Peek A Boo well known ‘Robert's Way’ just two houses to the beach in Seaside, Florida! This dreamy beach hideaway will give you a vacation that will have you feeling like a local in no time.
You’ll know you’ve arrived at this shaded retreat when you spy a coastal, white, bungalow surrounded by beautiful trees and the crashing sound of waves in the distance. Head into the front doors into the first level and expect to enter a fully equipped kitchen complete with all necessary appliances throughout, as well as classic black and white floor tiles on the floor. Right next to the kitchen is a convenient and cozy dining nook for four, as well as an open living area, featuring comfortable seating for all and a flat-screen TV. Also on this floor are two bedrooms down, the first a queen bedroom and the bunk room (double over double bunk, sleeps 4); both bedrooms share a full bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Additionally, this story provides plenty of refreshing, natural light, as there are many windows surrounding the space.
The true gem of the home is the open-air rear front porch that features Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco. This open porch overlooks a park-like setting, a Seaside secret called Rose walk that all homes face, a perfect place to watch the kids play or just enjoy the natural beauty and downtime.
The second story of this home offers a large King bedroom, featuring a toilet closet and a single vanity in the room. There is a private balcony off the king overlooking the town and providing views as well as enchanting sounds of the gulf! This home has an incredible location just two houses to the beach, private residential Seaside beach access at Tupelo Pavilion, and a short walk to all things Seaside, Florida!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was adorable and cozy. The location was great. It was perfect for our family of 4. We used the queen bedroom for a pantry and closet storage. It would have been too cramped if there were more guests but worked perfect for 4.

Our stay in Seaside was a mixed experience. We appreciate the communication from Homeowner's Collection and the house was great. Unfortunately, we were not informed of construction going on right next door. We were greeted with a large porto potty close to our driveway, constant construction noise, and workers in eyesight of us at all times. After a call the first day they did start working later in the morning, around 8am, but it didn't help with the hammering and noise during the day. It was disappointing considering the price point of the house and area. I believe it would have been a courtesy to let us know at the time of booking and offer another one of their properties at that time. The home was stocked well and kept clean. I think we would definitely ask more questions before booking with this company again.

The cottage was wonderful. Anew phenomenon we haven’t encountered in Seaside before was the massive group of teenagers walking up and down the streets from 10pm to 1am, yelling, cussing loudly & fighting right outside our rental. Made for less enjoyable evenings and we sent an email to the Seaside Town Council. I doubt we would stay in this cottage again, until this is somehow rectified and controlled better in the future. But the cottage itself is lovely.

All of the amenities needed for a family of four. Walkable to the beach, downtown Seaside, and the pool. A/C and wifi works great. Comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Large bunk beds convenient for kids.If I'm being critical, I have a few comments. The furniture is large for the space and makes it challenging to get around and find places for all of our stuff for the week. We were able to rearrange some furniture items and return them prior to checkout. The teenagers and 30A cruisers were loud from about dark until the bars closed. Completely out of the homeowners control.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Peek A Boo.

As longtime Seaside renters, I really can’t say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the staff at Homeowners Collection was during our stay. We arrived early on our check in day with no car. They went out of their way to help us store and transport our luggage and made sure to get us in to the house as quickly as possible. The house itself was just darling and the perfect location for walking to the beach or into town. Every detail was covered including a lovely welcome beach bag that we’ll definitely use again. Highly recommend a visit to Seaside and renting through Homeowners Collection!

My daughter and I came for a few days over Spring Break. The house was perfect for just the two of us. The location could not have been better. The private beach access was only a block away and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend renting Peek A Boo for a getaway. Since we flew in, we were not able to bring beach chairs which I would have loved to have provided instead of having to rent on the beach. The vacation was perfect!
