Comodo e strategico

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso e confortevole. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro e altri luoghi.

Schön, unkompliziert, perfekt für einen Altstadt Besuch

Gute und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber mit hilfreichen Informationen zu Parkplatzmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr sichere Wohnanlage durch Türcode am Eingangstor und einfacher Check in durch Schlüsselsafe

Ausstattung der Küche war etwas abgenutzt und die Treppe (steile Spartreppe) ins Schlafzimmer ist abenteuerlich, vor allem nachts zum eventuellen Toilettengang😉leider war das auf den Fotos nicht ganz so einfach ersichtlich. Das war kein Problem, sollte man nur bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

Carino ma...da non tornare

Appartamento su due piani, carino e originale, vicino a luoghi di interesse.

1)bagno piccolissimo , angusto,senza bidet, senza piatto doccia per cui si allaga facilmente. Non c era il sapone per le mani ,che tra l altro era un dosatore vuoto già usato da altre persone. Carta igienica poca e con la doccia si bagna. 2)abbiamo dovuto preparare noi il divano letto che si trova al piano terra , dove c'è solo un ventilatore e la stanza è molto calda.. 3) scala rapidissima e molto pericolosa per accedere alla camera matrimoniale,scomodissimo per portare la valigia ; 4) cucina poco pulita,con alcuni prodotti scaduti(aceto per esempio)e neanche una bottiglietta d acqua come "benvenuto"o un caffè offerto... 5) non facile capire dalla descrizione inviata dall host come ritirare la chiave per entrare in appartamento(consiglio di inviare agli ospiti anche una foto della keybox o ancora meglio un breve video) Appartamento adatto al massimo a due persone, meglio se giovani.

The location was excellent.There was a parking garage nearby. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. Ι also liked that there was a mural painting in the attic. Except the bathroom, it was spacious.

Very small bathroom, uncomfortable stairs to the attic ( narrow and almost vertical). There was air condition only in the attic, but it was OK for a short stay.

Very good

Central location next to the Roman theatre and close to a car park and coffee places. It offered us 2 bed rooms for 1 night, which is what we needed. Well equipped kitchen and access to the place was made easy thanks to the owner's instructions.

Very tiny bathroom, although it was expected and served our needs. No lifts and we had to fix the sofa bed on arrival.

Highlight of our Italy trip

This felt like being invited to an authentic Italian home. Gorgeous details and a delightful dining room. The location was truly a wonder- 5 minute walk to Casa de Juliete.

Airco only covered the upstairs bedroom but it was incredibly warm while we were there.

The apartment was okay....we did find some rubbish on the floor from last family, but generally clean and well appointed. Didn't actually meet anyone from reception but were able to speak to them on What's App. Great location...

Bathroom on different level up a down a steep Staircase, but that is an age and personal thing.

Superb

The apartement space was bigger than I expected, specially to accomodate two guests! The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen and dinning area are very well equiped. Really liked the location, we were able to see everything we wanted just by walking from place to place. The host was flexible and let us extend our check-out time a few hours, which was a great added bonus.

I wish the kitchen had a box of matches to help us get the stove working, it was tricky to turn the stove on with just a lighter. But it's just a minor detail.

Small service like toast bread, jam, coffee, communication with proppertier and check out time at 11.00. Location ideal in center of city. Parking practically next of flat (100 m), bakery shop next parkhouse.

Only for two people

The location is great and the owner was very helpful and polite. The apartment was very clean and the decoration was nice.

This apartment was definitely only for two people even though it was booked for five. The double bed was comfortable but the sofa-bed was pretty uncomfortable and it needs to be changed, the fifth person ended up sleeping on the floor.

Excellent location, yet impossible to get into the place at arrival

Excellent location, very close to Verona center.

Wrong codes sent to enter the premises while the owner did not care to answer the phone. We would have been unable to enter the place after quite some time without the kind assistance of a neighbor.

Fantastic stay and with an extraordinary view

GORGEOUS location! Beautiful hotel full of antiques. Friendly and accommodating service Enjoyed a welcome drink on the private patio off the kitchen upon our arrival, and the bottle of Prosecco left in our room which we enjoyed on our private balcony. The hotel feels more like a private villa, full of beautiful antiques and artwork. I absolutely would like to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Wish the mattress had been a bit softer.

Next time I will stay in a hotel.

The kitchen looked nice (but I did not use it). The air conditioner worked properly. The location was definitely good. After a 15-min walk, one reaches Arena. Nearby you find good bus connections as well.

Let me list some facts during my stay: - the WiFi did not work at the beginning. The communication with the host helped little (who kept saying this worked for others). - the WiFi did not work as expected at the end of my stay. In my not so humble opinion, in this apartment, WiFi signals come from the data volume of a SIM card, which probably limits the maximum usage per month. After the maximum, everything will be slowed down. (Anyone who travels at the end of a month like me needs to be careful.) - the plumber came once during my stay to fix some pipe. I was at home that morning and heard the plumber tried to open the door with his keys (although he failed to open it). - the glasses on the table were found to have lip sticker marks when I looked for a cup/glass/etc. Thus I did not use any container in the room to drink water.
