todo me gusto, esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la quinta avenida y las instalaciones muy limpias y confortables, esta cerca de la terminal del ADO, el personal muy atento siempre.

Perfect, if you want a quiet place to stay

Spacious room, nice couch, new air condition, comfortable beds, great pool and garden, super friendly and helpful reception desk stuff. You should know, the beach is about 5-10 minutes walking away.

Bit less equipment in the kitchen.

The hotel is perfect if you are in transition between different locations. I wouldn’t stay there long term, but it was perfect for one night.

Enjoyed our stay

We have stayed here 2 times before and would return again. Large apartment, great air conditioner in bedroom, full size fridge, inviting pool, 5th avenue is well within walking distance, close to Wal-Mart for groceries. Kitchen supplies are minimal but adequate. Had parking for our bikes, offers luggage storage. Some receptionists are friendlier than others.

Bring your own tea towels, dish clothes, face cloths as they are not provided. We asked for a toaster but the hotel doesn't supply them. Next to to a very noisy recycling depot with large, noisy trucks coming all day-crashing and banging as they unload. It starts early in the morning. At night, large buses unloading tourists for night clubs park right next door to the hotel and often keep their motors running until they leave. Sargassum weeds makes beaches impossible to use and unpleasant to walk along. The hotel has a pool and we enjoyed the pool rather than the beach.

Close to ADO bus stop, so it's easy to go back to Cancun/other locations.

Great location near the Ado Bus stop, just 1 min walk around the corner.

Bathoom shower screen, not enough to stop the shower water, the floor in front of toilet get super wet. No proper window. Booking.com with their hidden fees, better double check final price before booking for no surprises.

Great Location!

Excellent location next to the ADO bus terminal. Good for travelling through.

Soundproofing between the rooms was poor- we kept thinking that the people next door were in our room!

Just stayed one night to catch bus in the morning. Directly across from bus station. Easy, friendly check in. Room was facing the bus station, but no noise. very clean room.

room are very big but with very minimal furniture inside. almost all the windows face the bus station so opening the windows isn't really an option.

Good location and understanding staff

All good. Staff very understanding. Close to bus station (opposite hotel). Hipermarket around 2 minutes walk, beach around 10 minutes walk, 5th Avenues around 8 minutes walk, laundry 2 minutes walk away.

Great value for the price.

Great location, close to the city center. The room was very large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was complete, clean, large and confortable. The hotel facilities were very good, very clean.

Only one key for a 4 people room. The ADO station is just crossing the street and you may hear some noise at night.

Great Value! Loved our stay.

Clean, fresh, well kept, great pool area, good locatìon, great bed, terrific house keeping, drinking water in lobby, lots of hot water in shower, terrific air conditioner in the bedroom. Although I had read in other reviews that the noise from the recycling centre and bus station was bothersome, we did not find this an issue. We were up and about by the time the recycling centre opened and the bus depot announcements could hardly be heard. The housekeepers work hard.

The pool was not located right outside the apartment door as shown by the picture on booking.com. Our apartment was located on the 3rd floor. ( The interior of the apartment was exactly as shown on the website.) Kitchenette was adequate for simple meals but did not have a toaster. Remember to bring your own washcloths.

We have enjoyed the standard apartment with the amenities. The staff are friendly and excellent. The location is good, close to the grocery store and very central, beach, 5th Ave.

The cost of the rental has increased significantly over the past couple of months, with high season and desired location.

Not the best value for money. We have had a lot better in many other countries.

Th room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The receptionist who checked us in was sullen and uncommunicative. We couldn't even get glasses or plastic cups even to put water in to brush our teeth. He showed u s the water cooler in the lobby...but no cups!!

Didn't get the apartment we booked.

Good location. Close to Walmart and Mega store for grocery shopping. Across the street from secondary ADO bus station. Clean rooms, clean and tidy hotel. Fresh, modern looking. Good bed. Plenty of hot water. Nice apartment with modern furniture. Great air conditioner. Lots of storage. Reasonably priced. Lovely pool area.

The picture of the apartment we booked showed that the apartment was on the ground floor, with the pool being right outside the sliding glass doors. That is not the room we got. We were assigned an apartment on the second floor. When I questioned the booking, the receptionist didn't seem surprised and I could tell that this must happen regularly. The photo for the apartments location is misleading. Also, the pool is located in the center of the hotel and all the rooms surround the pool area. The pool was usually occupied by children who, unfortunately, were so loud that the noise coming from the pool area was hugely disturbing, even with our windows closed.

We liked our apartment,it was on the first floor.It was enaugh spacious for us two, for one month stay. They were cleaning room every day. Swiming pool,and garden was ok. Also it had perfect position.Wallmart and other megastores was only 5 -7minutes walk,same as restaurants and bars around.

Nice Hotel centrally located in Playa Del Carmen.

The standard apartment is a great size, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Ground floor access. The staff was excellent and provided excellent service. Location is central.

The bathroom is smaller than the other rooms upstairs and the safe is a bit small and awkward access.
