Would stay again. Nice place and good location.

Excellent location, just over the road and up a block from Hanoi railway station. Large room, well equipped, with comfortable bed.

Glass door to the bathroom opened inwards leaving limited access space for larger customers. Once in ok though. If staying longer could have paid a little more more to get a room with a window. No bell at Reception.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und haben bei allen Schwierigkeiten geholfen. Die Lage ist super und die Rezeption 24/7 geöffnet. Wir könnten zwischen Reisen Gepäck vor Ort lagern und die bieten Spa direkt vor Ort. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden mit den Aufenthalten. Vielen Dank

Everything was perfect and I would book it again the next time!

Perfect Location in the city center Great service of all employees, super friendly, always willing to help us, no matter what. Helped us to organise a taxi to the hotel and back to the airport. Rooms are very clean!

Simple easy and budget friendly stay

Budget friendly. I like the staff so much. They were so friendly, especially Mr.Albert. They will provide you with every possible information and book cab if necessary. It's a simple budget friendly hotel don't expect luxury but it's good and easy. Highly recommended for a simple and easy stay.

Si están buscando un lugar a buen precio, cómodo y limpio este hotel es una muy excelente opción.

Ubicación a 15 min caminando de old Quarter , atm 24/7 a sólo 2 minutos caminando, cafés y restaurantes cerca, cuarto con buen espacio y cama confortable , ducha independiente , buena info sobre restaurantes y cafés en todo Hanoi con precios; también tips sobre Hanoi , caja de seguridad, sobres de café Vietnamese, el staff muy amigable y servicial, buen aire acondicionado y funcionando perfecto.

Wi-fi no funcionaba todo el tiempo y se iba la conexión en varios momentos, de resto en general todo estuvo bien.

Best place in Hanoi

One of the best place in Hanoi for this price. In my room air conditioner worked really bad and manager relocated me to the superior room and gave fruits as a compensation. Really cool and cozy place.

Good value hotel in Hanoi.

The staff was very responsive and helpful, always with a smile. They responded to my early check-in request too. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and so were the bed and the room. The location is excellent. Hanoi's only sleepless street, and many neighboring restaurants made it a very central place to explore around.

It was a slightly small room compared to most rooms, and the lack of the view made it a bit less enjoyable to stay inside.

Good stay tho for the price !

Free upgrade ! And they can speak English better in a lot of places !! But on the first night we only had sheets of a blanket.... Freezing me!! The next day I asked them to get a thick blanket ! Much better !!!! And have hot water ! The locations are very nice !

The shower is a bit small and water will be everything

Great stay at Hanoi Aria Central Hotel!

Excellent location, walking distance to several museums, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi train station. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were kind enough to store our bags for the day after checking out and let us shower and hang out in the lobby before our night train. Clean rooms, powerful AC. Would definitely return!

Located near the central station, which was convenient for me because I could easily take the 86 bus to the airport early in the morning.

The hotel should change its shampoo to a different brand. It didn't foam at all.

Shirt and sweet bit I wouldn’t stay there again to be honest.

I only stayed a couple of hours but the room wasn’t fully equipped with towels.

The lights were in unusual spots so no I couldn’t find them to turn the toilets on. And I wasn’t supplied with any towels. The lift only takes you half way then you need to carry your luggage up another flight of stairs. (I was only the second level.
