Very large and comfortable hotel close to the city centre with easy in site parking.A short walk to the large shopping mall Comfortable and large rooms so worth paying a little extra. Very nice breakfast with a good choice. Helpful staff Many restaurants nearby. Will stay again

Immer gerne wieder

Wie immer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir geniessen das Ambiente dieses erwürdigen Hotels.

Leider ist die Bar an in der Lobby mit Personal ausgestattet das nicht so gerne Arbeitet. Obwohl wir für über 4000.- Baht Getränke konsumiert haben, wurden uns keine Nüsse oder so Serviert, mit der Auskunft, die seien ausgegangen. Wir mussten dann selber welche kaufen gehen, im Nahen 7/11. das ist eines Hotels dieser Art nicht würdig! Dass nächste Mal werden wir wohl in einer der Bars rund ums Hotel unsere Schlummertrunk einnehmen.

A very nice hotel, great staff and the usual PULLMAN experience. Perfect place to stay and near shopping malls. Room was perfect, comfy beds....best we have had in Bangkok! lots of eateries nearby.

Weekend city break

The breakfast was fantastic! Loved the variety. The lobby of the hotel is really stunning. We were lucky to get a free upgrade on our room, so we stayed in a deluxe King. The size of the room was really big which was great with a toddler in tow. The TV connected to our chromecast so that was a bonus. Good location, lots of nice little restaurants nearby and the mall was a short car drive away.

The room was not very clean - dusty surfaces, a moth and someone else's hair in the shower drain. The decor is very outdated. The food at the pavilion restaurant was nice but the portions were tiny so it didn't feel value for money and we ended up getting a pizza from outside the hotel.

Meine Frau (Thai) wurde beim ersten Eintreffen wie Personal behandelt... (vermutlich auch verwechselt) und nicht als Gast erkannt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu klagen!

Great comfort, great service.

Room was large and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, like something out of a classic Hollywood movie.

The exterior could use a minor freshening, but it was still lovely.

Very elegant. Staff and service was top notch. WiFi was good for a hotel. Location was excellent. For romantically inclined single men there were a few nice bars nearby with friendly girls. Breakfast was fabulous.

Swimming pool was under renovation. Because this was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel I was extremely disappointed. A bit pricey for Khon Kaen.

It's Pullman!

It is Pullman! This was not my first time here since Sofitel Raja Orchid. The room was big. Strong wifi. Friendly staff. Many facilities. Plus, you got some discount for food and drinks at the hotel as a stayed customer

The swimming pool was closed during our stay.

Superb

The room was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

It was a gorgeous hotel, but in general need a bit of a makeover. I was very impressed with the room, however, the carpets throughout the hotel needed to be replaced. Especially the carpet in the bar area. It was pretty much horrible. Lots of ugly stains and looked bad. Looks like it had not been cleaned in forever, and really, needed to be replaced. That was a bit of a disappointment. The pool area was not very good. Once again, needed a makeover. There appeared to be inadequate seating and those loungers that were available were pretty much in disarray. And had no tables for the chairs. But we really enjoyed staying there and will come back.
