Nice hotel with friendly staff . Convenient if you are catching early JR train.

Room was spacious . Convenience store right downstairs and 5 min walk to shin - Osaka station.

I had a room that faces the train tracks . Not ideal if you are a light sleeper like me .

great value for money, wonderful staff

location very close to the station only a few minutes walking. and so to the subways wich unlocks all of Osaka. We had a connected room, ideal for us we traveled with 3 small children. Great onsen. Even-though i have tattoo's, i was allowed to enter and enjoy the onsen. Great breakfast by the way.

Perfect place for the family for a short term stay

Walking distance from the shin-osaka station, very friendly staff, rooms were clean, exceptional breakfast.. kids loved the place and would definitely book again if we go back to Osaka

While near the station, it is still a considerable walk towards the hotel, it didnt help as it rained when we checked in

Un hotel bellissimo a pochi passi dalla stazione Shin Osaka L'ambiente è curatissimo, i servizi ci sono e hanno anche un bell'Onsen per rilassarsi. Il personale è cortese e disponibile.

Abbiamo preso una tripla e sinceramente me la sarei aspettata un pochino più grande. I letti sono ampi ma tolgono spazio ai bagagli che, viaggiando in tre, non sono pochi

立地○ 部屋◎サービス◎朝食最高◎なのに安い👛

22階のグランデを利用　部屋や浴室は、清潔で広く◎、部屋からの夜景も最高でした。都会で大浴場もついててオトク感満載でした。13時から22時までドリンクやコーヒーがレストランで飲み放題なので、お風呂上がりや、昼間の小休憩に重宝しました(^-^)ビジネスの方も出張先で静かにテレワークもできていいなと思いました。 1番良かったのは朝食です。スペースも広く、種類、味、接客ともに文句無しです。新大阪駅に近くて、大荷物をチェックアウト後も預けられて便利でしたこの条件で、5人(1人は未就学児)で3万弱で、コスパ◎です。大阪にきたときにはぜひ利用したいと思いました(*^^*)

快適でした

綺麗で温泉があって疲れが取れました朝食がおいしかったです。新大阪の駅から近く今度は新幹線でも良いなと思いました！

しいていえば連泊したのでロッカーが欲しかったです駐車場がないコロナでシャワーの利用(洗う場所の)が制限されてたりしたので少し混んでると使うシャワーがなく困りました。

新幹線可以從御堂筋6號出口，搭地鐵可從御堂筋4號出口，步行5-10分。交通便利，非常推薦。

入住高樓層有洗衣機的榻榻榻米房型。可以看到新幹線與夜景。非常滿意，大力推薦，下次入住還是會選擇此房型。

一切都很美好，感謝飯店安排高樓層。

よく利用しますが偶然かフロントでのミスが2回立て続けにあった。併設のコンビニがなくなったのが残念。

住宿地點在新大阪站出來步行約8-10分鐘路程，如之前的網路分享，第一次找4號出口時，要走久一點到另外一頭，不過很容易連接御堂筋線。整體而言還是很方便。

預定了房內有洗衣機的房型，非常非常方便，按照洗衣機上的指示，把衣服放進去，隔天早上洗脫烘一次完成。隔天還幫我們補充新的洗衣精。

隔音很好，位置離車站很近，去京都和大阪都很方便，環境整潔，房間空間比其它市區的飯店大很多，早餐也很超值，下次來大阪會再來住

Clean, modern, central hotel near the station. Great breakfast too. Small rooms.

Excellent breakfast, clean hotel, helpful staff. The public bath was very nice too. There were several elevators, making it easy and quick to go down for breakfast, reception, and leaving the hotel. Great location.

The room felt quite small and cramped. The hotel lobby was on the second floor too, with only an escalator going up to it from the ground floor (meaning to leave from reception you had to get an elevator down.

Clean, comfortable stay near Shin Osaka Station.

Kind and helpful staff, nice buffet breakfast, clean rooms, and comfortable beds and pillows.

The rooms were small (par for the course in Japan, I suppose), and our one-night stay was quite expensive.

Will not recommend this hotel to friends. Not value for money and breakfast was not worth it!

For me, Location is the only saving grace for this hotel. Room has hardly any space to move so can forget about space for 2 medium size luggages. Onsen facility and amenities were so sparse and the onsen water does not have any smell of any form of minerals. More like hot water for soaking. Very disappointing. I requested for a quiet room away from lift lobby and guess what they provided....yes a room away from lift lobby but faces the railway tracks! If i wanted to move to a higher floor.... I have to pay more. So, it seems like when we book via Booking.com, we be prepared to get the less comfortable and noisy room.

Staff service fell very short of expectation for a sick person who needed help. I was bed ridden and needed food before taking medicine. The front counter staff simply said...sorry we cannot help you to get any food from next door Lawson shop. I had to ask to see hotel manager who did not appear but at least I understood that he or she went to Lawson to buy me instant noodles and sandwiches. This is my first encounter in any hotel where the staff refused to help a sick guest. Very very disappointing.

トイレとお風呂が別で、テレビの角度を変更出来るのがとても良かったです。大浴場もあり疲れが取れました！

朝食はとても美味しいですが、値段の割には種類があまりないイメージでした。でも全体的にはGoodです！

第一天很痛苦第二天很快乐

客服都很棒！第一个晚上我们入住了2311，是两张床两个榻榻米！进去就觉得不太舒服（平时对房型以及内部摆设会比较关注）但是我怕影响家里人的情绪（他们觉得很舒服）没有要求直接换房间，将就一晚！结果整夜没睡着而第二天一早就要去环球影城！很难过，第二天寄存行李箱，晚上回来就先帮我们安排了两个标准间！非常满意！

订房间可以选择房号就好了

A gem in Shin Osaka

The location was just a couple of minutes walk from Shin Osaka station. There was a lift at the subway side of the station. The hotel room was quite big and comfortable and the hotel was like almost new. The staff was friendly and helpful,

We asked for the rooms to be near each other. Although the numbers are near 2010 and 2012, they were at different ends of the hotel. 2010 at the end of the eastern wing and 2012 right at the western end. Other than that everything was good.
