Location
No shower/ water in mornjng . Room large but bare . Outside not cared for
4.2
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Nothing!!
4.2
The facilities, grounds and rooms were excellent. I travelled with my 5 year old son and we were made to feel welcome and fully at home. The pools were fantastic, and perfect for a few days in half term.

Dinner
Reception staff give directions too quickly; they say it many times per day, guest hears them for first time. On 2 occasions I had to ask for repeat.
No hangers in wardrobe, radio didn’t work.
Didn’t expect toiletries screwed to the wall with one very small bar of soap.
4.2
Facilities were exceptional. Very good breakfast and all meal options / beverages were of high quality
4.2
Almost everything! The mesmerizing property, staff friendliness, good food and lots of activity options for both kids and adults. The swimming pools were warm and cosy and there were enough options to keep everyone in the family interested and entertained. Highly recommended - one of the best places to stay and unwind in the UK for sure!
The in-room service menu is quite limited, with the food not being good enough - both quality and quantity wise - as compared to food served elsewhere within the resort.

This was an awful stay. Rude staff didn’t allow me to use the pool after I checked out. One day it was fine and then another one they said there are too many people. I was alone so I won’t take much space anyway. I spent 1000 pounds on 2 nights and that’s the treatment I get ? Awful.
Overpriced food, tastes bad, no WiFi!
They only care about money so as soon as you pay they don’t care about you.
The hotel manager was walking behind me all my stay asking to settle some small bill. I was treated as a thief.
Really awful weekend. The place looks nice on the outside but awful on the inside!
Don’t stay there!
Provide a level of service that’s expected of you!!

It was the ideal long weekend! The spa was so quite and peaceful, the bed was so comfortable and the food tasted amazing. We will definitely be going back soon!
One member of staff in the spa building wasn't as welcoming or friendly as the others, which felt slightly off putting. The water pressure in the shower in our room was also slightly lower than we expected but still usable.
4.2
the rooms and facilities
a few missing items from the room ,milk cafeteria to make coffee in but were soon sorted

A superb hotel , so beautiful but also child friendly

Excellent room, very spacious. Great choice for breakfast and very delicious with excellent customer service.

breakfast and room facilities
stairs before elevator

Thought bathroom could do with updating
4.2
heath club: pools very good, grounds are lovely to walk around.
breakfast experience was average in offering and quality. did not live up to venue. would compare to a Premier Inn quality.
4.2
The room was spacious and the facilities would have been good if available to use
We went to this hotel purposefully for my little girl, who is 20months. It said “best for families”. But the soft play had a party on so wasn’t available and then the pool was closed because a child had done a poo in it! So we couldn’t use anything! When I complained the staff dealt with it terribly! The house keeping team were appalling!

We loved everything at Foxhills and will be back. To the location, the staff, the room, the facilities - the staff at every touch point from reception, foyer,, dinning room, and the spa and wellness team were incredible and could not do enough to go out of their way to please us. Everything was perfect. My husband and I had such a great weekend. The dining food was beautiful and the wine menu pairing was well thought out and delicious. The spa facilities were so clean and we enjoyed speaking to the regular club regulars, who were so welcoming too. The clay courts were such a joy to play on!
Genuinely couldn't fault the place. If you pushed us to find a fault was there was no cafertier in the room, but we just flagged it and it was bought to us within minutes. So can't really complain.

The staff and service is impeccable. Always smiling & efficient.
This was our second stay at Foxhills. The first time the facilities were amazing although this year everything just seemed abit dated. When arriving to our room there was only one bathrobe. the light fixture in the wardrobe was hanging out and made a noise when opening the door.
last year we stayed in a different room so I understand some rooms are different to others.

room, breakfast, stuff and my child have a great fun
4.2
range of things to do and the friendliness of the staff
the food from Flo’s was not value for money

1) Helpful evening receptionist helped with the ramp to enter the main building. Showed us to the disabled bathroom when other staff members said there was no accessible bathroom and kept showing us the female toilets. Until the receptionist stepped in.
2) Large room to stay in wheelchair, cannot fault - just the downside of distance to reach via cobbled paving and step to gain entrance / poorly lit outside
1) Cobbled paths / route to rooms, not wheelchair friendly
2) Poorly lit areas to see properly, way too dark outside, needs much better lighting
3) Step outside to get into the accessible room - not good - RM 29
4) Having accessible room too far from reception / food areas
5) Could only eat at Nineteen due to accessibility, helpful staff but far too few food choices, food was nothing special.
6) Main building disabled toilet - toilet seat broken/slid side to side, flush not working, not clean. Should be clearly signposted where it is, only one staff member knew where it was.

Lovely facilities. So much choice of things to do. No need to leave the site. Excellent Pilates instructor and hatha yoga just the best! Spa the best I have been to.

Very clean & comfortable, breakfast was very nice
4.2
lovely grounds, helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, sauna, steam and few pools , fab,
During the summer months rooms can get a bit hot and has no AC however fan is provided, a light sheet on top of the bed would also help summer weather. no still water in mini bar had to go out and grab some. other then that I had a lovely stay with my hubby for our anniversary and will be coming back with the kids !
4.2
Facilities were great. Lots of activities for the kids.
Everything closed at 9pm.no evening entertainment so everyone was left to own devices.
The rooms were very hot and stuffy. No AC and given one fan which didn't make any difference. Difficult to sleep which isn't a great.
