The condo was perfect for our family’s first trip to Tybee Island. It’s a small walk to the beach but it was very hot so the elevator access was huge! Very easy check in, great pool access, and a beautiful view! We loved it and hope to return!

Best location on island. Nice property, unit, and views. Bill was a great host. We had a small complaint and didn’t tell Bill until we left but I know if we would’ve told him during our stay he would’ve addressed it. If we visit Tybee again, we wouldn’t want to stay at any other property.

My daughter and I had a lovely time at Seas Rhw Day on Tybee. We enjoyed watching the ships from the ocean view balcony. The condo was well equipped and very peaceful to be in. Bill responded very quickly to questions! We hope to stay again in the future.

We were only here for 2 days but we loved sitting on the balcony and had a great view of beach. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Pool was warm enough for my granddaughter to swim and we enjoyed watching the turtles by the pool. Good location and very peaceful. We come to Tybee every year in April and came in a few days earlier and glad we came here. Hope to come back!

We had a great time at this location! It had great views of the beach. The elevator was convenient for tired kids. For people traveling with kids, the north side of the island was significantly more quiet, with wide open beaches.

Bill was very responsive. VRBO didn't show unit was available for the current day and I messaged to see if it was available for that day and the next several. He responded right away and made sure I was taken care of. I LOVED this place. It will be my new go-to when I come to Tybee!

Beautiful condo perfectly appointed and amazing view!! The condo was in the Northside of the island, close to the lighthouse. It was quiet and offered the perfect launch point for our activities. The three pools on the property were a great bonus. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Tybee island is amazing!!

North Beach at Tybee is our favorite location, & this condo was perfect for our stay! We had 3 adults & 1 7 year old. We had plenty of room-ate meals out on the balcony each day. Perfect open view of the beach. My son loved watching the ships going by. Sunrise view. We needed a building with an elevator for my Mother. She was able to easily get to the condo from the car. She was also able to go to the pool area without difficulty (uses a cane). We loved the 2 pools & would go once or twice daily. Having an additional small pool for toddlers, keeps the bigger pools less crowded. The beach was perfect for us—not crowded at all. My husband & I could be out in the calm water (saw a dolphin our first day) & we could easily watch our son digging & playing on the beach. It was like having our own private spot! We don’t get to Tybee very often, as we try to visit new beach spots each summer, but Tybee has had my heart for 30 years. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Fabulous location on North Beach.. walking distance to Lighthouse. Extremely clean condo, well decorated, owner very responsive. Walk just a few steps to the beach, plus the convenience of an elevator to easily reach the breathtaking 3rd floor views.

We loved the condo with its beautiful view of the beach, the ocean, and huge ships heading into and out of the river. We also enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the lighthouse and North Beach Bar and Grill - and, anything else we needed was a short drive away. We had a small problem with the TV and Bill walked us through it until it was fixed. In fact, any time we contacted him, he replied immediately. My husband thought the bed was too soft, but, overall, the condo met all of our needs.

We stayed last year (2022) at the same location but a different unit through a rental agency. The place was not pleasant. We found this unit on the same property and it terrific! Clean, well maintained, properly equipped. I love the fact they labeled all the kitchen cabinets where things were. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, had lovely linens and towels. The view of the ocean and ships was so enjoyable. We plan to stay again!

This beautiful property was just what I expected from the description. The view was amazing and loved drinking my coffee on the balcony. It was very quiet around the area and that’s what I was looking for as well. I didn’t get to try out the pool it was raining. But the condo was very clean and had everything you needed. I would most def stay at this property again and recommend it to my friends and family. If your thinking about this property do it! It’s well worth it.

Great location with fabulous view. Very clean! However, the gate opener didn't work. The garbage disposal didn't work. There were no sponges for the kitchen. Would have been nice to have a few coffee filters. Also, most VRBO owners do provide some small body wash/soap/shampoo bottles. The weather was terrible and cold so we couldn't enjoy the property as we had hoped. With a few improvements - this is a terrific place. I'm sure the owner would have fixed the disposal and gate opener had we let him know, but it wasn't important enough to bother him on a holiday weekend.

We had a great time at this unit. Traveling with two young kids this place was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean and had great pool access. The beach was just a short walk down the boardwalk and even was within walking distance to a kids marine science center.

No elevator as advertised (we chose here due to having my 78 year old mother in law with us who was bound to room because she cant climb stairs) water was horrible could not take shower due to smelling like rotten eggs when you got out or washing dishes had to open doors to get smell out

Beautiful view of the beach from the condo. The condo has a nice layout. Very comfortable for a family with 2 kids or even 2 couples. Beds were super comfortable. You have all the starter supplies needed to start a wonderful vacation. Bill was a great host, always in contact. Would recommend this condo. And would stay here again. Thank you Bill!
