Praticidade em Osaka

Temos uma ótima independência, é tudo automatizado, o apartamento é bem montado, com fogão, geladeira, banheiro com ofuro, tudo que seria necessário para passar alguns dias. A proximidade com a estação de trem, com lojas de conveniência e com bons restaurantes são um diferencial do local.

Tudo estava dentro do esperado.

Had a great stay.

A lot of eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Short distance walk to Juso train station. Apartment area is quiet without disturbance. Dryer in the bathroom makes it very convenient to wash nightly and dry by morning.

Nothing. Everything was great. If there is an iron and board in the apartment, will sum up the whole experience.

1.地理位置位于juso站附近，可以直接乘坐阪急到达神户和京都而无需换乘，用时只需要45分钟左右，非常方便以大阪为中心的关西游玩。尽管距离大阪市中心的核心旅游景点（比如道顿堀、心斋桥等）有一点距离，但没有太大的影响，毕竟谁也不是天天去那边看人挤人。 2.房间内各种设施齐全，比如炉灶、微波炉、热水壶、吹风机、洗衣机，甚至还有洗衣凝珠和各种餐具。店家还有配备中英韩日四种语言的屋内设施设备说明书，十分贴心。 3.入住过程全自助，流程指引相当准确和清晰，不需要像传统入住那样花费时间checkin。综合来看，性价比非常高，但我觉得它更适合自由时间较多的游客或旅居者，如果在大阪只计划两三天的行程那还是住在传统旅游区比较合适。

気持ちよく滞在させて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

駅から近く、朝は散歩がてら隣の神社へ参拝させて頂き、清々しく迎えられた気がします。薬局や百均が近くにあったり、コンビニや飲食店もあったり…その割に夜は静かで、出張にはちょうど良かったです。

テーブルやクローゼットなどが若干傷ついていて、自分自身が利用する際には特に気になりませんが、気になる方にとっては選ぶ際に一言アナウンスがあると丁寧かな…と感じました。料金も別途必要な清掃料金が少しわかりにくい印象がありました。

近くに商店街がありロケーションがとても良かったです

ソファを少し動かした時にソファの下からゴミが出てきて驚きましたフライパンのフタがあれば良かったかな

短期にも長期にも快適な場所

自分の家のように過ごせたこと。コンビニ、ドラッグストア、美味しいローカルな居酒屋、駅、全て徒歩圏内で立地も最高でした。チェックアウト後、お部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですがオーナーさんに連絡をしたところ迅速に対応してくださり無事に受け取ることができました。とても有難かったです。

お風呂のカビや部屋の隅にほこりが目立っていたこと。ソファに大きめな穴があり破けてボロボロっとしていたこと。そこが改善されると有難いなとおもいます。

家具付きウィークリーマンションに近い感じで、家に住んでいるかのように過ごせました。駅近なのも良かった。

予備の掛け布団か毛布、風呂掃除グッズがあるとより良かった。

You should have easly provided a small table and two chairs, there is sufficent space.

I received a mail saying that my check in time is 12:00AM but it was not ready until 4PM. There was no table or chairs we had to eat on the bed.

Preis-Leistung hervorragend

Das Apartment war geräumig und die Lage war nicht schlecht. Drum herum viele Restaurants und auch die Haltestelle war direkt ums Eck.

Die Unterkunft wirkte altbackener als auf den Fotos, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat. Alles in allem war aber alles da was man brauchte.

Prob the only thing that was missing was a place to iron clothes. But it was too much for ask. They provide all the minimum and more.

방이 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았어요

시내 나갈려면 전철을 꼭 갈아타야되서 이동하기는 쫌 힘들고 수건을 작은거 2장(손딲을정도) 큰거 2장으로 따로 챙겨가거나 빨아서 사용해야되서 아쉬워요

The location is close to a well-connected station. Provided some basic kitchen utensils, which was useful, and the washing machine was very nice to have.

There was only a coffee table, so eating and working as a couple was a bit tight.

Perfect for 1-2 people. Apartment has everything you need, small but clean and well kitted. I plan on staying here and sending all my friends here because it's just perfect. Maybe a 3 minute walk from the nearest station and only one stop away from osaka umeda.

Would have loved a broom in the room to give the floors a quick clean, and maybe some more cooking supplies. But those are minor complaints. Completely satisfied with the apartment.

Okay for a short overnight stay .

A lively area not far from the metro. Laundry facilities were excellent. Airco was good. The bed was comfortable.

The bed was jammed against the wall, and when we moved it in order to get out on both sides, behind the bed was dirty. No chair on the balcony. Check-in was very very late at 4 pm. The decor and lighting are dated.

Perfect apartment in a great location and very well priced.

Great location right near the local station and food hub. It was clean, spacious(for Japan apartments) and the washing machine was so handy! The bath was good and I used it a few times. The aircon worked perfectly and I felt at home here. I’ll definitely stay here again.

It feels like home

It was the second time I stayed here. It has become my go-to place in Osaka whenever I visit. The host is great, we asked to stay in the same room and they were very helpful. You have everything you need for long or short temp stays. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Other than that 2 things I mentioned above, our stay still good.

The toilet and the shower area ate clean and comfy to use. The bed is comfy and cozy.

We were having difficulty in opening the door or maybe we were not just used to that door. we booked for 3 person but they only prepared 2 towels and the sheet for the sofa bed has not been prepared also.

To arrive after long walks. Small kitchenette useful.

Quite small room, for three not good. Second "bed" was a thin matrass on top of a surface with iron bars that got stuck in my back. Not comfortable at all. The hotel has no reception. Quite strange building.
