un séjour réussi qui m'a permis de découvrir Malte dans d'excellentes dispositions

la prise en charge grâce à Booking du transfert entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel. l'excellente attention et les bons conseils apportés par le personnel. la situation idéale par rapport au club de plongée qui m'avait recommandé cet établissement le calme et l'espace offerts dans la chambre

Kambarys tvarkingas, švarus ir erdvus. Kambariu esu labai patenkinta. Lokacija gera, patogi vieta keliaujant su viešuoju transportu.

Kambaryje buvo virdulys, bet juo naidotis negalima nes pas jus UK razetės, o jūsų virdulys su EU kištuku. Keistą, kai jūsų technika nepritaikyta. Kambarys per visas 5 naktis nebuvo tvarkomas, tai stebina, nes šiukšlės tai kaupiasi. Blogiausia durų užraktai jie labai garsiai atsidato / užsidaro. Naktį pažadina. Taip pat keturias naktis kažkas naktį triūkšmavo, lyg kambarius tvarkė, kažkokius šiukšlių maišus tempė. Kambaryje didžiulis triukšmas, labai bloga garso įzoliacija, miegoti gerai neįmanoma.

Relatíve olcsó, de kellemes, jól felszerelt szállás

A tulaj segítőkész volt, akadt egy kis probléma, de hezitálás nélkül orvosolták. Kellemes szobák, tiszta környezet, jól felszerelt hely. Egy csendes környéken van, könnyű volt odatalálni, a közelben vásárlási és étkezési lehetőségek is vannak. Tengerpart gyalog 5-10 perc sétára van.

Nice stay

Convenient location, quiet place. Close to pubs, stores, and a bus stop. The check-in process is very simple. Nice common areas including a guest kitchen and rooftop (with smoking area). The room has a small refrigerator, a kettle with mugs and a carafe of drinking water. The WiFi connection was good.

It's a little strange that there is no door to the toilet, but there is a folding screen.

Location was near to the city center and all the bus stops were nearby

It was walled off apartment and made into two with no usable window. U have to use A/C constantly if you don't want to suffocate inside (in combination with most air you can imagine the feeling). Water pressure is poor also.

Very good

Room was spacious and well equipped with TV and kettle. Hair dryers were also provided in the shared area. Great 5G wifi. Great location, short 7 min walk to the ferry terminal. Working air conditioning was a bonus.

Smell from the toilet. The toilet looks clean, just a stench coming from it. Had to close the bathroom door to get a decent sleep. Fridge wasn't working.

We stayed here and we're so close to family who live in Buggiba and the guesthouse is so close to Buggiba Square worked so well for us X

We mainly slept there and I used the rooftop to sunbathe in the morning so I found our stay very good and relaxing x

Good stay for a cheap price.

I really enjoyed the location of Tarona Guesthouse. It’s close to the beach, just a 5 minute walk. The guesthouse was very quiet and I had a good sleep during my stay. Moreover, people who work behind reception are very friendly and helpful and I even had a good talk with them during my check out.

The room was very small and did not have many facilities but I expected that for the price I paid. I didn’t like that the reception was not 24 hrs. Receptionists are there from 8 am till 2 pm.

Good accommodation with all the necessary facilities. Polite and friendly hosts. Recommended!

Location is good. It is not a noisy place. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with a toilet, little fridge, balcony, and 5 beds. Around the apartment there are shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket that is opened 24 hours.

The things that i didn't like are not connected with the accommodation.

Complete disaster

Nothing

This is not an accommodation actually. The building is not even suitable for storage space. No light, extreme humidity, walls like thin paper, broken windows with no isolation. Because of the humidity, I got headache and runny nose. I didn’t even stayed for one night and no one reimbursed me. I understand that it’s an extremely budget-friendly option but the conditions still have to be descent and not health hazardous. Even though I didn’t stay, I was not reimbursed, not even partially. I don’t recommend it in any case. Even the low price doesn’t justify renting a space that looks like a medieval prison cell.

Cheapish. Location not great if walking is difficult as quite hilly round there.

Room was clean. only needed a place to sleep as I am out very early and in late. Shower was good.

Bed was a rock. Walls paper thin... could hear EVERYTHING.

