Convenient for meeting people we were visiting.
Weather was poor. Parking was a bit tight. Brighton seems an expensive place to visit.

All the information I needed was provided ahead of my visit.
The property felt exceptionally clean inside, the decor was welcoming, and the patio was a bonus. The shower was excellent and easy to use. I will definitely make this property my first choice next time I come to Brighton.
A headboard on the single bed would have been nice, so I could sit up in bed. The outside layout is a little odd - do I shimmy down the tight path next to the shed, or stride across next door's front?
I had chosen the property to be close to the beach - and this is no criticism of the property - but hadn't realised there would be a big building site for improving the area (as at May 24). Not a noise issue, it just wasn't the beautiful sea view I'd hoped for!

The area we were staying was very friendly and streets were clean. The amenities on our doorstep meant we never felt the need to use the car through out our stay , as we had local food shops , cafes and a bakery within a 5min walk. Then having an excellent gastro pub at the end of the road was a bonus.
As long as you are up to being able to walk 30mins everything you'll want to see and do is within reach for most people's Brighton stay, and even the walk wasn't an effort as it gave us a chance to do sightseeing on the journey into the main hub of the beach area and then into the shopping lanes in the city centre...... having off road park as part of the stay was a must, as I'd been to Brighton before and without it can be very stressful.

Great location and comfortable
It was dusty and cobwebs over windows, garden was unkept and needed cleaning and plants needed tlc. I had to clean up before our stay.

Curtains missing in living room, was informed the night before arrival by email shortly after booking but informed be email that “this should not affect your stay”. Given no option to cancel and didn’t read message until on way to property so took them at their word. However, living room to small to move couch and it is overlooked by several neighbours’ windows on higher level - as it’s dark at night and we need lights on inside and no curtains in front of floor to ceiling windows, my wife and I felt uncomfortable.
On contacting the property manager, I could not believe the response we received….
“I doubt people are interested in watching other people being sat on a settee, watching TV. Forgive me, but I am not sure I understand the concern”
They were not prepared to pay someone
to come out and fix the issue, prior to, or during our stay as they were getting it repaired by person who installed them at a later date.
To top this off, before we checked out, we received a message threatening us with charges unless we took rubbish out to the street bins before departing. Not even a “please”…..
“All rubbish should be bagged and removed from the property. Charges may apply
for any rubbish left”
An early check out time with more aggressive impolite messages threatening charges…..
“Check out: Please check out by 10am Charges may apply for aborted cleans as a result of unauthorised late check outs, even for 10 minutes.”
I’ve used Booking.com dozens of times prior to this stay and never left a bad review before. However, this host was really awful

Great location - 20 mins walk in to town!

Very well equipped, very comfortable bed and settees. It was like being in someone’s house who’d just popped out while you were there. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic that you can park your car and leave it there knowing it’s safe .
Also great to be able to take our small dog with us.
Could get a bit cold at times as heating appears to be set to go off at certain times but we just twisted the nest dial a bit and it came back on. So not really a problem as could be overridden luckily.

The place was ideally situated for us to get access to the hospital. Once we had worked everything out. It was brilliant.

A little tatty in places, could do with replacing the carpet. Needs a headboard for the bed. Parking space was tight but appreciated
It was fine and nice touches like books and all the equipment that you need

Very clean, comfortable, Netflix on tv, gated and easy parking, excellent bed and bedding, good kitchen with everything we could have wanted.
Liked everything.

The bonus was free gated parking which gave us extra security and peace of mind with our car.

Clean and tidy. Good shower. Private parking space
Sofa was old and not very comfy with little support. No oven gloves so cooking difficult.

Walking distance to everything. But very quiet location

The instructions were very proficient with photos to help. Full marks. I have a Discovery Sport and found the parking to be easy enough. Directly outside the apartment too and behind secure electric gates. The area is still a 10 min drive from the town, which I knew, but is very close to the sea and the marina. The Lidl 4 min walk is very handy and the Portos Grill is an excellent takeaway. Just Eat delivered fine too! There is a pub called Daddy Long Legs which looked good but we didn't visit as this being the first weekend since indoor dining is open it was understandably booked. Now back to the beautiful house - from the moment you walk in it feels like home. It's cosy and comfortable. There is a small courtyard garden which was appreciated. The sheets and towels were luxurious and everything had been thought of. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Fridge. It's a lovely area too full of quirky mews properties. The TV was large and smart so I could log into Amazon Prime and Netflix and it worked like a dream! We just had a really lovely time despite a weekend full of rain!
The weather, but it made this property feel all the more cosy. As we knew we may have to spend time indoors I'm pleased we chose such a comfortable property.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent location, parking a big benefit.

Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach. Two large supermarkets (ASDA and Lidl) near by.
A very nice 30-40 minute walk along the sea front into the city centre.
Such a lovely place - Very comfortable beds, lovely open sitting room area and great to have the outdoor patio which is a sun trap mid morning.
Has its own website link once booked which gives you all the info you need and ideas of things to do/restaurant recommendations.
Lovely stay, would recommend!
Tips:
- Bankers for fish and chips (a long walk, but worth it)
- Yoga on the beach at Luna Wave, and great freshly cooked pizza in the beach bar next door
- Be sure to check out the Marmalade Store for great sandwhiches and cakes
The main bathroom would benefit from a brighter light/window, and a full length mirror would be nice, but very small issues - nothing we didn't like!

Very comfortable and clean, quiet street close to sea front, 30 mins walk to centre of Brighton.
Nothing significant

Lovely house. Had everything you could need. Comfortably furnished. Very clean and welcoming. Felt very much at home. Was concerned it was a little way from Brighton, but the area was really interesting. Excellent cafe 'Marmalade' a short walk away for breakfast/coffee/lunch. Very good, frequent bus services close by.
We couldn't work out the heating, but the managing agents responded immediately to emails to help us out.
