Enjoy waking up to the best view on Tybee Island! The almost private beach is just outside the unit, where you will see dolphins playing, shrimp boats, and majestic cargo ships coming in and out of the Savannah port . The north end of Tybee Island is very quiet, with pristine beaches and beautiful wildlife year round.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have access to an elevator. There are 48 steps to the unit. The view is SO well worth it and we just consider it part of our daily exercise and it's the Top floor so no one is above you!

Please feel free to check out our other unit that we own in the same building. They are very similar units. Both units have amazing Oceanfront views!. The VRBO listing number is 2034639 (Unit 16C). The dates on this unit may fit your vacation needs better. Updated kitchen and baths.

21C is the perfect unit to take in the beautiful 180* view of the ocean and the Savannah river. There are two bedrooms, one with queen over queen bunk bed, and the Master Bedroom with a comfortable king bed with a new mattress. Both have private full bathrooms. The living room, dining area and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped with an adorable cottage look.

Just a 5 minute walk to the Tybee Light House. Walk or bike just a short distance to several great restaurants- North Beach Grill, Huck a poos, - they are all wonderful! Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! You can park your car and not have to get back in it until it is time to leave if you wish!

This condo is located in Lighthouse Point Condo complex. This is a gated condo complex. On the North end of Tybee Island and the quiet end and where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large beach but not a lot of waves. The ships come to the Savannah Port and we see dolphins almost every day we are there. Lighthouse Point features two large swimming pools OPEN YEAR ROUND (20'x50' and 25'x45') and a kids pool (10'x18'), The pools are not heated. There are 2 tennis courts, private WIFI and a community grill.

Tybee Island is just a short 20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Savannah! Take a day to tour this beautiful city and be back in the afternoon on the beach and watching the sunset!

Excellent rental and great week. The beach is huge and not at all crowded. Minimal waves until a large ship passes right in front of you. We actually swam with dolphins within 20 feet of us! More of a secluded area which is what we wanted and 20-25 minutes from Savannah! Amazing views, three pools, and tennis/pickleball courts.

The condo was very comfortable, quaint, and clean!! The only reason I rated overall a 4 instead of 5 was the 4 story level steps. Definitely not a deal breaker but with 2 small children that had to be carried sometimes, it became a chore! Otherwise, a very nice place with easy access to the beach and pools. The kitchen is a little small but workable! We had 4 adults and 2 children (4 & 2) and it was comfortable.

Host David was great!! Condo was a great size for our family of 5. The place was clean and we had everything we needed plus thoughtful touches like games and binoculars. We enjoyed watching the ships come and go from the porch. The beach and pools were close. We’ll be back!

My family and I had a great time at this condo. It was a great space for us. The view was beautiful. It was an easy walk to the ocean and we also enjoyed the pool on the property. The owner was easily accessible and friendly.

We chose a view over a more centralized location and the Condo was perfect for that. The 45 steps to the Condo are no joke though so pay attention to that if you have any mobility issues. The decor of the condo is spot on for a beach vacation. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses and cups but is in need of larger bowls with lids for storing things. Overall though we were very happy with choosing the Condo for our vacation. Thank you, David.

Waterfront property. What’s not to like? The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean and well maintained. 47 steps to the third floor unit …good workout! We enjoyed the sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. The area was not crowded which was a plus if you want quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our stay. The owner was very communicative before we arrived, providing us lots of information about the condo as well as the area. Check in was super easy. Everything in the condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to Tybee!

Great communication from the owner. Easy access through the security gate and front door keypads. Great covered parking next to steps. Clean comfortable condo with absolutely amazing views. We were blown away at the site of first container ship that sailed by a few hundred yards off the coast. The view was nothing but sand dunes and the beach with no other buildings in the main view - just as advertised. The lanai was wide and roomy and a perfect spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. King bed was memory foam and comfortable. Shower was newly tiled with modern fixtures and water pressure was great. LVT flooring throughout was a real plus. W/D in kitchen were very handy features. Unit includes ROKU TVs which are so easy to use and enjoy. We walked to Tybee Oaks for breakfast and to North Beach Bar for evening shrimp and cocktails. Great vacation. Comfortable accomodation with careful thought about home comforts for the traveller. So special to be right on the beach. Enjoyed the different bird species and the tennis courts. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the island on the one hand and the ease of getting to Savannah and its sights. and buzz. Could have happily stayed for longer and would readily return.

Great location with easy access to everything. Charming condo with an incredible view! Everything was as advertised. Only wish is that basic supplies aren’t limited (tissues, toilet paper, etc.).

The condo is perfect--everything works, comfortable, roomy, beautifully decorated, amazing view. The complex is nice and quiet. The information from David, the owner, was great! We had no problems getting in or leaving. Recommend highly!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Gorgeous weather for walking the beach and watching the container ships coming and going. Description was spot on and beautifully decorated. Only thing missing was kleenex in the unit. Can't wait to return!

Perfect location on the huge beach. Calm area where we enjoyed watching cargo ships, dolphins, birds, and some sea life. The condo is clean and has all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable beds. Great host who gave suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Our November visit was very quiet and the island had very few tourists. Definitely would come back. I have already shared this listing with family and friends.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this condo. It’s great. Very cute and comfortable. Great view and short walk to the beach. Close to everything Tybee has to offer and walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. (Shorter walk along the beach to North Beach Grille, longer walk along back streets to Huc-a-Poos.) AJ’s on the back river is excellent. Even for burgers. Short drive to Ft. Pulaski is worth it. And of course Savannah is close if you’ve never been. But I also like just sitting on the balcony or beach and watching the ships go in and out of the river. You can Google them online and find out where they are going to and from. It’s fascinating. David is a great owner and very communicative if you have questions or need anything. I hope to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

Great location on the North side with easy access to the beach, and several restaurants, and bars on that side. It was very peaceful. It is only a short drive to South end of the island when you and crew are ready for some busy time, either by golf cart, local Taxi and Uber. Tybee does a great job providing clear instruction on how to access majority of the island legally and safely by golf cart. We enjoyed the slow ride back and forth. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We even left a souvenir behind that was very quickly brought to our attention by cleaning staff and graciously offers to send back to us. This really would be amazing location for any small group or family getaway. Do pay attention to the notes about the stairs and tight squeeze for under condo parking because host is very transparent about it! I have a Tahoe and made it work (carefully) and a golf cart too. We will be back!!! Thanks David for being a great host.

We truly enjoyed our week on Tybee Island staying at this property. It is exactly as described, with a fantastic ocean view, one of our “must haves” for beach vacations. The sunsets were stunning from the balcony, and we enjoyed seeing the large ships traveling to and from the Port of Savannah. The condo was charming, comfortable, and immaculately clean – the perfect size for my husband and me. The condo’s beds were very comfortable, and we had excellent water pressure – two things we appreciate when traveling. The condo is located on the quieter (north) part of the island, so the beaches were not crowded, which made for relaxing days. It was just a short walk to the beach. As noted in other reviews, the stairs can be challenging. They were not a problem for us, but we appreciated knowing about them before the trip, as we packed smaller bags to make toting them up the steps a bit easier. We liked being on the top floor for the spectacular view and privacy. Before our trip, David, the owner, contacted us with specific details about the property and the island, including excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities. He reached out several times and was very accessible and accommodating. Tybee is a small island, so everything is nearby. We enjoyed several restaurants: Sundae Café (fabulous meal!), Pier 16, and The Deck Beach Bar. On the day of check-in, we stopped in Savannah for lunch at Vic’s on the River (great choice), did our grocery shopping before he