Lovely hotel however rooms need major improvement to make guests feel more comfortable and standard rooms are not worth

Hotel and rooms were clean

Standard rooms were disappointing, no view outside the window and very isolated and very plain decoration. Had to upgrade to a balcony room which was much better but extra cost to us, however the shower leaked.

Guesthouse not hotel for leisure time

Very well equipped for such a small room. Fridge, waterboiler, coffe, sugar. Bathroom modern, had towels. We got quick and good instructions for our late arrival as we made last minute booking after evening flight got cancelled. All furniture needed.

The room we got was too small for me. Nightstand and bed right by the entrence door. One small window facing a wall. Noise and cooking smell all night. It is more suitable for low budget long stay, rather then vacation by the sea. The bay is very very far, as the apartment building is way up the hill. When booking, read careful about windows/view for the type of the room chosen.

Great value!

Simple room but it had everything we needed for a very good price! It was very clean, and there were also some useful things not every hotel room has - like a fridge, a kettle or a hair dryer. The room was quite big. Check-in is possible 24/7. We stayed here for the whole trip to Malta and it was great as a starting point for our day trips! There are many buses going quite often. It's also located nearby many restaurants and bars and shops.

The shower took preeeetty long to get warm. Two separate mattresses would be better than one big one so you don't wake up whenever the person next to you moves :D

Unsanitary place to avoid with no refund policy and no work ethics

The hallways were okay. Checking in was easy. Communication with receptionist Ivana is a 10+. She was very helpful on how to reach the hotel late at night. Ivana, you deserve a better place.

Honestly, I thought the people criticizing the hotel were kinda exaggerating. But oh, how wrong was I... After two sleepless nights because of the KARAOKE bar across the street, I was like... okay will be better in the morning. But 8 AM construction works in front of the balcony, drilling the asphalt down to the canalization level... So I was like... it's out of their power, cannot control that... I was ignoring construction dust, I was full of understanding, looking at the positive side - the bed was comfy. I had to keep the balcony doors open all the time, as there was a strange moist smell from the toilet which is right next to the bed and, moreover, every time I flushed the toilet, lots of noises came out of the pipes in the walls and from the siphon of the sink, and from the thing behind the toilet. I have no idea what that was (there is a picture of it uploaded) but was always afraid it's gonna burst feces all over the place. Until OMG. Feces came out of the bathtub drain in the evening, right before I wanted to shower after the beach. A few vomitings later and another sleepless night, at 8 am I checked out and asked for a refund of only two nights left - not the previous 3 nights. Was denied with no further discussion. They offered me the other room- but guys, under no circumstances was I to stay a minute longer in that hotel. I would rather lose all the money than my health. These things are infectious, dangerous, and unsanitary. I left the town and at the other accommodation, I had a blast. Staying in the same town, let alone the hotel was not an option. Booking mediated patiently, but is not eligible to process the refund - as the hotel has no refund policy. It took me a week to leave a review without vomiting urges. And denying the refund when the hotel obviously had a glitch... such a poor move.

Good base for travelling around Malta & Gozo

St Paul’s bay is a good central location if you want to explore Malta & Gozo. We walked from St Paul’s bay to the boat for Comino and would not have been able to do so staying in another location. Valletta is accessible, so is Mdina. Two buses to Marsaskala and Marsaxlokk. There are places to swim in St Paul’s Bay but they are not your classic sandy beaches. Really good pizza restaurant about two doors up from Tarona Guest House ‘Made in Spud’. If you are looking for a good base to travel around Malta, somewhere cheap just to rest your head then I would recommend Tarona Guest House.

The guest house itself is very basic. I thought it was fine and for the price couldn’t complain. However, my partner disliked it completely. The bed was old and killed his back every night. The shower and toilet were in the room. So if you are not travelling with someone you are completely comfortable with I would not recommend this hotel. For a relaxing holiday I personally wouldn’t recommend staying in St Paul’s Bay. There is not a lot happening, not a lot of culture, not a lot to do. There’s not a lot happening in St Paul’s Bay itself. There’s not a lot to do, not a lot to see and not a lot of culture. So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with all you amenities in one location without needing to travel then I would not recommend St Paul’s Bay. Valletta has a lot more happening, it is quite beautiful there and with a lot of culture.
