Lovely little rooms. Stunning courtyard. Excellent breakfast.

Wow absolutely incredible! The atmosphere was amazing, the staff members were so welcoming and nothing was too much for us even on request. Rooms were exceptional clean and tidy! Very modern and posh! Comfort was a 10/10, had the best sleep! Stayed here for my Veterinary OSCE’s practicals, 6 minutes away from them, perfect location. Lovely chilled place. Food was also exceptional! Couldn’t fault the place at all!
Nothing.

Separate from the pub, so there is minimal potential noise. Thoughtfully fitted and furnished. Superb breakfast. Great value

A nice country pub in a pretty village. Attractive rooms high quality bedding and towels.Small en-suite but adequate. Really pretty private garden for guests and lots of nice areas to sit generally in the public areas. Excellent breakfast. Also had dinner which was good. Short drive to Bury St Edmunds worth a visit as lovely

Everything you needed. Staff and locals very friendly, the room was lovely had its own little garden, The village is Beautiful. Very quaint. Typically English. We had Dinner in the Restaurant The Food was delicious and the Breakfast was the Best we have had , (and believe me we have had some breakfasts )
The toilet seat was loose. It didn’t fit properly. But that was it .

No problems at all.

Dinner was excellent and service first rate, so was breakfast.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was dust everywhere between the floor and walls. The sink could have been cleaner.
4.5
cosy, comfortable, great food in the restaurant and friendly staff
room was a little noisy
4.5
Excellent home cooked food
Disappointed by racist attitude of a small group of locals and that upset the overall experience
4.5
Breakfast was the right size, not too much, the man who served the breakfast was really nice and friendly!
The rug in the room could do with grips as it's easy to slip on laminate flooring, dangerous if you need new knees like me.

Great rooms and standard. Staff more than helpful
Being placed in the conservatory for evening dinner right by a direct opening door . Then being offered the restaurant but could I eat and clear the table in 35 minutes . Having been asked to eat in the pub it was obvious that no space was available, why ask ..the manager did try to accommodate but it just didn’t work but at least she did apologise and try to accommodate. Not a problem next time maybe .

Evening meal was fantastic and breakfast was delicious and fresh. Bed was very comfortable but pillows too soft for my liking.
Hot water tap in bathroom was ice cold so I had to shave in the shower!

Everyone, Darren one of the owners and his dad David were wonderful hosts this morning at breakfast
The 2 Claire 's and Charlie and Oscar were very attentive and helpful on arrival and at dinner. Just spot on. I will be back next year.
My only issue was the soft mattress in room 8. The room itself was fabulous and the shower was awesome
I slept like a baby but my back needed a bit more support.

Didn't have time for breakfast in the morning as we had to leave early, but we got offered some nice sandwiches for the road. Nice touch!

Nice location, lovely village
The bin in the bathroom was not emptied and the toilet could have done with some bleach down there
