I didn't like anything...I LOVED EVERYTHING!!!! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they were so helpful too, a credit to your company! The dog friendly aspect throughout the hotel was excellent. The thermal spa was just out of this world! I felt so relaxed when I headed back to the room. We ate off the barasserie menu and it was absolutely delicious, best lamb I've had in a long time! We also sampled some gorgeous cocktails.
Not being able to leave our dogs alone in the room was my only gripe. I understand the reasoning behind it but if we hadnt had the option of popping them back in the motorhome, we'd have to have used the thermal spa separately which would've been rubbish.

Good shower, clean room. Nice bar. Ample parking behind a security barrier
The room was very warm and the only way to cool it was with windows which opened fully on the ground floor and were a little concerning

Hydrotherapy pool was the best ...room was lovely
Breakfast £19.50(!) Extra so didn't bother. Jacuzzi and sauna not working in spa..told me they were waiting for it to be rewired......how long they'd been waiting I don't know.

Quite, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa facilities
Swimming pool , jacuzzi area wasn’t working, water was cold. And we choose that hotel specifically for swimming pool and jacuzzi, hot tub and Turkish bath. No one worn us that there is a fault and need to be fixing. It was like wasting money.

We liked the bed and the breakfast
We were left disappointed as the spa temperature wasn't working properly. We only booked this hotel for the spa. We have been given a pass to go back and use it but doubt we will get chance now.
The restaurant is also way over priced .
Bedroom had water stains on ceiling and light fittings not in the ceiling properly.

Breakfast.. the man in the check grey suit made us feel welcome.. closed the curtains as sun was in our eyes .. also my omelette was delicious
We arrived at night.. .. we couldn't see the sign to turn into the hotel..couldn't get in through the barrier - I had to ring reception ..my phone was on 1%.. she gave me a code to gain entry to lift barrier.. receptionist had our key card and info in an envelope ready for us.. she asked what time we would like breakfast.. advised not sure.. she said ring before 8 tonight to confirm..we forgot.
we went into the town for a meal..
No heating in the morning- rang reception he said that it would take half an hour to reset something..water was too cold for a bath.. the lid to the kettle would not stay down.. had to rest a white cup on the lid. I tried to ring reception to book breakfast.. the phone not working.. We stayed in room 213 and paid £300 for 1 night with breakfast

spa facilities were lovely and staff at spa were very nice. room was lovely also. quiet location. nice touch of happy birthday slate with some chocolate brownie.
service in dinner and breakfast not overly warm or attentive and available meals were less than expected. breakfast was ordinary. we were in our room 5 mins after checkout as we had to shower and pack after a morning spa session and got a call from reception. not used to being chased within 5 mins and we were out about 2 mins after that

Staff very good, facilities and meals were excellent, owners were very polite.
SPA and facilities were excellent
The bed was a bit lumpy, and slightly reserved menu especially when your staying for 2 weeks.
