The property had loads of character, the rooms were all as described and it was well stocked (bathrooms, toys, games/puzzles, kitchen etc) Was perfect for a family weekend getaway for 8 of us. Location was quiet, but we weren’t after a busy town/village on this occasion. Only downside was a slight smell of sewerage or possibly rodent urine in the upstairs bathroom that may be needs looking into. But overall a great stay and everyone enjoyed the property, thank you.

Lovely cottage
Really lovely and well equipped cottage. Very charming. Only snall thing was that the smell of sewage was around for the two nights we were there. Perhaps the property hadnt been let in a while and the system just needed to be flushed through.

Car parking space at the rear of the property was a bit tight for two cars. Some of the pots & pans could do with a refresh. The grill oven needed a good clean; however the main oven/range was impressive. There was a very good shower in the bathroom. Overall, the accommodation was clean and spacious, and the Welcome pack was appreciated.
