Molto carino

Il “nostro” appartamento era davvero molto spazioso, dotato dei principali confort. Il responsabile e il suo collaboratore sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili, dandoci ogni indicazione necessaria sia per raggiungere la struttura, sia sull’appartamento stesso, che su qualche buon posto dove pranzare e cenare. Ottima la posizione, appena fuori dalla zona ZTL, ci ha permesso di raggiungere a piedi ogni zona di Firenze.

Está muy bien ubicado. Es amplio , luminoso, limpio. Las camas son cómodas. Heladera con frezzer. Cuando tuvimos alguna dificultad fuimos muy bien atendidos por Alex

La falta de elementos de cortesía,que ayudan a la estadía y que no insumen gasto importante como ser : algún saquito para infusiones, cápsulas de café, paño y esponja de cocina nuevos, detergente, rollo de cocina . En fin , detalles, lo importante funcionó bien

Location of the property to the centre of Florence. The cafes and restaurants in and around the property were really fantastic!

The lighting in the property and particular under the units in the kitchen. Lamps near or around the living room to enhance the ambiance of the property 👍

We truly enjoyed our stay at Borgo Guelfo II. The facility was perfect! Definitely would recommend.

Breakfast was not included. However, our location was very good so we had an option of eating at one of the nearby café or restaurant which worked out for us just fine. Location was definitely ideal because food was easily accessible. And if we wanted to pick up snacks, there were grocery stores nearby! Also, it should be noted, that we felt very safe wherever we went. Plus, the security to get into our facility was "next level", the property was very well maintained and the courtyard was simply fabulous with all the plants. It felt and looked like an "oasis!"

The air conditioner in the kitchen/living room area could have been a little cooler. It seemed to be set at a certain temperature and never reached our ideal temperature. However, in order to offset this issue, we opened the balcony doors in the morning and was able to cool down the place immediately. Otherwise, everything was just perfect for our needs.

could have been better equipped for instance no kitchen towels, no salt, no sugar … this is minimal basic stuff that could be provide at no effort and very little cost one of the room had a mold patch on the wall which should really not happen

Luxurious apartment in the middle of Firenze

Host was super helpful - we arrived late but the host (Alex) was waiting for us to handover the keys and explained some stuff related to the property. The location of the apartment itself is amazing, right at the center of Firenze (5-10 mins of walking distance to Basilica Santa Maria), with plenty of resto/bar/stores all within 5 mins walking.

Although private parking is available inside the property, but we need to pay extra for this, and it's quite pricey. It would be a bit difficult to reach the place without car I guess (needs verification, since we did not use public transport).

The location was great

Did not seem like it had been cleaned. The cutlery was dirty, old empty coke bottle under the sink. There was a hole in the bathroom wall patched over with paper not what I expected for the price but as I said the location was great.

kitchen utensils could be better. parking was not good. we though we could park there. but we couldn't. we paid 100 euros elsewhere for 3 days parking which I consider to be expensive

Only the drain of the sink in the bathroom clogged. I propose to have a mop in the bathroom in order to dry up its floor. 🙂

Very good

Great location and in the very center, yet in a very quiet backyard and with nice parking space. Apartment very nice and modern, clean and comfy.

We've had an issue with an airco in the bedroom, although the one in the living room worked fine. Even though the host (Kevin) was very responsive and tried to resolve it, the problem remained. To be fair, after first night Kevin offered us to move into the apartment next door, but since we have only stayed here for 2 nights, it didn't make sense for us to pack and move.

Nice stay in Florence

Location was perfect. The apartment was big and nice for 3 people. Kevin was helpful and easy to communicate with.

There were many mosquitos which bothered us especially at night. Beds were not very comfortable.

A good surprise in the center of Florence

Friendly welcome. Really calm within the center of Florence. A dedicated parking place. Even a washing machine for clothes at your disposal. 10 minutes max to reach Il Duomo...unbelievable!

This attention point is linked to Booking : we thought the apartment was for 5 people, it was only for 4. Except this point, which is more an issue of booking information, I keep a good rating
