The view is absolutely amazing, but the property not so much! The house seems like it has been forgotten about. The outside and inside desperately need a detailed cleaning. I sprayed air fresheners and cleaned with Lysol, but the house still smelled old and musty. We left a whole day early because the bed was so uncomfortable and the awning over the balcony flapped so loudly it kept us awake every night. We've stayed at several properties all over Tybee and unfortunately this one was the worst. We won't stay here again! Sleep and cleanliness are very important to us!

Need to add a handrail on right side of stairs going up to the bedrooms. Also need a handrail on right side of stairs going up on porch. Counter top around coffee pot area was very sticky. The flooring needed a good mopping. Toothbrush holder upstairs was fifty on the inside. TV down stairs just showed 1 channel. Some of the recessed lights didn’t work down stairs. Need to have an exterminator to spray for insects. Inside the refrigerator stank really bad.

This home was perfect for our quick getaway for a long weekend. The beach access I'd excellent and the views from the Master bedroom deck are gorgeous. Parking is tight, but once you're here, there's really no reason to leave.

Beautiful condo- great location and gorgeous decks looking out at the ocean. But 1st morning - woke up to a generator and roofers surround the condo 5 feet from our “tranquil” deck. They were finally gone by 4:30, but ruined our day there. So sad. So so loud, trucks and a crane infront of our deck.

We had a very relaxing experience. This was our 6th visit to Tybee Island and the lay-back back atmosphere and access to restaurants was most appealing to us. The convenient to Savannah was a plus as well.

The location of this townhouse is perfect. It is steps from the beach and sandbar. The townhouse has a great layout and so much potential. Unfortunately, the property was filthy and needed many repairs and updates. There was dog hair everywhere! When I sat down on the couch, I was covered when I stood up. The air return was taped up with duct tape, the curtains in the master were falling down, in the twin bedroom there was a socket without a plate on it. It made me very nervous having open electrical in a room for kids. In the master bathroom, the electrical socket and wall plate were hanging off the wall. The walls were filthy. I was shocked at the level of disrepair the property was in, when it truly has so much potential.

Property has great location. Interior is dated and many items stained, broken, or very worn. Property allows pets and several outdoor pillows and cushions were covered with do hair. Bathroom sink drains would not hold water.

The property is located in the best location, all units on 19th St have great ocean views on a quieter end of the beach. This units decor could use some modernizing and the prickly large palm tree bushes block the ocean view when sitting on the porch. The home was very clean upon arrival.

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The unit was clean and I couldn't have been more happy with the management company. We had no hot water which we didn't notice until the next morning and the management company had someone come right out and by that afternoon we had a new hot water heater. The only complaint is that the queen bed upstairs is VERY HARD. Also the awning outside the bedroom window flapped loudly all night from the wind. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. Both of these things can be fixed. I would stay here again if they resolved these two issues. (the cream color awning that has no function is the one that is under the striped awning )

The house was perfect and the location is unbeatable. It is SO close to the beach and this end of the island is peaceful and not crowded while still being close/walkable to everything. The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, the views from the decks were amazing.

For the price we expected more than we got. There was so many things wrong with the condo to horrific wiring to tv's and lights to things that didn't work to outlets coming out of the walls. We where only given enough towels for 1 day for all 5 of us. There was only enough bedding for 4 people. No extra bedding for the foldout bed downstairs. The wall light switch wasn't just connected to the light, bur the the TV and internet box as well. So to turn of the light downstairs was to turn out watching any TV's in the whole condo. The whole place was like a 70's porno decor with none of the frenature that went with anything else inside. It said it came with everything, but that was a lie. When they said to tell them and they would fix it was a lie to. We got back and contacted them and they said they where to busy to take care of us. The view was the only good part. I have pictures of everything that was wrong.

We had a great stay at this location. The view was absolutely amazing! We had easy access to the beach and were within walking distance to many restaurants. Each night thunderstorms rolled in allowing us to view the most spectacular lightning we have ever seen. With these storms, however, came wind which caused the awning to make lots of noise at night. Despite this factor, we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!

First-we had an absolutely wonderful time on this trip. The view was unmatched and I would go back for that aspect of this rental alone.
Arrival and departure were made extremely easy with the app provided. No hiccups, and finding the unit was also pretty easy. Parking was spacious and protected.
We were steps away from the beach.
The listing is extremely accurate with some upgrades made to the bedding. What you see is what you get. The furniture and overall decor, including patio furniture and beds could stand to be updated, as it tended to be slightly uncomfortable and a little outdated. The layout of the living room was somewhat awkward with the TV being in the corner next to the couch rather than in front of it. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty small and firm, but the patio access and view from there was unbeatable. The master bathroom was also gorgeous and featured a skylight as well as an adorable vanity which I very much enjoyed. The TV in the bedroom was crooked, but a very nice size.
The kitchen was very well-stocked in terms of appliances, and the unit even includes a washer and dryer which was super handy. I was able to prepare a few small meals with no problems.
In terms of cleanliness, the space was clean, but could have been a little cleaner. One of the drawers had either roach droppings or crumbs (not sure), but we didn’t end up needing anything from that section.
Overall, we had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here again.

The best features of this property are the wonderful decks with comfortable furniture and the fantastic location. That made it easy to overlook the tired appliances (stove/oven had some working burners and heats at 350 but not adjustable) and aging bathrooms (no handle on the upstairs shower). If you don’t mind older mattresses, tvs and fixtures you will love this place—the location is second to none.

The home was excellent and in the perfect beach front location, your staff made this rental very easy and stream lined al the way through. As for a few suggestion to improve here is a few: The main bedroom bed is very firm, for us softer would have been better, When both showers were in use we would run out of hot water, possibly a larger tank, then a few hangers in each closet would have been nice. But we really enjoyed our vacation at your place and will be back one day for sure.

We loved the location of the house. Quick walk to the beach and the balconies were great to sit out on and take in the view. The management company was very responsive and provided all information needed. Check in and check out was seamless. They also provided most anything you would need for your stay. You can tell the furniture and accents are a bit worn, but still comfortable. The attention to detail in the cleanliness department could use some work, especially considering the price of the cleaning fee on the rental. Major surfaces seemed clean, but toothbrush holder had grime all in it, mirrors were not wiped clean, chair legs with a lot of dust - mostly the things that do not get touched as often could use a little more TLC. We did really enjoy our stay.

This home was roomy for the two of us. We had difficulty finding it because it was dark when we finally arrived. The parking would have been difficult for some because of the angle and the two cars parked in front of the space. We did not contact the owners for anything because nothing was critical or urgent. It’s an older home but you can tell that it’s attended to my spare parts and batteries in the closets. The home could have been cleaner, there was dog hair and human hair throughout. There were some bugs (1 large roach and 2 silverfish) but I thank God that was shared after we left so I wouldn’t freak out! We enjoyed the location being by the beach and still very walkable to shopping and everything else. The temperature in the home was very comfortable since it was a very cold week. The bed was comfortable also. We were not able to figure out how to turn on the lights outside of the door and the door was difficult to close and lock. Thanks for the monopoly game. It was fun! We had a great relaxing anniversary week overall.
