Tutto il resto perfetto

A due minuti dalla stazione. Meglio fare il sottopasso della stazione che l altro consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori. Mi é piaciuta la vicinanza e la stanza.

La colazione niente a che vedere con tutti i commenti letti. Colazione identica a come uno potrebbe farla a casa sua, spoglia e da hotel a 2 stelle

Lo peor del mundo. Alrededores peligrosos.

No me gustaron los alrededores, daba miedo caminar por la noche, teníamos que estar antes de las 9 porque ese sitio es penoso, daba pánico salir a partir de las 9 de la noche. Sitio apartado y chico de recepción poco amable. Muy mal de verdad no se lo aconsejo a nadie.

Ausgesprochen tolles Personal - Valentina ist die Seele des Hauses. Sehr komfortabel - sehr gutes Frühstück - sehr zentral zum Bahnhof Mestre gelegen - keine 5 Gehminuten. Parkplatz kostenfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein guter Startpunkt um speziell Venedig stressfrei zu erkunden.

The location is good,- few min from direct train to Venice (10 min) The lady on reception is kind and trying to help The bathroom was ok.

All is very old with smell of old carpets. Outside it looks like a house that nobody lives in The room is called "Deluxe quadraple room".,- room with beds one close to another .. It is not Deluxe. On the pictures it is much nicer. The breakfast is very limited Conditioner is working .. but you don't feel it

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The person at check-in gave us so many helpful tips and directions.The proximity to the train station (Mestre)and the bus stop to access Venice, was also excellent. Also there was a screen on our window which was great as the mosquitos were biting.

The location was great, as the bus station was opposite the hotel. The room was pretty decorated in a Venice style. It was super clean and with no issues or problems. As it was a little cold outside, they kept the heating on for the whole stay. The staff was friendly and always helpful to each question we had. The breakfast was simple and had some basic options, but was what we needed for the start of the day.

Location was good as it is near the Mestre station which has train/bus links to both airports and to the main Venice city where the canals are located. It also had nice food places and cafes/patisseries nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful when advising transportation. The property was clean and comfortable, and although we had to leave before breakfast was served we managed to grab a few freshly baked croissants which were delicious.

perfect location for travellers by train, very good breakfast, welcoming receptionist

perfect for short stay. 5 min walk to Train Station. Calm and welcoming receptionist. good breakfast.

The room was just right beside the reception so we could hear every conversation between the receptionist and late-night arrivers or early leavers. nevertheless, it did not spoil our vacatiion. it belongs to Italy
