Very bad experience

The room was infested with cockroaches. As soon as I opened the door and saw them we walked out of the room. I advised the lady in the front desk and she offered another room, we could not stay in these conditions, it is not acceptable. I asked her to cancel my reservation and she said she did and that I needed to contact booking about the refund. I tried canceling in the app but it didn't give me the option. I contacted Carlos with booking who said he emailed the property because the reservation was not cancelled at the hotel and they needed to cancel it. Later, I talked to the property who said they had no email and they could not do anything about it. They asked me to contact booking to check the cancelation policy. I understand the policy, but it is inconveniente that the room was in an unacceptable condition, to which I could not stay in. The hotel is responsible to provide what they advertise. I wasted my time getting my family and my luggage in a place where we are supposed to be comfortable and it turned out to be in a bad shape. I would really appreciate if you guys could help resolve this situation. Thank you!

Excelente relacion costo beneficio

Pedimos cambio de habitacion al segundo piso y problema resuelto. Nos ayudaron, y ya alli todo estuvo muy bien. Los desayunos son muy buenos y abundantes, y el personal es muy amable. La ubicacion es excelente, queda a 5 minutos de la mayoria de parques y se puede caminar hasta la quinta avenida.

Las habitaciones del primer piso huelen mucho a humedad, pero es algo que al final entendimos debido a que las ventanas no abren por ser anticiclon.

Descanso asegurado.

Desayuno completo, buena atención del personal y pronta resolución a detalles durante la estancia. Habitación amplia y bien equipada. Alberca grande y con camastros cómodos.

Que el restaurante no tuviera opciones de alimentos por la tarde/noche.

Muy lindo hotel

Todo muy bien, personal amable, ubicación muy buena y cómoda. El hotel y la habitación también fueron confortables. El desayuno estaba bueno.

Lo único que senti la falta fue de un mini freezer.

Needs lots of maintenance, No worth the price

location close to xcaret , very good bed and pillows. good AC swimming pool seems ok - parking

First I was giving room 205 which was in terrible condition, loose electric sockets, dirt, stains in bed. After spoken to receptionist a new room was given 333, much better but still very run down hotel, specially the bathroom needs attention, quite expensive for the very bad condition this hotel is, breakfast very poor too.

Ubicación inmejorable.

La ubicación es excelente. Llegas en 7 minutos caminando al inicio de la quinta avenida, donde está el shopping y a la escultura de los fundadores.

Vacaciones relajantes

Una buena ubicación, cerca de todo sin el ruido de la ciudad. La comida estaba muy rica La habitación bastante espaciosa, la ducha con buena presión El personal muy amable en todo momento

1. La estética del hotel, necesita reparación en ciertas zonas, y por ejemplo había una lampara con herrumbre en la habitación 2. El orden en el desayuno, creemos que les falta personal, no hay nadie que te ubique en una mesa y cuando está lleno te quedas con la comida en la mano y de pie esperando lugar, los chicos del restaurante intentan ser rápidos pero si está lleno no dan abasto, en varias ocasiones no teníamos cubiertos para comer, lo cual se solucionaría si tuvieran una persona encargada de regular cuando ingresar al salón.

OK, but a bit disappointing to be honest.

Wifi worked. Beds were quite good. Quiet. Walkable distance to the beach and the nearest supermarket.

Breakfast was disappointing. The whole hotel had a moldy smell. The swimming pool wasn't clean, and we didn't dare to use it. The next day it was closed...

Buen hotel, pero está descuidado. La falta de personal agrava todo.

La ubicación es muy buena. Xcaret queda a menos de 15 minutos.

El desayuno, siempre se acababan los cubiertos y tocaba esperar, el pankake duro, no variaban la comida, la falta de personal, el olor del elevador, mi habitación no tenía caja fuerte…

Buen trato y desayuno.

La habitación, tenía afuera un transformador de luz, con un zumbido muy fuerte. Prácticamente no dormí, no me cambiaron la habitación por que estaba lleno el hotel.

Nos pareció buena relación coste-beneficio pasamos una linda estadía

La habitación era un departamento tendría más de 50 m2 gigante tenía frigobar y caja de seguridad buena cama y aire acondicionado

Que no está como en las fotos toda la pintura del Hotel está como mancha de humedad color gris, muy lejos de ser las fotos que muestran. Solo ofrecen desayuno no hay opción a nada más.

Good hotel for the price

The hotel is dated but clean and the location is good as is only 15 minutes from the beach and shopping centre. The breakfast has very limited choices but it is way better than any breakfast in a hotel in Europe! So, the breakfast is fine, more than enough. The room was spacious but the safe didn't work.

It is just dated, it feels like being in a hospital.
