Lovely accommodation.great pub meals

Plenty of car parking. Lovely retreat in the countryside. Food good. Room good and comfortable. Friendly staff.
It's a popular restaurant pub and meals can take over a hour from time of ordering, no problem unless you're in a hurry. Shower adequate but could do with an update other than that nothing

Lovely country pub/hotel. A nice quiet stay, comfortable and clean. Food very good and staff couldn't do enough.

Decor was a bit dated and furniture a bit miss matched

great location and accommodation good, but room looking slightly tired but overall good.
The food service was a little slow , but staff very pleasant.

Some fruit and yougurt would have been good, otherwise fine.
Maybe not chips and salad with every main meal, a little more veg and a choice of potatoes being cooked differently, however I realise you are not a hotel, so choice limited.

Lovely olde world atmosphere...but warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and light bright bathroom, spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. We also had dinner there with our son for his birthday. Again a good menu, plenty of choice for vegetarians and great service. All in a lovely rural setting and lots of parking space.
Stuffy bedroom despite turning off the rads and opening windows. The furniture is big and dark, lighting in the room is all lamps and quite dim...could benefit from a central light.

Every thing about the saff.
The steaks, could do with a good butcher.
All the other maels where great.

Very nice establishment. Excellent room on ground floor. Breakfast was very nicely cooked. Clean and tidy. Nice bathroom.
Booking in is difficult for the disabled in that one cannot park near to reception and the distance from the carpark is long.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and welcoming. Meals were very nice and good size portions. Evening meals could of had more mash and vegetable choices rather than all chips but still very tasty. Room was comfortable and clean.
