Edimburgo è bellissima e suggestiva

Ottima posizione, personale gentile, professionale e disponibile.

La coazione è abbondante ma ordinaria nella qualità. Stanze pulite ma piccole e con mobilio ridotto al minimo (una sedia per due persone).

Buena ubicación, espacio reducido.

La ubicación es buena y el servicio del personal también.

Muchas escaleras y puertas, para llegar con el equipaje costo un poco. La habitación si bien tenía todo lo necesario, costaba abrir el equipaje porque el espacio era muy reducido.

Ubicación y habitación en general. Bien el desayuno incluyéndo pan sin gluten.

Falta de ascensor sin duda. Es algo que quizás debería haber sabido de haberme asignado habitación en piso 4.

В целом неплохой отель. Персонал старался учесть пожелания (я просила тихий номер)

Нет лифта, как и во многих отелях в старых зданиях. В комнате был какой-то странный запах.. Так поняла, что по концепции отеля изголовье у кровати во всех номерах расположены у окна. Итого при открытом окне вдвойне будет слышно улицу, тк она под ухом практически. Завтрак описывают как какой-то невероятный…ничего особенного и выдающегося, стандартный завтрак

El personal que trabaja en el hotel es espectacular, súper serviciales, muy buena onda. El desayuno está bien, hay un poco de todo.

Si vas con mucho equipaje tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor. La habitación es pequeña. El precio en el momento que fuimos(fines de mayo) era muy caro, no acorde a la realidad.

Collegamento al centro di Edimburgo davvero eccellente, sia a piedi che utilizzando i mezzi è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione del centro città. La stanza è esattamente quella delle foto, piccola ma con tutto a disposizione, come asciugacapelli, bollitore con diverse scelte di tisane, bagno con doccia. Il letto è molto grande e comodo.

Il lavello del bagno è molto piccolo e la stanza è poco insonorizzata, spesso si sentono rumori provenienti dall’esterno oppure dalla camera superiore.

Perfect for a short stay and night at the Theatre.

Perfect for myself and daughter going to a show at the Festival theatre. Great location, room ideal size and modern in furnishings. Breakfast great the following morning 👍

The room was ok, but there is a problem with the insulation for the windows. the room was kind of cold because the exgternal bad weather. There is no a black out system on the window.

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge i gamla stan.

Personalen och servicen var fantastisk. Fräscht stort rum med ett stort badrum. God frukost med ett stort utbud.

Un ottimo e confortevole soggiorno. Lo consiglio.

Struttura vicinissima al centro, comoda per visitare Edimburgo senza macchina e senza mezzi. Camera piccola con minimo indispensabile ma pulite, pulizia eseguita giornalmente molto accurata. Colazione ottima.

Great option for a short stay

Great location and tasty breakfast with many options. Close to main attractions. They stored are luggage for 2 days which was really helpful.

Great staff, not so great sleeping experience.

Breakfast excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. When we needed to store our bags after check out for a few hours, they were very accommodating.

The room was very stuffy with no fresh air, such that it was far too warm with no option to cool down other than to open the window. When we did so, there was a loud fan/machine from the building directly next to the hotel which was so loud it stopped us sleeping properly (even after we'd closed the window again).

Weekend break with a friend.

Location was good.

Walls were paper thin - could hear people in rooms either side. Position of bed was awkward. Having to shimmy to the bottom of the bed wasn't the best! Windows could do with updating. Could hear everything outside in the street. Staff seemed really stressed - not a good look for any customer.

Good location but could be quieter

Good central location, nice and modern rooms and helpful staff.

There is not much traffic in the street but the windows feel like no windows at all even in the third floor the cars are noisewise literally driving through the bed.

Noisy but in the center of Edinburgh with good breakfast

The breakfast is very good, with lot of choice (they have the full scottish breakfast) and nice toasts. The location is very convenient within the old town of Edinburgh, within walking distance to all main attractions.

The room is quite noisy, mainly due to a non-so-well-insulating window. The hotel is near a supermarket warehouse, where the ventilation systems can be heard all night. My room also had problem with internal ventilation in the toilet, that turned on at 7.am almost like an alarm.

the location and the breakfast were amazing. The personell was very helpful and one day that we shoul leave before breakfast time, the prepared us a breakfast box for take away.

The bathroom was not operatinh appropriately and the toom was not cleaned every day.

Nice, modern room in the city center

Breakfast was very good (traditional English style plus some Haggis - famous Scottish dish), room was very clean. The distance to The Royal Mile was approx. 10 minutes. The area around the hotel seemed to be safe and quiet.

There is no lift in the building, so if you are on the 4th floor, then get ready to climb up stairs with your suitcases or after the night in a pub. Also our toilet didn't have a toilet brush, which was surprising...

The room was spacious and clean, the location is very central and close to the main tourist attractions. Staff was friendly and polite during check in and check out.

There is limited selection for breakfast and the crew serving the breakfast was very slow in one of the days with a 20 minute wait. They also ran out of some basics (like orange juice), but overall were friendly and the food was great quality. If you are in a rush though I recommend getting to the restaurant early

Lovely stay at KM

Very modern and clean hotel, super central (we went to a show at the Capital Theatre), lovely staff, comfortable bed, good sized room. Very nice breakfast

Huge fans from what seems to be the back of a shop opposite the hotel made noise all night but after a while you kind of get used to it, not ideal though but out of the hotel's control I guess
