Middle of nowehere for tourists, a few small improvements would make a big difference!

The hotel was a bit further than expected from the nearest metro station, however they did have good facilities on site (Family Mart, restaurant) and a bus that made 3 trips an hour to and from Cosmosquare Station.

The check in staff didn't speak great English and after a few difficulties with the booking when I asked if we could speak to someone who could speak English all he did was pull out a pocket translator that wasn't very good. The rooms were spacious for a twin room, and despite having a jug and cups (as well as a common microwave on the floor) they didn't have any utensils to go with it. Just bizarre you could make a coffee but not stir it, or heat up dinner but have no plate to put it on. The bus to the metro station was useful but maybe they could consider changing it to a loop as there were some great dining options at other metro stations on the new tram line (and a more direct walk back to the hotel).

お風呂は良かった。

子供宿泊無料とは書いてありましたが、歯ブラシから、スリッパ等全て2人分しか部屋になく、受付で子供含め3人と確認されたのに何の案内もなかった。シーツに血がついていたが、気付いたのが深夜だったので我慢して寝た。部屋の電話がフロントに繋がらなかった。

大浴場があって良かったです。もっと，サウナとかジムとかいろいろ利用したかったですが、時間が無かったので残念でした。

朝食の時に、2階へ行きましたが、入口にスタッフの方がいなくて戸惑いました。

新紙幣対応ではなかったできるか確認してるのにできると答えられて結局できなかったそれなら駐車場料金も受付で支払いできるようにしてほしい朝食ラストオーダーから片付けが始まりガチャガチャしてゆっくり食べれなかった何時まで大丈夫ですよって一言ほしかった

駐車場、チェックイン時に説明があればまだ良かったんだがなぁ…

駐車場は「当日」最大料金1000円。。。なので深夜0：00過ぎると追加で加算されます。ホテル側1000円は負担してくれますが、泊りとなったら間違いなく0：00超えるので追加1000円かかります。確かに看板良く読めば気付くかもですが、やはりチェックイン時に説明は必要では？駐車場から引き返していた宿泊客も居ました。

施設も綺麗でオシャレでいいホテルでした。また、最寄駅まで無料で送迎してくれる点は最高でした。運転手さんもやさしい。また利用したいです。

ベッド以外はとても良い

敷地内にコンビニがあったり、フリースペースがあったり、大浴場の他にもサウナがあったりと、設備が充実しているし綺麗でした

泊まった部屋のベッドと枕がとても固くて、夜中に体が痛くて何度か目が覚めるレベルでした

よかったです。

朝食がバイキングで嬉しかったです。種類も宿泊料に対して多く、豪華に思えました！席の混雑もなく、ゆっくり過ごせました。アーリーチェックシンができるのも嬉しかったです。お部屋もとても広く、ストレス無く過ごせました。ホテル敷地から出ずにコンビニ行けるのも嬉しいです。

お部屋に前の宿泊者の方の残しただろうゴミが残ってました。(ソファ下にポテト1本、ゴミ箱の奥にお菓子の袋の切れ端？) また、TV裏には埃がたまっていました。不満ではないのですが、広いお部屋を取ったため上の階の方が家族連れのようで、夜の10時以降までドンドンと飛び跳ねる音がひっきりなしでした。立地的に家族連れがいらっしゃることを考慮して、一人でゆっくり泊まるのだったら普通に狭い部屋を取った方がいいですね。

大浴場、按摩器、テナントの和韓の料理が安くて美味しかった。コンビニが敷地内にあるのも助かった。

イベント特化なら120点

インテック大阪でのイベント対応で宿泊させていただきました。歩いて3分、激近かで大変助かりました。空いていたのが奇跡的ですが、次回も空いていれば利用させていただきます。研修用施設にベクトルを振っていらっしゃるようですが、寝具、バスとも及第点と存じます。鍵の掛かるランドリールームが各階にあるのは女性客んはアドバンテージになりえます。（鍵かけっぱなしされると、後の人は困りますが）ファミマ併設されているのも助かります。セキュリティの問題があるのかも知れませんが、中から繋がっているタイプも増えている中、外からしかアプローチできないのは、荒天時マイナス点となるかも知れません。

ホテルに責任はないのですえが、兎も角食事うる処が近くにありません。スマホアプリで使える電動式自転車があるので、必須かと存じます。人通りもありません。女性が一人でよるホテルに徒歩で向かうのはお勧めできません。

お値段以上でした！

綺麗だった！

子どもは無料の添い寝で申し込みましたが、大人分しかタオルがありませんでした。子ども分もあれば、嬉しかったなぁ〜と思いました。

夕食がホテルのレストランで食べたかったがないので外に出て探した。マッサージチェアなどあると良い夜食べるラーメンなどあるとよい

USJから近かった！近くにコンビニもあるし、便利。

11月からはエアコンは暖房と送風のみ。説明無しで部屋に着いた瞬間暑くてエアコンのスイッチを入れたら暖房になった、、改めて注意書きの紙をみると、「スイッチを入れると暖房になる」と書いてありました。幸い？スイッチを消すと送風になるからと書いてあったのでスイッチを消しましたが、送風じゃ快適な温度にならない。あと窓も開けられなくて最悪でした。貸し出しの扇風機もないし、、この温暖化の世の中、11月はまだ暑い、、システム上仕方ないと思いますが、エアコンの調整を部屋ごとに出来るようにするか、扇風機を用意して欲しい

ユニバに行くのに泊まりましたがオフィシャルの3分の1で泊まれて場所も近く、すごくオススメ！

お部屋が広めで眺めもよくベッドも広め、バスタブも広めでしたー！

周りに食べ物屋さんがほぼ無いに等しい。

It was almost perfect! We're very satisfied.

The meal was superb. We were surprised that the brakfast for our child was free. Time allotted for breakfast was perfect. We didn't have to rush.

We were satisfied with what we got ( facilities and services ). The only thing that maybe the hotel could improve is the parking area.
