Agréable et convivial

L’emplacement, petit déjeuner excellent et varié, possibilité de prendre café ou autre à volonté tout au long de la journée, fruits et possibilités de faire chauffer son repas à tout moment, on se sent comme à la maison. Un personnel très accueillant, agréable, souriant et serviable.

交通位置來說很方便，價格也算親民，算是入住時的考量

無限暢飲的白開水、24小時的櫃檯服務、早餐美味且每日都有不同的選項、員工每位親切的服務及協助。

隔音不好、蓮蓬頭非手持式。另外陽台很簡陋、位置很窄小，基本上沒機會用到而且容易引來蚊子進房。

พนักงานพูดจาดี บริการดีมากค่ะ ห้องสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย อาหารเช้าอร่อย อยู่ใกล้ถนนคนเดินวัวลายมาก เดินไปไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึง

ที่จอดรถหน้าโรงแรมมีจำกัด แต่โชคดีที่ช่วงที่ไปพักมีที่จอดตลอด

Efficient

Very clean and sleek. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even got us a cake for my partners birthday and helped book the taxi back to the hotel!

Très très bruyant la nuit et surtout le matin a partir de 6h30. Salle de bain pas très propre tout comme les espaces communs La piscine semblait ne pas avoir été filtrée depuis des mois. Au dessus du salé du petit déjeuner beaucoup de moucherons. Nous ne sommes pas restées nous avons changé d hotel après la 1ere nuit

Great Hotel

Clean , friendly staff , delicious breakfast. My family and I absolutely loved our stay at ISilver , the staff were exceptional at ensuring we had a great stay , the complimentary breakfast blew us away with their wide variety and delicious coffee . The girls in the front were more than willing to help us find tours , and great eats around Chiang Mai . 10/10 would recommend.

A little far from the city, but taking a local taxi was easy.

Super lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, a blisko do miasta.

Bardzo miły personel, urozmaicone śniadania, woda dostępna non stop.

Cisza nocna obowiązuje od 21:00 do 8:00, nie bez powodu. Wyciszenie pokoju jest standardowe, ale klatki schodowe są dość akustyczne. Mieliśmy też pokój z balkonem na 3 piętrze nad zewnętrzną „kuchnią”, skąd od wczesnych godzin rannych było słychać odgłosy przygotowywania śniadań. Mimo wszystko polecam hotel. Naprawdę wysoki standard i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Pas d'isolation, l'enfer !!!

L'emplacement proche du centre (10 min), gentillesse du personnel, pt déj varié, bouteilles d'eau fraîche, kf, pt en cas à grignoter et dispo tte la journée. Super éclairage dans les chambres, literie niquel, pt balcon qui fait un plus. Si vous chercher un peu de calme, regarder ailleurs au vu de l'isolation inexistante !!

La chambre à un angle d'escaliers où tte la nuit vous entendez les monter, descentes etc bâtiment où l'isolation est complètement inexistante du coup le voisinage qui parle, qui rigole, les allers venus à tt heure, le claquement des portes dans les chambres à côté, et surtout le non respect des gens (population de chinois nombreuse dans l'hôtel, personnes qui se foutent des autres !!) ventilo des clims accroché au niveau des chambres un peu bruyante, certaines chambres au dessus de la cuisine.... Piscine froide qui ne voit pas le soleil forcément....

Would surely stay again.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. Rooms were good and the breakfast was very good with different dishes daily. We thought that the location was slightly far from the street food but Saturday night market proved us wrong. 7/11 is just round the corner. The poolside area is fantastic to laze around. Free flow of bottled water and tea, coffee with biscuits.

物超所值的一家飯店,服務人員非常親切,環境清潔舒適,整面牆的冰箱,礦泉水無限暢飲,地點隱密安靜,會介紹朋友入住,下次還會再光臨的一家飯店

每天便換菜色和甜點,沙拉和水果也超棒的,位置在巷弄裡,隱密且安靜,游泳池也非常乾淨,24小時都有服務人員接待,飯店旁邊有一家按摩店,是我最滿意的一間massage,也是最便宜的!

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Super friendly staff and owners. I can highly recommend this place!

Great place within walking distance of the old city and markets. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, the nice swimming pool and the big breakfast that the chef prepares every morning. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and always in a good mood. We loved how the chef always lightened up our morning with a chat, some singing and delicious breakfast. Thank you!

Modern, clean hotel in a great location and staff very friendly and helpful. We would recommend!

Location was perfect, all staff were very helpful and always happy to help, free bottles of water was a huge bonus. We were in Thailand for three weeks and stayed in lots of different hotels - this hotel was the best accommodation we stayed in. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool does need a little bit of clean as around the sides it is going green.

Really nice hotel with super service

If you want to stay in Chiang Mai in a quiet place, out of all noises, with nice clean swimmingpool , kind staff (really kind), super breakfest, free drinking water etc. Just make a reservation here. Aircon didn't make any unpredictable sounds, beds are comfortable, hot water all day. You can prepare espresso all the day, free. Some breakfest fruit available for free too. Breakfest is delicious and they change the menu. Really nice food. To the center 10min walk. Saturday market starts 100m from the hotel.

Room is big, clean and easy to ask for amenities. All of the staffs are super friendly, helpful and patience. They have small buffet breakfast on the weekend. Hotel is closed to a big Saturday night market

Good value for money!

+Staff are all excellent, friendliest and most service minded that I have met in Thailand so far. +Free water +Clean and spacious rooms +Good soundproofing

Nothing really, you get what you pay for here and I have no complaints. We had coffee every morning and we didn't eat breakfast as we rarely do but the breakfast maybe is on the limited side but with low amount in the hotel you won't go big for things that isn't going to be eaten so that's fair enough.

it is very well located. near to the airport and close to Old City and Silver Temple. the kitchen is clean. common room/dining area you can meet other guests.

well nothing as such, only for making complaint the small pool could be working for a quick dip.

the best part is it’s management. it’s manager Kung is always there to help with our groups. breakfast is good. room is spacious. location is inside residential area but walking distances to old city and night market.

all staffs are very helpful. may be a few more tables for breakfast.
