3 Combehaven is a ground floor apartment within a luxury gated development only a short walk from Salcombe’s restaurants, pubs, upmarket shops and beautiful waterfront. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps six. There is an open-planned kitchen / lounge / dining room with modern granite worktops, coal-effect gas fire and six-person dining table. 3 Combehaven is a lovely property for families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe without compromising on space.Guests are required to bring their own towels and tea towels
Amenities: AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
TV, DVD and ipod docking unit. Wifi.
Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted) - a lift runs from ground floor/car park level in each of the two main apartment buildings.
Gas fired central heating and hot water.
Entry telephone system.
All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided including bath, hand and Tea towels. Strictly No Smoking. strictly NO PETS ALLOWED

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
