This home was perfect for our group of 14. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. This house is welcoming and easy to spend time in. Kitchen had everything we needed to create 2 great dinners for our group of family and friends. We ate, watched movies, laughed and enjoyed the company of each other for a long weekend. Highly recommend this beautiful home to slightly larger groups who travel together. Owner/property manager could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with our group for a few days. We loved being in Cape May and your home was just perfect!

Spectacular house! Big enough that we could all spread out….comfortable enough that we could all relax. Please fix that oven door….and perhaps upgrade on the plastic plates. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This house, location, and property owner are perfect! We hosted our family for a long weekend with people coming from Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, South Carolina, Delaware, and Maryland. We only had 14 people stay in the house but this house could easily accommodate so many more comfortably. It's absolutely beautiful and of course, the view is perfection. Working with the owner was so easy, he answered all our questions leading up to our stay immediately which was so helpful for planning purposes. 100% recommend

I had the best time at this house! It was perfect for a big group! The oven door didn’t close all the way so it did heat up the kitchen and living area a bit. But that’s the only issue. We made it work. I would stay here again for sure! Absolutely stunning house! The surround sound system was so fun getting ready and hearing the same music throughout the house.

1. The stove door did not close all the way so when cooking, it took much longer because the warmth was escaping from the oven.
2. AppleMusic needed updated software to play at the house.
Note: If you plan on going to a 20+ person home and being a little loud please be aware of something.
We arrived on the property on Friday around 2pm and one of the neighbors (believed to be one with pool on garage side) called the police for loudness at 6pm… We were playing music with the speakers they have throughout the house and didn’t realize that their were speakers surrounding the perimeter of the house. The police were very rude and if the neighbors knocked on the door and pointed out the fact that the music was blasting, we would’ve turned it down.

We had a Taylor Swift theme 40th birth-Tay party. We played my favorite song, the one we danced to all night. The party was tasteful, but I little loud. I was spinning like a girl in a brand new dress. This is a night I will always remember, standing in a nice dress, staring at the sunset.
I don’t know if it gets better than this.

We were so lucky to have found this house. It was perfect for a family vacation. We had five married couples, a couple of singles and two babies. Everyone had their own spot and there was everything that we needed. We had the Linen Ladies make all of our beds before arriving, what a treat! The kitchen, dining room and family room accommodated all of us together, but if people wanted privacy, there were other living areas. The location was amazing, right across the street from the beach. We were within a quick drive to the center of town and everything that one would want. I love this house, and I hope that I get to stay there again!

Perfect location for our family to stay for our daughter's wedding. Plenty of room for our family, grandkids and the bridesmaids to get ready. View was spectacular, looking forward to seeing the photographer's photos.

House is very nice and we all enjoyed our time at the place. A few things could have made the stay more convenient.. like not being asked to get our own linens and supply of basic toiletries and paper towels etc. We also could not figure out how to make the sound system work.. but we had our own speakers, so not a big problem.

This property is stunning! Everything you could want for a family vacation at the beach. We traveled to Cape May during COVID 19 for a family getaway. All of our questions were answered promptly. There were no problems upon arrival. This home is magnificent! We had plenty of room for the 18 of us to be together and also apart when needed. The elevator was a HUGE help for my father with the main bedroom (with a beach view) being on the third floor. The home is beautifully appointed which makes you feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are plenty of bathrooms. Two outdoor showers limit the amount of sand being brought into the house. We were steps from the beach!! We could watch the older kids as they made their way to or from. There were plenty of beach tags for all of us. Linens are not supplied. When you rent use the Linen Ladies whole house package to make your life easier!If you are going to Cape May this is the house you want to be in!! We’re hoping to make this an annual family trip. Thank you to the Parkers for sharing your beautiful home.

This house is clean, beautiful and spacious especially in balcony and common areas. Kids loved to play hide and seek. Some of my friends didn’t even get a chance to see all the rooms after 2 night stay. We all enjoyed the fabulous views of sunrise and sea waves. There is a beach entrance almost in front of the house. I was a little worried about the deposit due to another review, but I got all my deposit back. The owner is kind and timely responded a few questions during my checking in. My family, friends and kids were all enjoyed their stay in this beautiful house. Thank you Mr and Mrs Parker for sharing your beautiful with us.
