Overpriced for the service we got.

Clean and spacious room. Great location. Online check in and check out is a great idea and allowed us to check in early.

Television was stuck on mute. We had booked breakfast in our room but staff forgot. We rang for it and when it arrived an hour late it was cold. We were asked to leave the residents bar at 12:10. Told the bar closes at 12 and for insurance reasons we couldn’t stay there. It was a Saturday night and last orders is supposed to be 12:30. Very disappointed as we paid nearly €300

How slow the food was coming out of the bistro was waiting an hour for food but we understand there was a wedding on but there was no communication to say the food would arrive soon

Der Lack ist ab. Für den Preis und 4 Sterne könnte man mehr erwarten.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal am Empfang war bemüht unsere Beschwerden zu berücksichtigen und hat eine Preisreduktion wegen der kalten Dusche in Aussicht gestellt (noch ist diese nicht eingegangen)..

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, kein Kühlschrank. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem gering und das warme Wasser war wiederholt schnell aufgebraucht. Die Entlüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos. Der Kaffee aus den an sich guten Franke Maschinen hat unerwartet furchtbar geschmeckt. Der Boden im Frühstücksbereich hat geklebt und die Toiletten beim Restaurant waren nicht sauber und etwas ramponiert. Der beworbene Pool ist ein sehr schmales Exemplar im dunklen Keller, das auf den Fotos gut in Szene gesetzt wurde, in der Realität aber wenig Lust darauf gemacht hat, seine Badesachen anzuziehen.

A casa de banho não tem condições, vê-se canalização solta, shampoo e creme banho de má qualidade, duche sem pressão de água e difícil para regular a temperatura. Pequeno almoço pobre, sem variedade.

The hotel was lovely and staff were extremely helpful.

The room that we were in was stunning and clean.

The hotel is a 20 minute drive from the city centre, so if you are wanting to go into the city a taxi would be required.

Fabulous be back again

Everything was just fantastic my two daughters had a great time lovely the pool. Food was great. Staff lovely to talk to. Great location bus right outside the door. We love this hotel.

Our stay was to short. Couldn't fault a thing

Family rooms

V clean, family friendly and good food.

Family rooms, although a fabulous size and lovely layout are located nearest to motorway. The noise level (unavoidable we know) was quite prevellent and made it hard to sleep with children. Just an observation if ever renovating it may be beneficial to move them to a quieter side of the the hotel.

They took an unauthorised payment from my credit card after I left the property and I had to make multiple calls to get it refunded Had also booked dinner package and waited nearly 2 hours and no space so had to pay extra in upstairs restaurant

Poor experience, dated hotel that’s not clean, and rooms not ready when they should have been.

Not much. Location was okay.

The entire experience was sub par. Given our late arrival, everything should have been ready. This wasn’t acceptable. Room was not ready when we checked in at 10pm. Staff were courteous but not very helpful. Was told room had an issue, and no other room available, so have to wait for it to be fixed. 15 minutes later, another room was given to us, with only a temporary single bed set up, no toiletries (only some towels), beds not fully done up. Our second room had hairs in the bath tub. We were given a 20% discount off both rooms for the inconvenience, but really this shouldn’t have happened. Had to ask for this rather than offered up front.

Fix your lift, sort of you EV chargers and manage them better to be more efficient for your customer

Room was comfortable, food was good, staff were friendly

Only one of the lifts was working, getting up to the 4th floor was not ideal. Only of EV charger worked, the other was out of order. Was out of order the last time I was there too, not good enough. There was a guest parked from 5.30pm until 7am, fully charged, hotel should manage them better like other hotels around the country.

everything was perfect, free pool, sauna and steam room. need swim hat or buy one for 3.50 euro . lovely pool

only thing - and this is being really picky - is the sink in the bathroom, whilst it looks nice it sprays back all over you . but it really didn’t ruin anything lol

Won't be back.

Easy access to car park

Location overlooking a noisy dual carriageway. Window that didn't close properly and made traffic nouse louder in the room from 5am! Aircon not working properly. Stains on carpets and in tge bathroom. Failure to book my taxi for an early morning medical procedure. Luckily I was able to get a passing taxi otherwise I may not have been in time for my procedure.

ordered food in bistro bar as 4 people food arrived for two first then about 30 mins later for other two and we had to ask where the soup was

Lovely weekend

Very comfortable, lovely staff and excellent food.

Army ball been hoisted at the hotel and the music from same very load until small hours of the night and then the noise of the people leaving the ball.

Food was good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Only one bed side light which didnt work. Tea/coffee making is in a closet with no light. Unable to adjust heating. Had to contact reception to do this .
