I would personally not book this property again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the pool seemed to be heated.

The room was dirty upon arrival. Coffee stains on table and grease stove, toaster and microwave. There were little flying bugs in the shower as well as mould. There was also a very foul smell coming from the toilet. We had to keep the door closed our entire stay. There were no condiments in the bathroom. The shower drainage was so poor it flooded the entire bathroom.

They have so many rules like they say we must smoke on 4th floor but when we get there they say smoking is not allowed

The good outweighs the bad, to sum it up I’m satisfied with my stay

Loved the view of the city from our room and that it was clean. Very friendly staff as well

There is not bathroom mat to step when you get out the shower, which makes the floors wet . Cutlery wasn’t there, we shared a spoon and fork. Also it would have been nice to have two of each e.g champagne glasses

Horrible stay. Disgusting and despicable behaviour by the staff as well as management.

The property is close to main road with easy access to the cbd. There is a kwikspar at ground floor for convenience

1. It’s a nightmare to checking in. There were a lot of people waiting to check in and the reception area is small for the many people waiting with their luggage 2. You have to put in your personal details while other guys wait and look at your personal information from the display screen. No privacy or protection of personal information 3. The flat was dirty on check in. The floor had not even been swept or mopped 4. No air conditioning no heaters and no extra blankets 5. The dishes are disgusting. Plastic glasses that are worn out 6. Not even sitting area 7. The window doesn’t close properly allowing cold air to come in 8. immediately at check out, the cleaner just walked in and started opening bathroom and bedroom doors while we were still in the unit and some getting dressed in the bedrooms. Totally disgusting and humiliating behaviour 9. They use pictures of other units in the building that are managed by other companies and use them as their own 10. When booking, make sure you type “WEX 1 by perch stays’ and ensure that it’s not managed by “City club hotels” otherwise you will get the worst units in the building.

The place looked terrible doesn’t smell nice toilets looked dirty I was disgusted to how the place looked we thought it’s an apartment full on one not studio they should advertise correctly next time I just checked in n left an hour later the place so my money was wasted!

It was amazing and I'm definitely coming back.

The view and the apartment itself was beautiful. The fact that there's shops down stairs was a great bonus.

The microwave didn't have a glass so I couldn't use it and I didn't have a mop .

Terrible, terrible! Never again!

Terrible service - I had to wait 20min to get checked in. Hygiene - The apartment was dusty. The window would not shut properly, the mattress had cigarette burns on it and to top it off the one blanket they give you smells like urine.

A million stars from N&W

Shout out to wex1 for their comfortable customer service, it was welcoming when we entered. The room was clean and tidy, had a beautiful balcony view . I feel safe due to the hygiene. Bathroom always clean , the kitchen was clean . Microwave kettle and TV worked, WiFi was spot on . No creepy crawlies. I'd refer all my friends, anyway I'll be back every month and next week with my nyash.

What's there not to like ? This place be giving good vibes . Employees are kind and generous they should get a raise ❤️

It was my sisters birthday so it was beautiful. However, the stay at the hotel was horrible ! Unprofessional and service

We were able to play music and everyone minds their own business. One can be free.

Doppelbuchung und schlechter Kundenservice resultierten in nicht Verfügbarkeit der Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft wurde doppelt vergeben und der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war sehr schlecht. Die Alternative, die geboten wurde war schmutzig und mit Schaben im Badezimmer. Wir mussten nachts noch spontan in Kapstadt ein verfügbares Hotel finden. Definitiv keine Empfehlung!

I was a victim of fraud. This accomodation is a fraud operation.

I liked Absolutely NOTHING about this place! This property is a fraud. I booked and payed for a balcony apartment. When I arrived at the property there was firstly no keys in the lock box. After trying to contact and call the property several times they finally responded with a text with a different code and the words “use this apartment for now”.. When I asked what does for now mean they did not respond. When I got to the apartment it was firstly, not a balcony that I paid for. Secondly, the apartment was so dirty, the toilet seat had splitters of dried urine in them and general bad smell.. the couch had stains.. bed sheets were torn with holes.. not a single glass, only old plastic cups.. the TV did not work and there was no iron.. I had to attend my meeting with wrinkled clothes.. I had thee most horrendous stay I’ve ever had through Bookings.com On top of all of that there was load shedding and not a single light or candle. . I must have tried calling the owner 20 odd times and sending texts which they blue ticked. What a traumatic experience I had that costed me R955.. Disgusting to say the least.

The tv was hanging skew so you couldn’t actually watch tv unless you sat with a tilted head which is ridiculous. The fan didn’t work either to help rid the smell of the apartment. We went down to the pool to catch some air cause of the vomit smell in the apartment and guess what? There was vomit there too! Omg, the worst stay ever! Oh and cherry on top. When we checked in, the cleaner was still busy mopping the floor and we couldn’t get into the apartment until she was done cleaning which took some time. The glasses looked dirty and didn’t end up using any of the plates, glasses or cutlery cause wow, cannot risk picking up bacteria and viruses from a filthy place.

I could see table mountain

If you like waking up at 5am in the morning, then apartment 716 is for you. The sound of traffic and taxis hooting in the early hours is a great way to start the day. No air conditioning in the stuffy rooms but if you can open the doors or windows to let in the air would be a good way to start. No worry about sleeping in 2nd room as the passage light in the corridors are on all night and light up the room even in load shedding. The view of the industrial area is a good back drop to Table mountain. The pictures on this site is misleading and do not reflet the real condition of room 716. Sparsely furnished with cheap furniture and worn out linen and towling with miss match crockery and dirty drinking plactic wine glass was the cherry on the top. Would not bother complaining as no one cares. So false advertising does pay.
