Wonderful 4 Night Stay in Cork

Loved that there was parking available on site. For those with electric vehicles, they have 2 EV charging stations. The staff was very friendly, and the lovely young lady from Germany was wonderful making sure we had all we needed for breakfast. The staff made sure we knew of all they had to offer, providing us with tea to enjoy in the evening. A special thank you to the chef who made sure our dietary needs were met. The baked tomatoes 🍅 were lovely. He definitely loves to make sure the guests are well fed. Also thanks 😊 to the young lady who did a wonderful job of handling a full room of tables at breakfast along with working the checkouts...you did amazing! We loved our 4 nights at your B&B!

Great hotel, well kept and comfortable

Check-in and check-out were easy, the hotel was nice, and the beds were comfy. Great spot for a last-minute overnight before a meeting. Bus from city center was really convenient.

The bathroom was a bit tight and the faucet had some quirks. The workspace was a very, very tiny corner desk, bordering on a shelf.

Really lovely spot in the centre of the city with fab outdoor space

The outdoor room and gardens are fantastic! It’s lovely to see the chickens and ducks (and birds too!). And the (very friendly) dog :)

Perfect place to stay in Cork !

Perfect stay in this beautiful guesthouse ! Staff very nice and helpful. I will come back next time I come for my work. Irish Breakfast is the best I never had !

Ein Hotel mit Liebe geführt

Die Lage ist Top! Die Familie, die das Hotel führt sind sehr herzliche und liebe Leute. So bekamen wir bspw.einen Schirm geschenkt, weil es am Tag der Abreise regnete. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, dass wir je gegessen haben. Man hat eine gute à la carte Auswahl und ein zusätzliches kleines Buffet. Der Bahnhof ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war etwas eng. Mehr gabs nicht zu meckern.

Very poor value for money. We paid for three doubles at terrace level. We were given 2 singles and a double on the sec

The food at breakfast was very good but the breakfast room was like a student hostel. Seating guests lacked organisation.

Location off a busy road with very very steep drive down ramp to car park. Poor parking facilities no space to turn. Our car was reversed into possibly by a delivery lorry? Not a safe place to park or access. Tiny bathrooms. No notification that the outside area was undergoing complete refurbishment nothing like the photographs on the web

Great location to explore Cork that provides everything we were looking for in accomodation

The breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful!

The walls of the room were a bit thin, we could hear voices from the other rooms but were mostly muffled

Decepcionada com o Hotel

Quarto limpo e confortável, banheiro bom, funcionária atenciosa.

Demoramos para encontrar o Hotel, pois o local é bem confuso e a identificação da entrada é precária. A falta de um elevador também é muito ruim. As escadas são íngremes e perigosas para pessoas idosas ou que possuam alguma dificuldade de locomoção. Fui obrigada a deixar a minha mala (tamanho medio) no térreo, pois não consegui subir as escadas.

Without noisy neighbours would have been better

Cosy atmosphere. Location a little bit on the hill was a plus as inviting to walk. Warm room (always appreciated).

A little bit too small, but the worst thing is that doors they slam a bit whilst closing if people are not kind enough to accompany them. My neighbouts in room 23 have been the most unpolite persons I could ever meet and they were even slamming the door intentionally after I let them know in a very polite way to be more careful when closing the door during day and night. Of course the hotel is not involved in that, it can happen anywhere, but installing automatic springs that regulate the closing of the doors would be an initiative to improve the guesthouse.

Advertised free parking but there was no parking available when we got there because of very limited spaces. Breakfast was pricy and it was a a bit of a walk to get to other restaurants.

Location -was a bit of a hike to get to available restaurants. No elevator and we had to bring very heavy suitcases up to the third floor. The room was pretty small (but typical for European city room).

The guest house was very pretty and very cozy. Valerie was very sweet, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful

It was not easily accessible. We had to go through an extremely narrow and winding busy road and couldn’t find the guesthouse. We walked into your neighbors house thinking it was your property because the sign was above her house not yours. The stay was great but it was hard to find.

Spacious and comfortable room, the same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast was also extensive and very tasty and the location is near to the city centre. Perfect location for exploring Cork and the surrounding area.
