Large, beautifully decorated apartments on a quiet street. The bed is comfortable. Nice compliments. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant nearby. There is a 20% discount on lunch and bar in the same restaurant.
There was not enough light in the bathroom

Room was cool and relaxing, impressive considering the location.
Breakfast is served next door but is still quite costly, £4.50 for a glass of orange juice seemed a tad excessive when you’ve spent £500 for a two night stay.
Bath was a little chipped/marked in places

The room was very chic, clean, located in the heart of the city and had all necessary amenities. Great value at this hotel.

The hotel is a great location for seeing the city.
pleasant decor, helpful staff, lovely comfortable room with very good selection of toiletries.
On site restaurant very good, would definitely recommend the Kyloe steak restaurant
people with walking difficulties may struggle a bit as only first two floors accessible by the lift.

Very well situated at the end of Princes Street, our top floor large room had three windows offering a glimpse of the surrounding city views.
The comfy Super-King bed still left plenty of relaxing space and the en-suite was spacious too.
Complimentary cocktail voucher each was a nice touch.
The fire alarms rang out to waken us sometime after midnight. Turned out to be a false alarm but we had to wait until the Fire Service confirmed this before returning to our rooms.
Next morning we had a complimentary breakfast to make up for the disruption - a good example of excellent service.

Great location with short walking distance from hop on hop off stop, airlink bus stop to airport is a few steps away. Close to bank, mcdonald, starbucks, Jollibee, other restaurants, souvenir shops, groceries to buy your necessity. Walking distance to Edinburg waverly train station. Hotel has a door that will take you to a restaurant with Great food and service. The restaurant gave us 20% off on our bill since we were staying at the hotel. The staff at the reception was helpful and friendly
Elevator will only take you to second floor. If you are staying in rooms 8-12, you have a few stair steps to get to with your luggage but we didn't mind the extra steps. The staff will offer to help with the luggage. Will definitely stay here again

we stayed for my partners 30th birthday, I asked the hotel to arrange some balloons for me which they did - this looked lovely! they also gave us a happy bday slab and a free room upgrade to an apartment which was great.
extremely uncomfortable bed meant we did not sleep properly the whole time we were there, windows are not double glazed so very noisy outside with road works starting at 7am which added to the noise! the door to the garden is not properly insulated and has an awful draft, we were staying whilst it was down to -5 so let in very cold air.
