Well maintained and fully supplied. Lovely decor. Unbeatable view!

Our Zoom writer's group met in person for a writing retreat. The house had an artsy, secluded feeling that was ten minutes from La Conner's restaurants, shops, and museum. The waterfront view was amazing. We saw seals, herons, and deer. There is a main floor bedroom and bath but stairs to the other bedrooms, a step down to the living area, and down to the beach along with a few stairs to access the property. The beds were comfy. The host graciously provided a K cup coffee maker and coffee pods along with other amenities like spices and soap. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun place to stay. Suited my purpose. Beds were all comfortable (this is not always the case in rentals). Enjoyed the hot tub a lot.

We stayed 2 weeks at this house in the cove. It is a wonderful location with fantastic views of the water. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood, the wildlife and birds (especially the bald eagle). The beds were comfortable and most of the appliances are mainly new. Unfortunately the reason for my low rating is the house was NOT CLEAN !! We were very disappointed especially since we were staying for 2 weeks. My husband and I did a lot of cleaning the first few days ! We did enjoy sitting on the deck but you need to be careful of the pitch that drops from the trees onto the lawn furniture and do not sit in it like I did (hard to remove from clothing). With a lot of TLC this house would be a jewel !

We enjoyed our stay: beautiful views; gorgeous sunsets; hot tub was a plus; enough room for 6 of us; upstairs primary bedroom had a wonderful view and a generously sized bathroom. A nice surprise - the little “free library” just down the road. The house is filled with a gallery of amazing art work. One could tell this was a cherished home filled with love, life and special memories.
Met the caretakers, lovely people. It does need deep cleaning. Some food particles were left in refrig and there were dusty head boards and furniture. Light switch in main floor bedroom does not work. I’m sure it’s a challenge with a steady schedule of renters. Just a bit smaller than expected.
Unfortunately the neighbors had a party. Noise only lasted 20 minutes but it started at 10 pm and was annoying. Thank you.

Absolutely loved our recent stay at this Vrbo property, even though it felt way too short! The neighborhood was fantastic, and we met many friendly neighbors during our walks. The property itself is a true gem with artistic touches that left us feeling inspired.
One highlight was waking up on our last day to see a bald eagle perched just outside the bedroom window—what an incredible sight! The airflow in the house is another standout feature; with the windows cracked open, the air circulates beautifully, making it feel like you're outside.
The kitchen is impressively stocked with everything you need to cook, making meal preparation a breeze. My favorite memory from our stay was lying in bed upstairs with my two children, listening to the soothing sound of the sea, and gazing at the moon outside the window. It was so peaceful and absolutely perfect.
Highly recommend this property for a serene and inspiring getaway. We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here, including 2 teenagers. They had a great time enjoying the bay, with the tide coming and going. The house had plenty of space to make everyone feel at home and not crowded. Thanks for having us. Gail

This was a lovely house with engaging art work and an interesting library of books.
The bed was comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked. It was a delightful place to watch the movement of the tide and the activity of the birds.

Charming home right on bay with a fantastic view of the tide coming in and out. Watch for otters, birds and other wildlife. Just minutes from the Skagit Tulip Festival and the quaint town of LaConner where you will find some great restaurants, breweries, and unique retail shops. The house is clean, well-appointed with essentials and 3 bathrooms is always a plus! Certainly would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

The property is waterfront on the sound near LaConnor with beautiful views of the shore, water, and night sky. The deck had plenty of comfortable seating and a well placed hot tub with prime viewing of the shore and wildlife. We saw otters, eagles, osprey, and countless other birds every morning and evening from the deck hit tub or large windows in the dining and living areas. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee, tea, and basic pantry staples provided.
The home is convenient to the Skagit valley Tulip Festival a short 15 minute drive. The festival is worth doing at a leisurely pace and when you’ve seen enough tulips, downtown LaConner has good dining options, interesting shopping options and a thriving artist community. Our dining favorites were Nell Thorne and The Fork.
We spent four days at the property and enjoyed absolute privacy, peace, and natural beauty in a comfortable, secure and well appointed home. Absolutely recommend this property.

