Overall really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and the property was only a short walking distance to major sites like Il Duomo. The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had an option for breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was delicious and they even offered to bring it to the room for us!

The first night there were some mosquitoes in the room, but we came to realize that mosquitoes were prevalent around the entire city while we were here. The staff responded quickly to our concern and that seemed to help the problem!

Wiedersehen macht Freude

Das Frühstück ist unschlagbar. Man muss es online bestellen aber im Nachhinein sehr bedacht vor allem wenn man spät aufsteher ist. Nichts desto trotz sehr sehr lecker

Baustelle vor dem Hotel. Ok dafür können die nichts dafür aber das die Rezeption bei spät einchecken schwer zu erreichen ist und das dass Parkplatz im Hof von nebenan ist und das nur mit einem Code….. puh… das war eine Geburt….

Traumtage in Florenz - wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Ein Geheimtipp für Reisende, die ihre Ruhe haben möchten. 2 Etagen für Zimmer, in den anderen Etagen italienische Mieter. Man hat seinen Code und Schlüssel und kann sich dadurch auch als „Mieter“ fühlen . Sehr schönes Ambiente, unglaublich nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, gleich bei der Akademie gelegen, absolut ruhig und Frühstück ans Bett, wenn man möchte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen !

Eigentlich nur, dass es zum Frühstück kein Obst gab.

Muito confortável, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã é o diferencial, SENSACIONAL. Quarto amplo, banheiro agradável.

O box não é fechado então molha todo banheiro. Isso é comum na Itália pelo que vi, pode parecer moderno mas é bem pouco prático. Apesar da boa localização, é necessário aindar 15~20 minutos para chegar no centro histórico. Para o museu da Academia é cerca de 7 minutos, o que é bom.

Tolle Lage mitten in Florenz

Die Nähe zu den tollen fußläufigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, den Restaurants und die Parkplatznutzung.

Fehlende Balkonmöbel, eine sehr gewöhnungsbedürftiges (teilweise) defektes Bedienpanel der Dusche und die ständig laufende Heizung. Trotz Abdrehen, immer wieder angeschalten und volles Ballett. Das hat einen teilweise erschlagen, wenn man von den Ausflügen zurückkam. Ein Frühstücksbuffet wäre mir lieber oder aber mehr Möglichkeiten im Budget zum Ausschöpfen. Hier empfehle ich zumindest Filterkaffee und Milch for free während des Frühstücks anzubieten.

bellissimo il design della camera, a 15 min circa a piedi dal centro, personale cordiale e simpatico.

la doccia/vasca un po' scomoda, farei rimpiazzare la vasca con un piatto doccia ampio, comunque temperatura dell'acqua ottimale!!

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ottima posizione (pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza del Duomo), staff gentilissimo, stanza accogliente e supercolazione!

Weekend a Firenze

Posizione comoda e non troppo distante né dalla stazione (anche raggiungibile a piedi) né dal centro, in zona tranquilla. Giuste le dimensioni della camera, accogliente, con letto comodissimo. Abbiamo trovato molto interessante il sistema per ordinare la colazione, evitando gli sprechi; comoda anche la possibilità di averla in camera. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Posizione centrale, in 10 minuti si arriva a piedi direttamente in centro. Staff cortese e disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Ottima la colazione ordinabile e componibile tramite apposita app con servizio in camera gratuito.

Parcheggio presente in struttura solo a pagamento (25€ al giorno).

EL LUGAR EXCELENTE Y CONFORTABLE PERO EL DESAYUNO Y EL SERVICIO DE WI-FI DEJAN MUCHISIMO QUE DESEAR.

LA LOCALIZACION DEL LUGAR ES EXCELENTE. LA HABITACIÓN ES CONFORTABLE Y ASEADA. EL LUGAR ES TRANQUILO Y SEGURO.

EL DESAYUNO ES DEPLORABLE: NO HAY FRUTA, UNA TASA PEQUEÑA DE CAFE, UNA TOSTADA CON UN HUEVO Y UN VASO PEQUEÑO DE JUGO; SI QUIERES UN POCO MÁS DE ALGO U OTRA COSA ADICIONAL, TIENES QUE PAGAR EXTRA. ES PREFERIBLE RESERVAR SIN DESAYUNO Y TENERLO EN OTRO LUGAR. EL WI-FI ES PESIMO, VA Y VIENE, MAS SE VA QUE VIENE. SI VAS A USARLO PARA ALGO IMPORTANTE, ES MEJOR IR A OTRO LUGAR.

