Quite nice staying in this hotel

The bed and linens are very comfortable.

Some Amenities we’re missing, like face tissues, need more hanging hooks in the bathroom.

My stay was moderate

Twin Bed Size is good for me, and the hotel seemed wonderful as it decorated various theme on each floor (e.g. 4/F. about Greece, 12/F. about Japan) << It sounds interesting!!

The room has no wardrobe, mini-freezer & clothes hanger

clean, 5 mins to tuen mun station (but very far on the tourist spot in hk)

unfortunately it is very far on the city center of hk like tsim tsa tsu area, not advisable for a family tour woth young companions since its far on the tourist spot in hk.

affordable, clean and sufficient. it also has a hk cafe nearby which is great for food options

has to walk a distance to reach a taxi stand as the hotel entrance does not have a place to flag taxi

Beautiful hotel at a convenient location.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Beautiful cultural themed room at each level. great food choices at a reasonable price.

TV remote hard for TV to sense.

it is near in mtr which is very convenience if you want to stroll anywhere to hongkong

Good value hotel with great transport links.

Great location next to a MTR and bus station. Two large shopping malls within a 5 minute walk.

There is a little chargeable playground for kids

The hotel rooms of Hotel Cozi TM are way smaller than TSW’s and temperature of the air-con couldnt be measured.

Other than room service quality 7, but facilities are clean

More value than expected.. Restaurant surprisingly well

Had to request Housekeeping one day in advance, and when did ,there was a no-show , Big disappointment!!! Huge!!