We had a lovely weekend visit at this cozy house. It was comfortable for 6 of us including young kids. Had everything we needed, loved lounging on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub. The location was great, close to activities in La Conner but quiet and peaceful at the house. And Judy was super communicative when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

The property was lovely, cozy, inviting, and just what we needed for a long weekend with good friends. Thank you!
One note to the property manager: the chemicals in the jacuzzi were so strong that it caused rashes/red bumps and serious discomfort on the two people who used it. We would highly recommend reevaluating the quality and quantity of your chemical treatment.

It is a beautiful place! Nice and relaxing! Was a get away for my daughter and myself! My husband, her father had just passed recently and we wanted some alone time for just the two of us. Perfect place and loved all the art work. I will rent this place again! And our hostess fabulous!

This is a great spot. Wonderful location overlooking the water and with easy beach access. The kitchen was well-stocked. And its a quick drive to downtown Laconner which is adorable.

The view was as good as you can find, absolutely amazing. The only issue was, the hot tub went out for the first time in 12 years. Judy, the Property Manager did everything she could to get it fixed, maintenance guy came quickly, but it was a problem inside the hot tub controls, so it needed a hot tub company to fix it. It was on Thanksgiving, she offered them extra money, but that company said it had to wait until Monday.
The property manager talked to the owner who gave us a partial refund. That's as good as anyone could have done.

We had a great time at tipping rock. It is a beautiful location and La Conner is a lovely little town! There were loads of towels and sheets and everything was clean. The little secret room was a hit with the kids. We saw an otter and a heron at the water and picked up many seashells and rocks. The hottub has a beautiful view but the chemicals were a bit too strong for us - it stung the skin. Also my kids found loads of things in the couch cushions (makeup brush, pens, etc). To be fair, if you looked at my couch you'd find lots too, and all the things that need to be clean (kitchen, towels, etc) were, but it could have been a bit better. Overall great place and I'd go back.

I came to La Conner with my two sisters for little girls getaway. We absolutely loved our stay it was so relaxing and such a stunning location! All the beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we were needing. We particularly enjoyed our afternoon/evening hot tubs watching the sun go down. We will be returning with our husbands and kids next time!

Great house. Love the tidal change - lots of herons. A pair of river otters on a regular basis. Communications were easy and management team very responsive. Hot tub was pristine as was the rest of the house. Very enjoyable ten days.

This house was everything we were hoping for. Plenty of private space for our family of five. Kitchen was well-appointed (including a pasta pot), and the home itself was very comfortable. It's close to town, with several great restaurants, a super cute town, and best of all the house is literally right on the water (when the tide is in, of course). We brought a paddle board and were able to use it several times. We also brought boogie boards in case there was a bit of surf, and were able to use those one of the three nights. The other nights the water was too calm, which was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. We lucked out with the tides: It was out for mid day, then would come back in over the warm sand during the early afternoon and evening hours, which meant the water was warm. We also took advantage of the nearby Anacortes ferry to visit the San Juan Islands for a day, which was lovely.
We've been to many ocean homes over the years, and this was honestly the best. Our kids already want to go back. I had never even heard of La Conner before, but they are sitting on some gorgeous shores!

We stayed at the house for my husband’s birthday. Our grandson just loved it the moment we walked in the house. He was everywhere and running around and dancing. He loved the beach and kept on want to go exploring and he is only 21 months old! We loved the relaxing setting and enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the sunset and water. Definitely worth a revisit

Amazing property with a stunning sunset view. The deck is incredible and the quite neighborhood allows you to feel safe and secluded. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook fantastic meals while taking in the beautiful Skagit Bay. Nearby La Conner and Anacortes are accessible and provide all the conveniences one needs. Would stay again!

While the photos you're looking at are impressive, you'll still have an "Holy Sh**" moment the minute you walk in the front door. The view is unbeatable...inside and out. The owner is clearly familiar with local artists, as their work adorns nearly every wall. We had an issue with a prior tenant unhooking the router, and the property manager was fun to work with to solve the problem. Great area, and getting to town was quick and easy. There are a lot of people who access the beach by walking along the north side of the property, so could really use some blinds for privacy, but besides that it's a peaceful and serene place to stay. We'll be back!

We 4 loved the place. The views, proximity to nature, peace, changing tides, gorgeous art, hot tub, all of it! Highly recommended for at least 2 nights.