Recommended for any Firenze travellers

Very nice location, very clean and comfortable rooms. The location was excellent for me. If you enjoy taking a walk, it is about 20 minutes from the main attractions of the city. The building was probably recently renovated so everything seems new and modern inside the rooms.

It's a B&B and and although there's an option for a breakfast the time tables have to be reserved in advance. Some of the days I could not get the breakfast in a good time for my plans. So try to schedule your breakfast for the whole stay in the first days you get there. There was some problems with the heating on the shower, but that can happen occasionaly on some buildings, I guess.

Habitación muy cómoda, con pequeño armario/vestidor para maletas, baño muy amplio. Desayuno excelente.

Desde el centro de la zona más turística hasta el alojamiento hay unos 15 minutos andando. Se escucha un poco el ruido de los pasillos, puertas, etc.

La atención, el servicio y las instalaciones. La cama super cómoda, teníamos servicio de desayunos en la habitación, TV con Netflix, bañera y nevera. Además nos daban dos botellas de agua cuando cambiaban las sábanas y limpiaban la habitación

Amazing stay at beautiful Italian town

PAZZESCO!

Super super consigliato!!!! A mio parere sembra che la struttura si trova in condominio signorile (non ci sono altri condomini se non che uffici di notati, avvocati e altro del genere) quindi il b&b sembra essere ricavato da degli appartamenti mooooolto grandi. La camera in cui ho soggiornato è era una Suite King , è pazzesca. 4 adulti e siamo stati super comodi, super spaziosa, super pulita. Essendo questa camera ricavata dal soggiorno di un appartamento avevamo un balcone molto grande, sicuramente superiore a qualsiasi altro albergo.

Lovely space with breakfast and nice staff

I liked the breakfast. The quality and variety of foods is amazing and we have a choice daily. Homecooked with love as well. The room was comfy too and the toilets were clean. Plenty of space to put my clothes in. The location isn't too far off the main city centre, a short walk away, yet is quiet.

Could have been a little closer to the city centre and there were some mosquitoes in the room.

It was nice overall if i would consider being near to the main sightseeing in Florence

It’s too near to the Duomo area and the staff was very helpful and supportive

20 minutes walking to the train station Santa Maria Novella which was little bit hard for me with the luggage and there are maintenance work on the street. If you have heavy luggage then better to take a taxi which is around 15 eur from the train station till the B&B

A great accommodation to explore Florence by foot

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and coffee, facilities - spacious and comfortable, location within walking distance to all attractions but located in a way very accessible by taxi. So basically couldn’t think of a better place to stay at.

B&B con posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Firenze e comodo anche il parcheggio disponibile previa prenotazione e pagamento. Hanno accettato senza problemi la mia cagnolina, anche in sala ristorante, nonostante fosse il 31/12. Hanno saputo destreggiarsi ottimamente nella gestione della mia celiachia. Le camere sono ampie, confortevoli e pulite. E soprattutto sono stati gentili e simpatici durante la nostra permanenza!

Anche pensandoci attentamente, non abbiamo riscontrato aspetti negativi. La tariffa era parecchio alta, ma compatibile con il periodo prenotato.

Gute Lage, super nettes Personal, perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - die Innenstadt ist hervorragend zu Fuß zu erreichen binnen 5-6 Minuten. Das Museo di San Marco ist direkt vor der Tür. Sehr angenehme und nette Straße! Das Frühstück hat absolut meine Erwartungen übertroffen, das System (Frühstück sollte am Vortag per App bestellt werden) hat super funktioniert, die Gerichte waren liebevoll zubereitet, sehr lecker und waren immer pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit fertig! Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend! Ich denke die Badezimmer sind vor kurzem erneuert worden - alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich für noch eine kleine Lampe für den Nachttisch empfehlen - vielleicht hat es nur in meinem Zimmer aus Versehen gefehlt.

Very clean, quiet and nice B&B in Firenze. Walking distance from Duomo and other landmarks. The hosts were so kind and helpful in every way we needed. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return to stay for next visit.

Wonderful stay!

The staff was amazing…..so accommodating and welcoming! We loved being able to walk to the city center and the balcony off the room. Staff made great coffees as well (see attached photo.)

Good for stopover

Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. The room is morden and large.

The room was dirty, as was the bed linen. Breakfast is served in the room and you should order in advance - I found it uncomfortable and not very tasty for that price. It is better to book a room without breakfast and go to a nearby cafe. Very nosy from the street.
