. The TVs in each room were very nice, great size, and had great channel selection. We made much use of the balcony as it does not receive the direct sun for the entire day so it made a wonderful spot for morning coffee and afternoon lounging. The beach view from the balcony is beautiful. There is a Dollar General directly across the street and the beach access is an easy in and out of the condo. I could not say enough wonderful things about the owner who was not only responsive but extremely kind to reach out to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. We travel a great bit and this condo is at the top of the list of the nicest we have stayed.This owner strives for perfection when sharing his home away from home and we would stay again and highly recommend.

What can I say! This place was amazing. What sold me first was that Bill and Shelly provided everything you needed for fun on the beach. The condo is conveniently located. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry room. They have thought of everything you might need. The pantry has tons of spices and basics that you need for cooking. They even had snacks and breakfast items waiting for us.The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soaps, lotions, razors, toothpaste, etc that you may have forgotten. We were surprised by our goodie bags left in each room. My kids were especially excited about those. Bill was always a text away and very helpful to suggest places to eat. If we are ever in Daytona again, we will only stay here! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation. Prior to arrival, Bill was in communication with me about the details for check in which made things very smooth as well as during the trip, letting us know about the launch from Cape Canaveral. I never felt like I was bothering him if I had a question. The condo was very clean. They were very hospitable and had items on hand that we may have forgotten to pack. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. They made us feel like we were home. I would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing condo! Everything was perfect. It's spacious, clean, and completely stocked with anything you should need. Beautifully decorated interior and amazing balcony views. We felt right at home. We could not have chosen a better place for a couple's getaway that included a bit of family visitation. So many thoughtful touches within the condo and from the host (Bill) made it extra special! We can't thank you enough for sharing your place with us. This property had everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coffeeā¦ā¦.. there was no need to go to the store for the little things. Just sit at the beach and watch the waves roll in. I would definitely stay again. The owner was easy to contact.

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived.
The condo is very clean and homey. There is everything you need. There was plenty of beach stuff to use. The view is beautiful. The condo is in a great location thereās stores just minutes from it. And thereās a great selection of restaurants. We have stayed in many condos but this one was amazing. Itās great for a couple on a getaway or a big family vacation. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Love the location and the condo. The condo was very clean and FULLY stocked with anything you could think of needing. Loved the special extra touches that were left for us, a wonderful surprise for my family after a long day of traveling. The kids are already wanting to go back!!

This condo was the BEST condo we have ever stayed for our annual "Old Girls" trip. Everything is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The master room and bath is spacious and very secluded. The kitchen is perfect for a larger family. The other 2 bedrooms and laundry were perfect. Part of our group had to leave due to the Hurricane but a small party stayed and the owner was ALWAYS in constant communication with our party. The Hurricane hit hard and we moved furniture in and the condo held up nicely. The wind pushed rain into the door in the Master (of course it did! It was VERY strong winds and over 10 INCHES OF RAIN!!). Bill was so concerned and communicated with our party ALL WEEK long. We lost partial power and water for bit of time but we were so lucky to stay in this SAFE and BEAUTIFUL condo! The worst week was made all the better by the owner :) We are forever grateful and will be back next year !!

My family and I visit Daytona several times every year and we have stayed in several beautiful condos but none of them come close to this condo it is absolutely perfect and the host is amazing as well. My family and I are deciding on our next trip to Daytona and we will be staying in 1102 again.

Our family travels a lot. Every summer we visit Florida beaches and 1102 Condo was the best one! The owner, Bill is awesome. We felt we were valued from day one of our stay - gift bags, complete toiletries, and beach essentials. The porch has a beautiful view of the beach and The Congo River. The best part, my children never complained anything about the place.

A Very Nice Condo with a Great Location and Awesome Views
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and offered great views of the ocean and coastal waterway. We spent a lot of time while in the condo on the patio enjoying the view. The beach items offered and access to garage parking were an added bonus. It was also across the street from Dollar General and the Congo River Minature Golf. We will definitely look at reserving this condo in the future when we vacation in Daytona.

This house is a complete package. Very clean, simply resourceful, with a fully equipped kitchen. The elevators are FAST :) helps a lot when you stay on the 10th floor :) The beach access is neat and all property is gated and safe. The locker room has beach chairs and toys plus 2 adult bikes. That is a cherry on the top.
Now about Bill. He is blazin' fast with communications, text, or call. Very very helpful. Thank you Bill for letting us stay at your property.
