Comfortable stay

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nothing special but suitable for our needs. There are umbrellas in the foyer which you can help yourself to (and were much needed). Conveniently placed for easy access to the city and tourist attractions.

Unfortunately, there was a persistent alarm from a nearby substation throughout our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and very comfortable.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room for free which has never happened to us before so was a nice surprise and the room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The spa was nice too, we used this in the morning and were the only ones there.

No smart tv so couldn't listen to music. Just should've brought a speaker and it would've been fine. The lift was also a bit of a pain as the right one didn't go to the 8th floor which we were on so was a lot of waiting about.

Lovely time , with amazing staff and a friendly atmosphere

The friendless and politeness of the staff!! Nothing was an issue.

Some form of discount for maybe earlier booking of breakfast but other than that nothing

Location, facilities.

Restaurant service slow and poor except Andrew. Limited choice for evening meal, very slow service, poor value. Breakfast first day not warm enough, better second, poor value.

It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it for families

-The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, and the family room was incredibly comfortable. -The prompt room service and welcoming staff truly enhanced my experience. -The hotel provided a 5-star service, and the breakfast options were excellent. -The location was just perfect near to the train station and the shopping center

There was no connecting rooms.

Superb

Excellent location! Bus stops and train station were a two minute walk away, and all the major things you’d want to see as a tourist were a max of 20 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and amazing facilities. Loved the pool and private soaking tub in my room!

The only issue I had was with my room key cards - I had to get new ones several times during my stay because they’d just randomly stop working

Superior twin room was very comfortable.

Very comfortable accommodations. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to help. Best tub and shower of the 34 days we spent in the UK. Also, had washcloths. Had several meals in the Restaurant and we were very pleased with the food. Hop on hop off buses stopped directly in front of hotel.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful

Staff were so friendly, hours after checking out when we went back for our luggage that they had offered to hold for us until we needed to leave for the airport they still let us know they were still there for us if we needed anything else in that time.

Nothing to fault other than our room not having a great view as we were below ground level but this didn’t bother us as we were only there for one night.
