We loved the location and the views.
That it didn’t have a washing machine in the apartment

Views were stunning
Oven didn't work, room wasn't as 'delux' for almost $500 a night.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Large super clean apartment with an epic view of Airlie. Huge comfy bed. Everything you need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked if you prefer to eat in. The admin were super prompt with replies and helped us with early check in and late checkout with was a god sent having a later flight out. We will 100% stay again and recommend everyone. Perfect stay. Thank you!

Loved the location, awesome views, comfortable apartment. We could walk to the main street easily and the Anchor Bar is so close.
The curtains in the bedroom let light in, need block out curtains.

Clean and tidy.
Nice view.
The hill walking up and down wasn’t that pleasant.
No ramp access to apartment, needed to carry luggage up flights of stairs.
Outdoor light not working.
Unit underneath was renovating at the time.
Didn’t find out till after I booked that you couldn’t get reception help as it was privately owned.

Great location, beautiful views and restaurants close by
was a little dated and attention to detail with the cleaning wasn’t very good

Apartment was very clean, bed was comfy and view was awesome. Just a short walk to Esplanade, shops, coffee shops/restaurants and much more.
The apartment was a short walk up hill - this was a bit of a challenge for the 'unfit', but good exercise, I'm sure!!

The locked box needs to be replaced as it won’t open unless you use another object to move the lock . Not knowing this we input the code many times with no luck . Phoned the booking agents on a few occasions a representative did arrive and to my annoyance she indicated they are aware of the fault (sorry not good enough) . Unfortunately the event all took place during a serious wet weather event we were wet through not a good way to start a holiday , maybe you can just fix the lock

Apartment was clean and welcoming.

Views are amazing, location is perfect as it is a very short walk down to the pubs, restaurants, lagoon and beach!
There is nothing I could comment on that we didn't like.

Renovations next door by sometimes noisy tradesmen

Location was good, close to town, which is important when you’re walking everywhere. (And in Airlie Beach once you leave the beach area, it’s all uphill). Nicely furnished apartment with sunny balcony overlooking the sea. Comfy bed and couches. Free wifi and Netflix made relaxing at home in the evening easy. A good sized kitchen with full fridge made it convenient to prepare our own meals and Woolworths was just a five minute walk away. Good bathroom facilities although I found the basin to be very high. (I could see it was built to accommodate a washing machine under the bench)
A few small things. Large wardrobe but it was rather annoyingly taken up with a folding bed and there were no coat hangers anyway, so I had to fold skirts, dresses and trousers (or bring in a kitchen chair to drape them over). The kitchen was a little under stocked. Even for 2 people places often have sets of 4 . . . but this had only 1 pasta bowl, 2 water glasses, (nice to leave one in the bathroom or bedroom) no slotted spoon or spatula, and 1 tea towel for a whole week’s dishwashing, to mention the few things we noticed. A laundry basket in the bathroom would be useful too (as we used the laundry facilities whilst we were there) and some pegs to go with the clothes horse. These are all such small inexpensive things which I would have appreciated.

location, well designed apartment, the view, parking at the bottom of the stairs
two flights of stairs, should have been mentioned in the ad
curtains in the bedroom did not properly pull together to block out light
3.5
view and location was great. The size of the apartment was also good.
The complex felt dated but the room itself was pleasant. I would recommended some storage drawers in the bathroom as there is nothing but bench space. The curtains also need to be updated as the backing leaves white marks and they aren’t entirely block out.
this is a privately owned room and is tidy and more modern. the rest of the complex looks like it needs some serious upgrading.

property was quite clean and tidy
slightly over priced for what you receive.
air conditioner was very mouldy and unhealthy. a lady come and cleaned the exterior however it required a deep clean

Great location, great views and excellent amount of space in the apartment

The location was great only a short walk up the hill from town. The views from the unit are incredible, probably the best in Airlie Beach. The unit had beautiful decor and was extremely comfortable. We had a couple of extra requests which our hosts were only too happy to help out with straight away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the near future.

Location was amazing unit was clean and comfortable beautiful views, extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was great everything you require in a kitchen was there nice furniture for a week stay. Anchor bar had great food and service, this is located onsite but down the bottom of the hill so bear in mind if you are in the top building its a big steep walk
The hill climb to the unit each time you went out in Airlie Beach is difficult for seniors its quite steep, then of course stairs to the unit, no designated car spaces for each unit which we found hard to explain and only after a lot of driving around did we find you can park anywhere under the 6 or 7 buildings bearing in mind your car may be some distance from your unit up the hill further on a much higher elevation, our car was parked 3 buildings up the street, not ideal, this is something they really need to address. The curtains in all rooms have the backings deteriorating and making a mess on the carpets when opened and closing so need replacing also when you brush up against the curtains they leave white marks on your skin and clothing, unacceptable for the money. Extra towels would be great for a week stay and explaining where the laundries are in the comlex would be helpful too and there are no tv instructions either for the 2 remotes. This unit is managed by outside agents and so confirmation of your stay meant we were asked not to go to reception this was an issue as we had a smoke alarm going off for hours in the unit next door and because the managing outside agents were along way away we had to get a code to retrieve the smoke alarm ourselves for the unoccupied unit next to us to disarm it, we then had to take this alarm to our room and babysit it all night having to constantly silence it during the night as maintenance would not be there for another 24 hrs. we only did this because we felt other guests like ourselves would be under stress all night, it did ruin our last night with no sleep looking after this alarm and as we were paying good money per night to stay here we were not entirely impressed.

Clean, modern, location, views, facilities
Only 2 towels for 4 nights.

Close to the shops and restaurants, we’ll equipped, comfortable bed, great view
Cigarette smoke drifting into the apartment from below when we opened the door, in the end we kept it closed, hard to manage all the stairs when you have a bad hip.
