La limpieza, la ubicación y el desayuno
El mecanismo de las duchas y no tener una toalla pequeña para cada huésped

Room was basic but functional. Nice and helpful staff. Quiet despite music in the bar. Great location.
Wasteful water faucet in sink yet the shower required you to repeatedly press the button for water. Kitchen and lounge lighting was soooo bad I couldn't eat or prepare food there. Breakfast was very limited. Nothing of use for me there. Not even fruit. Seemed overly expensive for a single room in a hostel.

Greta location helpful staff, good basic free breakfast
Could have been cheaper for the quality of the rooms/beds

It had a great vibe to the place and safe feel.
Nothing really, if I was being super critical. Maybe look at how the organisation at Breakfast time
could be improved

Beds too small and radiators too hot in the morning

There was an included breakfast with the stay. It was a simple breakfast with toast and cereal. Also it was a short walk from the hostel to the city centre
The room didn't feel hygienic at all. Sometimes, there were darker spots on the wall, probably mold, and they painted over it. The beds were super hard, and you couldn't sit comfortably on the bunkbed because the upper bed was super close to it. The bathroom didn't feel clean as well. There was mold in the shower and the shower took a long time to warm up. I would not recommend it.

Well located

Gentillesse du personnel.
Vieillot et pas toujours très propre.

Often compared to Sheila's (by other hostel-goers as well as locals) - worth the slight hike in price, it seems, because Bru is known to be very clean; and, relative to Sheila's, I appreciate the smaller bunk numbers (eg 4-bunk dorms being available). Bru's has *the* best location in Cork. If you tell locals where it is, they'll say you're in the best place for a visit - walking distance to countless bars, pubs, and diners. The connected bar downstairs is something like 70% locals and 30% tourists, which is amazing since it's oftentimes difficult to meet locals in hostels.
One of the most expensive hostels I've stayed in over a few months in Europe. I guess that's just the real exposure to Irish issues/the housing crisis...!

Very good breakfast
Great location

The bar situated below the hostel was not bad, they were advertising the football on a screen but not actually showing the match which i found odd.. Said no when i asked. But a good enough selection of drinks.
The check in was rushed, not much conversation. I entered my room and the bed below mine was absolutely covered in food and rubbish. The floor was caked in rubbish. The gent next to him was snoring as loud as anything, I had a laptop etc with me and only had a cage under the bed to keep it in. Unfortunately do to this I did not stay the night and booked a hotel next door.

Bed was perfect
Great location, very close to the city
Breakfast was simple but nice
Very clean rooms and facilities
My bunk was positioned quite close to the door into the bathroom, thankfully no one used it while I was asleep but it could have been a problem

Location easy to get taxi for airport departure
No towels, noisy at night

Clean, great for more nights

Great location. Clean throughout. Warm duvet.
Cold water in the bathroom. Both taps were cold & didn't heat up.

Requires little updating as with rest Europe standards but it's clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Cleaning lady was excellent at her job, needs promotion! Don't know her just saying! Perfect location. Loved sitting outside area and music in evenings even though I was relaxing in bed. All in all definitely promote it to friends. Janette
Old decor.

the central location was the best part about this hostel. It was within a stone's throw from the city center, and there were plenty of places to eat and drink on the same street. Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome.
The continental breakfast in the morning could offer more than just bread and cereal and coffee.
