Views are very nice. Great sunset! Property was clean. Furnishings had been updated but the kitchen and baths were dated. The drive to downtown Asheville was about longer than anticipated - about 20-25 minutes. It was about 15 minutes to the Biltmore village area. And the road up to the property was very twisting and narrow.

A very nice property. Felt well-built and quiet (although some floors were squeaky). Had everything we needed for a 3-week stay (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, working wi-fi, comfortable beds), plus some extras (playroom downstairs with pool table). Comfortable furniture throughout. Be prepared for a curvy drive up a mountain to get to the property.

We had a great time and the view was amazing. The living room den had plenty of seating and the two club chairs facing the view were very comfortable. The downstairs game room was fabulous and the grandaughters enjoyed the wii games, pool

We had a very nice time staying at Sunset Peaks. The Mountain Views & Sunsets were so beautiful! This was a very comfortable home to stay in.

Sunset Peaks was an amazing home with spectacular views day and night from the back deck. We spent a week here for a family vacation. The home was clean, very spacious, and well stocked with linens and quality kitchen items. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The location was centrally located and close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and breweries, as well as being about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, about 30 minutes from Hendersonville, and 20-30 minutes from endless hiking/outdoor activities. We loved it and have already recommended this house to two friends!

First impression is everything! As soon as we entered after a 15hr drive at 2am at night we found the house was not cleaned. Beds were not bad with dirty laundry from previous visitors.
These things happen and we understand that the cleaning crew may not have come, but what really set us back is lack of communication with the host. No one answered phones until 9am next day. Terrible check in experience. However, the property is great once it’s clean. The views are spectacular.

The view from the living room was spectacular - loved the comfortable chairs facing the mountains.
The Ugg blankets were the icing on the cake!!
Highly recommend this home - very roomy.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property! The view is spectacular - the pictures don't do it justice!
The layout of the house is wonderful - we had my nana come and she was able to come in through the garage and up the set of stairs and everything she needed was right there on the main floor!
Of course we also played pool and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace!
The staff was super helpful and responded immediately - we had last minute pets coming and they worked with us super fast to get that done!
Definitely recommend!

The house, property, location and views were all amazing.
Our small issues were: we showed up to a funky smell that we were able to get rid of with candles, the bedrooms need better lighting & the towels were low end hotel towels.
With this being said I would absolutely rent the house again because all our issues are easily remedied.
Check in and out process and had no reason to contact rental company!

Great location that is just minutes from shopping/eating options and the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Great deck; wonderful to relax in and watch the sun set in the valley. We'll be back.

We had a family gathering to celebrate birthdays. The home was very clean and comfortable. The view is incredible and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fire pit keeping us warm on a cool evening and morning. The only thing that we would recommend is a little later check out. 10 a.m. checkout is early when you are trying to relax and go at a vacation style pace.

Great staging place for my sister’s college graduation. Enough space to spread out and views for days

Perfect spot to stay to explore the Asheville area. The property has an amazing view and lots of great hang out spots - the great room,a really nice walk out basement, and a large awesome deck with a firepit. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked. Bunk room in basement for kids and even an small office space if someone does have to get some work done. It is pet friendly but there was no evidence of prior pets - the cleaning service did a great job and our dog loved the space too. There is no exterior access to the deck so it was a safe space for him to be which was so nice.
The only misleading thing is the “HOT TUB” listed in capital letters. There is a bath tub sized jacuzzi in a tiny room (that includes the toilet) in the master suite. This is not what I think of as a hot tub. But this house does not need a hot tub to be a great place to stay. That should just be removed from the description.

Great rental property about 20 minutes south of downtown Ashville. House was clean and in good condition upon arrival. Only item we were disappointed in was the listing included a hot tub, but there was not one on the property.

We had a fantastic stay here. We loved watching the sunset every night from the back porch.
We had to wait until after 7:30am to shower due to water pressure issues (we stayed during the week and figured it must be

I think I got a great value for the money. We were all impressed. Loved the way you’ve marked all the switches. Suggest you make the garage keypad code available due to clunky way of getting into and out of garage doors. The place was clean and as advertised and we had a great time. Talked to your staff once and she was very polite and communicative. In fact, the entire town was polite, including Biltmore House employees. We had a great time.

I read another review that said the pictures don’t do it justice and that’s about right. Had everything you could need plus one of the better back porch views I’ve ever seen.

Views are spectacular
The views were even better than the pictures! We had a hard time accessing the door and it took forever to leave messages and to have calls returned. The propane table was out of propane so we could not use that feature. The spiders on the back porch were bad. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable. The views were really everything!

Great Sunsets
The property was better than the pictures. The views were amazing. We had no issues with anything during our stay. We had 8 adults and there was more than enough room. I will definitely stay again

Surprising sunrises
Not only did we enjoy the beautiful mountain views, but we also enjoyed the sunrise each morning with glorious colors coming over the mountains in the front of the house.

Awesome Views
Property was fantastic. House was extremely clean. Views were tremendous. Only glitches were at check in (my fault for not seeing that I needed to use # before door code). Called maintenance and never got a response. Fortunately we figured it out and were able to enter. Only other issue was the fire pit on the deck did not stay on. Overall, a wonderful house in a quiet and picturesque setting.

Royal Pines is royally wonderful!
Of several vacation rentals I've done over the past 10 years (in the NC mountains and at the coast), our stay at Royal Pines outside Asheville was the most delightful. From where the property is located (gorgeous sunsets from the deck every day) to the condition of the property, to the amenities, cleanliness and overall vibe, Royal Pines was a delight. If/when we're back in the area, we would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable mountain getaway!

Ever Changing Unbelieveable Views
This was such a wonderful working getaway for the two of us and our two fur kids! An American flag greets you as you pull up and the house is very very nice, clean, warm & comfortably furnished , even dog dishes waiting in the kitchen !.... you unpack and feel like you are visiting an old friend.... while we only used a small percentage of the house it is very spacious and well equipped for a group too. Very nice outdoor seating and deck space, quiet and peaceful.
The ever changing view of the mountain range and valley is unbelieveable and made it hard to concentrate on work , lol . Grocery , gas , shopping all very close. You literally are and feel like you are in the tree tops ... the drive up and down is steep but very managable. We cant wait to go back and stay longer .... were ready to reschedule before we even left to go home.
