La Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale . Il titolare è sempre sorridente. La struttura mette a disposizione tutto l'occorrente per la pulizia e il cambio delle lenzuola. La stanza è confortevole

Soggiorno eccellente

Mark è un host eccezionale, qualsiasi cosa di cui tu abbia bisogno vai sul sicuro con lui. Abbiamo alloggiato da loro per una settimana, appena arrivati ci ha accolto e dato tutte le informazioni necessarie riguardo cosa potessimo fare e come visitare al meglio Malta, un sacco di consigli utili ed è sempre stato molto disponibile. La stanza è fornita di tutto il necessario, così come la cucina, non manca proprio nulla. Grazie di tutto!

Excelletnt experience

This room exceeded my expectations with its cozy atmosphere. The view from the balcony was amazing (especially while taking morning coffee), and everything was clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect spot for a comfortable retreat during our travels. I highly recommend it! I can't forget to mention Mark and his hospitality, very friendly and helpful approach.

Although one should realise this is a budget friendly hotel,On balance, Given the price I paid this is probably the best

Excellent location, excellent facilities including a communal kitchen and exceptional staff all at a bargain price. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend this budget friendly hotel/hostel type accommodation.

Everything was perfect but due to such a central location in could be noisy in peak season. I was here January so no noise at all

comfortable stay in a modern guest house with lots of added touches to make you feel welcome

Mark is a truly caring and enthusiastic host. Interested in ensuring that his guests have a splendid stay. The attention to detail is marvelous, combined with a passion for great customer service. The communal kitchen was a great feature as is the roof terrace, giving guests space outside of their rooms to eat and relax. If you are wondering where to stay in st Paul's, stay with Mark and you won't regret it.

A super relaxing getaway.

A very good location. The property is not a conventional hotel, which is nice. There is a small communal kitchen, a terrace that you can use. It’s a homestead, plenty of useful items that you can use, like hair dryer, socket converters, mini fridge in a room, etc. Though the place is kinda in the center of the main street, the noise was minimal. Which was surprising. There are restaurants and convenience stores next door, like downstairs:) the sea is right there too. We actually extended our stay for an extra night. The hosts are super nice people, we felt right at home. Please, understand this is not a fancy place, but very clean and cozy and worth the price.

There was something going on with the plumbing, so in the morning the shower smelled foul. Not a ventilation issue, Mark will fix this right up:)

A great stay at the Guestroom for a couple of divers !

Great staff, responsive. Perfect location when it comes to scuba diving in Malta. Functional equipment in the apartment.

Nothing, as the purpose of the stay was to have a functional accommodation without much fuss. The apartments aren’t luxurious but provide everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The apartments are not located in the most beautiful part of the island either. However, they are close to many scuba diving sites, making it an ideal choice for divers or snorkelers

Excellent and value for money.

Lovely place to stay if you're staying in the Bugibba area in St. Paul's Bay, Malta. It's well located for restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops in case you choose to travel by public transport. The beach is within walking distance. Even though the accommodation is located near to restaurants and Bugibba Square, once you shut the balcony doors, you can hardly hear anything. Mark and Alexandra are always ready to help in case you need any help or information. The dining area has everything you need for breakfast. There's a fridge in the dining area with dedicated shelves for each room. The room had excellent air conditioning.

Exactly what I needed - would definitely stay again!

From organising a cab from the airport, to the kitchens fully stocked for breakfast, to the generally lovely nature of Mark and Aleksandra - absolutely lovely stay. I came for a week to do some scuba diving, which meant I wasn't at the guestrooms for most of that day. But when I was, there was nothing better than sitting on the rooftop terrace with a book and a drink - view of the sea in the (short) distance. Also perfectly situated. About 2min walk from the seafront, restaurants and grocery stores right as you walk out, lovely.

I wouldn't say I didn't like this, but the mattresses are box springs (at least in my room) so if you have a bad back or sleep rough, that might be something to consider. It didn't personally bother me tho.

Marc is a very nice person, just didn’t get what I booked, the so called „balcony“ to the back doesn’t deserve the name. one double bed means 2 single beds put together and put one sheed on top. I recommend to book the cheapest available room…

Excellent location close to the sea front and numerous eateries. Comfortable large room. Mark is an excellent host who puts his guests first and foremost. Very accommodating, friendly and fantastic hospitality. Top notch customer service!

Everything! Mark is awesome host, helps with anything you need. You has access to the fully equipped kitchen and with basic food and drinks (bread, butter, jam, cereal, oat flakes, tea, water etc.) Great place to explore Malta/Gozo as located near many bus routes. And great place to stay as next to the sea <3

Home away from home.

Mark was such a welcoming host, whatever he could do for you he would. There are kettles and coolers in all the rooms but there is also a kitchen with food available. No need to go hungry of you arrive in the middle of the night. The rooms are clean and newly renovated/decorated. The shower was great too...a proper shower. I particularly liked the large fleecy blanket in the room. I stayed there while Storm Helios passed through and it was a lovely warm place to be. The terrace is a big plus too (the terrace is massive) and a great place for breakfast and people watching, mixing with other guests was optional but also easily avoidable if thats youre thing. I couldnt believe how quiet my room was as Sea Breeze is in the heart of Bugibba. The day I was leaving Mark was relaxed about check out too. All in all it was a home away from home. Thanks Mark and Alexandra!

Exceptional

I have to rate the entire stay as very successful. The host Mark is a very nice and friendly man. He is interested in guests and regularly asks if anything is missing or needed. The room was very clean, regularly refreshed, even during our stay. We will definitely be back at the earliest opportunity. Thank you Mark!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze Bay Guesthouse. Great location, close to transport, promenade, and several good restaurants. Nick goes out of his way to make sure his guests are looked after. Great communication and follow up. Very clean comfortable room. Everything you need to cook meals, but great value in restaurants, so only had breakfast at the guesthouse. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.

Our room was cery comfortable, we had everything that we needed. Additionally, we could use some products for free in the kitchen ( cereals, toast bread, nutella, etc). Mark was very sweet and helpful. Totally recommend :)
