About this house rental

A lovely property in a friendly village with excellent transport networks. Ideal for those travelling for a get together as location is so central .
Little Lodge offers affordable accommodation ideal for groups of 6 people looking for a fun filled weekend or a totally relaxing break .
The rooms are all en suite , include all linen , (we DONOT routinely provide towels )flat screen TVs and hospitality trays .
The luxurious hot tub is in an enclosed area so suitable for all weather use .
There is a comfortable lounge with a smart tv and smart music player for your use .
Garden area offers seating ,bicycle bar and a fire pit can be organised for your use .
There is a separate dining room which is laid up in preparation for your visit and fully stocked with cereals , condiments to aid with breakfast preparation .

The owners are able to assist with transport arrangements , party decorations / preparations , itinerary organisation or just general info about the local area .
Walking and cycling paths close by ,lots of visitors to Kilworth House stay with us as do those attending events at Stanford Hall .
We are dog lovers but only accept by prior arrangement .
The local village pub offers excellent food and a great selection of real ales and a great gin choice , the landlord also provides a discount for our guests .
The local area is lovely for cycling and walking ,there are some beautiful pubs and restaurants closeby in surrounding villages and many places of local interest .

Ideal for visiting Birmingham , Rugby , Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire…….location close to many major road links whilst being sited in a lovely rural location

It was a nice property. Booked for a family and a friend. Last minute we made other plans, so when we arrived we have informed the owner that there will be more people coming, he wasnt against it, let us stay the whole night, enjoy our evening, unfortunately next day (probably when the money was released) he started questioning about that, we offered some more money for extra guests as the web states that if there is extra guests additional charges applies ( like i said the owner didnt mention anything about that when we arrived) , he didnt agree and kicked us out , we had 16min to pack everything. The place is really nice, unfortunately the owners not so.

The house is a good size for a gathering - there were 3 couples and two infants in our party and having ensuite bedrooms for everyone was fab. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with adequate plates, cups, cutlery etc to satisfy most requirements (except, no scissors!). Hot tub was good. The beds, bedding and towels have been well used over a number of years and I would recommend that these were replaced as soon as possible as I believe they are all past best. The check in/out process contains no information on the platform which would have been really helpful to have been completed - even if just to say 'please leave it as you found it'. I would have expected the house to have been more thoroughly cleaned as with crawling little ones carpets are at close range! There were lots of decorations for Xmas/NYE which were a really lovely touch and made it very festive, however I would suggest these are foregone and the time given to better cleaning efforts. I would return, but would take my own towels.

This property is beautiful, with four ensuite bedrooms, decent sized lounge, dinning room and kitchen. The big highlight is the back garden, lots of room to relax and a big hot tub under a wooden frame, meaning you can enjoy it in the rain.

Little Lodge was perfectly situated for our family to meet for a weekend away for my 60th birthday. We had plenty of space, each couple having a double room with en-suite. The kitchen was perfect for catering and a lovely dinning room so we could eat together and play board games. We made full use of the hot tub! There was plenty of parking for our cars.

Lovely equipped house with some really lovely personal touches - milk, bread, tea and coffee etc and even a welcome note with cupcakes and some fizz. The courtyard with the hot tub is great and a really lovely setting to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Would highly recommend

We had such a lovely time at Little Lodge! It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved the garden and hot tub! Tom and Karen are brilliant hosts, very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal at the village pub and a nice walk around Lutterworth. Thank you!

Really nice spacious property with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin room). You will definitely need a car to get around, though only 30 mins from Leicester and the closest town is only 5-10 min drive away. Any issues we had Tom was very attentive and responded quickly offering solutions for taxis and when there was an issue with the hot tub. Only issue was cloudiness with the hot tub which was a shame, but I understand it’s looking to be replaced so would definitely go back!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We were 3 couples who were staying there whilst we attended the Grand Prix at Silverstone. The house was a lovely base to come back to at the end of a busy day to rest, eat and chat. The ensuite rooms were great, the kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil you could possibly need, and the garden area was wonderful to sit and relax in. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at this house.

Had an absolutely fantastic weekend in a brilliant location. Tom was a gracious host. The house itself is spacious, homely, beautifully decorated and has everything you can need. The surrounding area is great for walks and there are lots of local pubs to stop off at. The local pub does excellent meals. Oh, and let's not forget the outdoor area of the house, its amazing, the hot tub is a must!! 5 stars xx

We made a business weekend trip for a conference a girls weekend with this amazing house. Packed with everything you could need and the hot tub was the cherry on the top. Great location and Tom and Karen were there If we needed anything. Will use again in a heartbeat

A fabulous cottage

The pictures do not do this cottage justice. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with the family. The whole process of booking to accessing the property was seamless. Tom and Karen ( the owners) were always available to answer questions and everything we asked for was arranged. Nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor area was perfect for entertaining especially the large hot tub. There are lovely walks nearby plus a local pub that does a wicked Sunday lunch. I would highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights and were blown away. If anything, the photos online do not do this house justice. An immaculate property with wonderful and quirky decor (we especially loved the grammar phone light and clock in the front room!). The back garden was a particularly favourite area of ours too. The property had all the amenities you could need and Tom and Karen were so lovely. The property has stunning walks on its doorstep and we shall certainly be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
