Summary:
Ingle's Nest is a chic, coastal home located in the premiere Seaside Resort. This charming hideaway has easy access to Scenic Hwy 30A & the sugar white sand and emerald green gulf water. It is perfect for a relaxing stay, with its open floor plan & multiple porches designed to provide lovely vistas & an excess of space for gathering with friends & family. It's right in the middle of the action, but far enough away to rest easy at night & enjoy a peaceful vacation. Heated enclosed pool in winter
The Space:
The large gourmet kitchen has double electric ovens and a six-burner cooktop with griddle. Stainless steel appliances complement the custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Lots of cabinet space and a large center island, with bar seating for four, makes it a great gathering spot. The living room includes a gas fireplace flanked by built in bookcases and has access to a screened in porch for outdoor dining or cozying up with a good book.
The Upstairs features three bedrooms, all with access out to an open-air covered porch overlooking the wooded green space next door allowing you to feel as if you are nestled in the treetops. The large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings also includes a sitting area with wet bar as well as a private porch for relaxing with early morning coffee or evening cocktails. The master bathroom features not only a large jetted tub but also an oversized shower.

Golf Carts are only approved for medical conditions or age; all guests must go through the Rental Agency, and the Rental Agency will come through the Seaside Town Council for approval. This will also count as one of their approved parking spaces. They will need to show proof of age 70 and older (copy of identification) or a letter from the treating physician stating that they have a medical condition requiring a golf cart.

This Property is in such a great location; it really nailed our wish-list. Plenty of room and a great chef's kitchen. All of the kids had ample room to play / have down-time when rest was needed. We would recommend this house to any family with 3-4 kids.

We enjoyed our stay at Ingle’s Nest. The house was in a great location and fit all our needs. The house can use a deep clean as the air filters were pretty dirty and the lamps in the master were very dusty. The house itself is super cute and would stay here again for sure.

We have been coming to 30A for years, but this was our first time staying in Seaside. With two toddlers, we needed a location that was close in order to take breaks when they had too much fun in the sun. Our location was perfect for exploring the town, walking to the pool, and getting down to the beach. It's SO amazing that the house has access to all of the Seaside beach pavilions, so we had out choice on where we wanted to set up at. Keith was great with communications, and we simply could not have stayed in a nicer place. Looking forward to booking again!

Nice house and very well-organized rental process. Really liked that the property had a professionally-appointed kitchen with a six-burner gas stove and flattop - many rentals in seaside have electric stoves. If you plan to cook this stands out. Good fit for family stay - it is comparatively spacious and close to town square but enough off of it that it is not noisy. Only complaint was the downstairs bathroom had some excessive wear and tear but this would be a top choice for a return visit.

This location is perfect for all things Seaside or Watercolor. No driving needed, all food and beverages are within a short walk. Seaside is such a magical town, especially during the holiday season.This is our fifth rental in Seaside or Watercolor. The communication was great with the property managers. The house needs some general updates. The kitchen equipment is lacking, simple items such as can opener(the worst), to cooking utensils and mixing bowls. The washing machine I am sure is hard to keep clean with a front loader and many users. But there needs to be a deep cleaning with the mold in the rubber gaskets. Also you may have a leak as it had water on the floor to the right after every wash. The twin beds in the middle room are not made for regular size adults! You could at least get the twin extra longs in there, plus there were no bed pillows had to hunt in other rooms for them. Bed pillows in the primary bedroom could use a refresh as they are at least 6 years old. Front middle window in the bedroom upstairs would not close all the way. Lots of dust on lamps in primary bedroom, blinds in front bedroom and various wall hangings throughout could use a good clean.They are literally hanging in dust. The odor of natural gas front the front porch is strong. Not convinced it is the grill, if so may be leak.None of the able detracted from our vacation we just want property managers and owners to know of issues we ran across on our stay.

Loved the house. Great location and accommodations. Would’ve loved a smoother check in process… for example, to receive one email with all access codes, etc. upon check in. Also, I would’ve loved the opportunity to check in early and the ability to advise the property manager at booking that we wanted to check in early. We found out on the day. We got there that we could pay extra to check in early, and we totally would have done that had we known it was an option.
The property manager was fairly responsive, and I had a lot of questions… But I would have had fewer questions at all of the information been provided in a single communication. But still, the manager was very helpful.
Overall, great house, great vacation, and I would stay there again!

The location of this home is incredible. We liked having one side of the home open to the common area. The walk to the beach was easy, we loved the cleanliness and security of the Seaside beaches and the pavilions. You really can't beat the walkability of staying in Seaside! Working with Michele was easy and she was very responsive to ALL my questions! We really enjoyed our stay!

We took a girls trip with our teenage girls for spring break. It was exactly as listed. Everything we needed for our stay and location was perfect! A 5min walk to the beach and the square is right around the corner. Would definitely book here again.

Easy stay with organized host. Didn’t know the area before and this location was so convenient and walkable to downtown, boathouse, and running trails. Well maintained property with comfortable beds, also comes with access to private beaches, pools and gym down the street.

Great House, Great Host, But Chaos in Seaside/30A.
We stayed at this property for four days over Spring Break with our two young boys. The house and location were clean and as advertised. It was a short walk to the City Center, the beautiful beach and the play ground and pool. The host was also responsive and very accommodating, which made our stay easier and more enjoyable.
Having said that, this was only our second year staying in Seaside, and we vastly underestimated the chaos that ensues during Spring Break. Last year, we visited about a month earlier in March, which makes a HUGE difference. This property is located directly adjacent to a main passage way between the City Center and other residential areas, which is both good and bad. This made for a chaotic scene that can best be described as teenagers on bikes with loud bluetooth speakers shouting profanities late into the night. Given the intersection of bikes and vehicular traffic right next to the house, it is a miracle that we didn't witness an accident. The City finally got wise after the second night and closed the street to vehicle traffic, but there was a constant stream of bikes zipping in and out of the trees. These pathways should probably be widened, or somebody is going to get hurt here.
The City Center was overrun with much of the same, and our 6 year old boys got to witness a shoplifter get chased out of the Record Store and down the stairs with again, more profanities. Both my wife and kids were very upset with what they witnessed in the store.
All in all, I do not think we will be returning to Seaside/30A anytime soon. This is in no way a reflection of the house or the host; rather, it was our lack of understanding of what Seaside is truly like in April during Spring Break. We spent our last few days of Spring Break at Henderson Resort in Destin, which was way more family friendly.
