Comfortable, relatively close to city centre. Nice 4ange of options for breakfast
Breakfast good range of options but hot food was luke warm and rubbery.
4.1
Good but a bit short of food due to being very busy
Tea and coffee need to be more available as no hot water at one point
4.1
Clean, safe and quiet location.
Away from the centre of the city and a bit pricy for what you got.
4.1
It was convenient for the city centre
Surrounded by a big building site so a bit noisy from 8am
4.1
The room was fine. It was warm outside and room got warm overnight.
Not a great location and construction all around. Wish they had given a heads up before arriving to know our driver could not drop us with our luggage at the front door.

It was ok. Didn’t think it was worth the cost
It was beside a building site who started work at 5 am. The view from the window was non existent . It was quite far to walk from the train station

Hotel was a delightful surprise. We arrived cold and wet & reception staff were so welcoming. Easy walking distance from city centre and the river. Rooms were clean & warm and breakfast was a 'feast'.
nothing really

Estaba bien ubicado, se podía caminar a casi todos los atractivos turísticos. El personal era muy amable y hablaban español, además, el desayuno era muy completo y bueno bueno!
Nos gustó todo

Budget hotel with everything you need, great value, clean and short walk over to Sauchiehall St, Bath street etc. parking was convenient and at £8 for the entire day have plenty of wiggle room the next day for some shopping.
Can’t complain, it was great value

Goed hotel, ruime kamer, douche was prima, tv aanwezig, makkelijk te vinden. Centrum goed bereikbaar, ben lopend die kant op gegaan (10 a 15 minuten). Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid! Kon er wel een 6 gangen ontbijt van maken.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour before check in and they went out of there way to allow us to check in and use the room. The breakfast was amazing and there was lots of choice.

LOCATION WAS IDEAL, WE COULD WALK TO THE CITY CENTRE WITH NO TROUBLE.
ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, BED LARGE AND COMFY,
THERE WAS LITTLE ROOM TO HANG UP CLOTHES, AND NO SHELVES OR DRAWERS.
THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE IN MOST HOTELS WE HAVE VISITED.

I liked the shower stall, nicely designed. The charging outlet cube on the desk was quite useful. Nice, complimentary snacks in the room. Quiet. We left before the breakfast hour, but the night clerk was very helpful in making sure that we had an ample breakfast to take with us on our early departure.
The pillows were way too firm Ended up with neck pain for a day. Need to offer a softer pillow. The air-flow system does not cool a hot room for hours. Went to bed in a sweat. No in-room control is possible. Supposedly, one is invited to contact the desk, but it was not clear if they would be able to do anything.
